Jack> Latest chat transcript is available here : Multiple Orgasm Trigger(tm) Discussion ChatBox Transcript of 2008088 Jack> ***** Welcome to the Multiple Orgasm Trigger™ Training and Discussion Chat of 20080810 GMT hosted personally by Jack Johnston MA Laly> hi Jack> Hi how are you doing this evening? Laly> I am on an energy high-- which is very unsual for me Jack> Hey that sounds great - Congratulations! Jack> What's the source? Laly> Easiest answer-- law of attraction-- loving self unconditionally Laly> letting go of fear of being seen and heard Laly> allowing self to just BE SELF :D. Laly> I had a few phone sessions with a friend of mine who is a Theta Healer. Laly> she was "blown away" with the amount of energy I possessed. Jack> That's really a BIG ONE to be releasing the FEAR... letting TRANSFORM into EXCITEMENT! Jack> One of my psychotherapy profs liked to say that Anxiety is often Excitement I haven't let myself feel YET! Laly> yeah, thanks. Laly> i agree with that assessment. Jack> :) Laly> The past month-- I dug deeper within myself than ever before Laly> to core issues that triggered fear, anxiety and stress even. Jack> VERY VERY Well Done! How did you make the transition? What motivated you? Laly> I have one major event= that I need to overcome yet Laly> well for one thing== as you remember me sharing my reaction to man peeping in window last month Laly> the instant freeze up and panic. Jack> yes! Laly> I HATED feeling that Laly> made me angry- so to speak Jack> It's a NATURAL reaction - not just among humans either. Laly> felt like it undid all that progress i amde thus far. Jack> THAT would be the REALLY scary part! Jack> When did you start to realize that was not the case? Laly> uh huh...so I stepped back and did a long- hard about face Laly> not the case?? please clarify Laly> oh that it didnt undo my progress u mean? Laly> when I didnt cringe at being hugged next day Jack> correct. Laly> didnt break down and leave workshop. Jack> What a RELIEF and a JOY that must've been! Laly> but stayed in the room and followed along best i could Laly> being deaf/hearing impaired is one challenge that is hard to overcome right now Jack> overcome or adapt to? Laly> hopefully funding comes through soon for new digital hearing aid :D . Jack> Yeah that'll be great! Laly> ethier or on that.... Laly> is harder for me-- cause I know am disabled-- so easier to Laly> let that be a barrier from keeping me from joining in eith the group Laly> with Laly> an "excuse" if you will :( Laly> and I am not letting or allowing that to hold me back anymore Laly> once I accepted that -- there was a HUGE shift of energy for me Jack> What changed for you that empowered you to let go of holding back? Jack> No doubt re: the HUGE shift of energy! Laly> acceptance of just being me Laly> not what i wanted to believe about me Laly> was getting to point I was believing my own "lies" Jack> What did you say to yourself that empowered you to make the shift? Laly> and THAT disgusted me Laly> made me want to change Jack> Ah the disgust! Laly> that I am worthy of loving Laly> and people DO love me-- even though I may not believe so at the time Laly> and that I CAN love self- faults and all :) Jack> WHEW WHAT A RELIEF!!! :D Laly> *crys Jack> It is VERY interesting that you used the term disgust to describe the watershed moment of change... Laly> oh?? Jack> The late and very brilliant Gestalt Therapist Jim Simkin way back in the 70's referred to that moment of shift from feeling trapped or stuck to changing for the better as organismic disgust! Jack> I can see him smiling from ear to ear! Jack> :D Laly> sweet Jack> Yeah!!! Jack> Really underscores your inherent wisdom and instincts for positive change! Laly> all i know is I am happier , more energenic , lighter Laly> been up for 17 hours today - and not the least bit ready for bed yet :P Jack> RE: Happier, More Energetic, Lighter... Yeah that's ALL GOOD, Laly! Laly> the energy is just running "amok" lol. Jack> Do you have any paints or crayons or anything like that? Laly> right now?? Laly> hmmm-- looking round Jack> Here! Now! Laly> have box of smelly markers Jack> Well i don't want you to knock yourself out... or fry those fantastically powerful brains of yours, but doing some kind of ABSTRACT drawing - even with a pencil so you don't gas yourself - could be a great way to express some of that wonderful energy. Laly> OHHH colored chalks--- yeahhh Laly> messy but fun ;) Jack> Cool! Jack> That ALL sounds good! TWO FOR TWO: MESSY AND FUN!!! Jack> :D Laly> k--now??? Jack> SURE! Unless there's more you want to talk about... but it would be GREAT to take some of that wonderful high energy into abstract expression like that. Here's how Jackie begins her Introduction to Art class: Jack> She gives each student a nice thick pile of inexpensive plain paper, Jack> a thick black crayon (colored chalk is also fine, btw), and then she puts on some GREAT music... MUSIC YOU REALLY LIKE AND THAT LIFTS YOUR SPIRITS, Laly> have large sheet of white cardboard on bed Jack> and then she just turns you loose to make ONLY about 5 or 6 moves on each piece of paper... quick ones, WITHOUT THINKING OR PLANNING (that part is VERY important!), Laly> OOOH wow-- looking like butterfly Jack> just letting your arm dance over the paper, 4 to 6 moves, then NO evaluation or judgment, just flip the paper face down and go to the next sheet on the stack... Jack> 4 or 5 moves, then boom! Turn it over and go to the next sheet, and so on, till you get to the bottom of the stack. Jack> Hey that's REALLY GREAT!!! Laly> ooops got some on bedsheet-- *blushing Jack> Yeah some will turn out really cool like that butterfly, others, maybe they don't resonate... NO BIG DEAL, the important thing Jack> is to just KEEP GOING on to the next sheet (or area on your large cardboard, or whatever support your working on)... Jack> just one after another, letting your arm and your SPIRIT dance to the music and the great feelings inside... Laly> k Jack> Until you get all the way through the stack. Very rapidly, one after another. Laly> mmmmm Jack> Then you put the stack in front of you and again VERY RAPIDLY, WITHOUT REALLY THINKING ABOUT IT, just whip through Laly> would love to know what could be intepreted from these drawings Jack> the stack RAPIDLY put each sheet in either the YES pile or the NO pile... WITHOUT HAVING ANY REASON for it... JUST BY IMPULSE. Yes... No... No... Yes... Yes... Yes... No... and so on, Jack> til you get all the way through the stack - and you've wound up with two piles: Jack> A No pile and a Yes pile. Jack> Recycle the No pile... without looking back... just toss'em. Let'em GO! Jack> Then again, and again with the lively music still going on, go through the stack again: Jack> Sorting to the No pile and to the Yes pile... VERY QUICKLY! Jack> Then when you're through the whole stack again. Toss the Noes into the recycle bin and hang up the Yesses! :-) Laly> k Jack> Maybe later get some colors or something and embellish them IF you feel like it... Or just leave them as is. Jack> Sounds like the Butterfly might go to the Yes pile, what do you think? Laly> i agree Jack> Cool! Unless you have something else pressing to discuss, that can't keep... Why don't you just go ahead and do that, and SURF THAT BUZZ!!! ;) Laly> ok Laly> not too mention dust is on laptop Laly> :) Laly> nope am cool :D Jack> :D Jack> Ok, will talk with you tomorrow... Ok? Laly> sure Laly> i'd hug ya-- but ALLL messy now lol Jack> Ok, have fun! Jack> lol Good One! Jack> And just remember, it's a GOOD messy, lol! Laly> *busts out laughing Jack> :D Laly> sweet dreams Jack> You too! Jack> Thanks! Laly> nite jack...nite to all my KSMO family Laly> HUGSS...oops - left fingerprints *giggles Jack> Thanks Laly, and to you!!! Jack> [Jack brushing off the chalk dust and using it to draw on his desk...] Jack> Thanks! Jack> Hi again artform are you still feeling chatty? :) artform> Hi Jack. What a great thing for Laly! Yes still chatty, how about you? Jack> I can chat for a bit but my wife is making choc chip cookies so I might not be able to resist much longer? Jack> Happy to chat with you for a while though. :) Jack> Whussup? artform> Have been ruminating on how both Ageless and tandello might seem to have a similar type of numbness as far as arousal is concerned in our discussions in the earlier chat, though I don't want to talk about them in their absence. Jack> Ah that sounds intriguing. Perhaps you could post your thoughts as a reply to their respective blogs or to a recent post they've made. artform> It takes me back to the many sex-negative influences in many western societies, although I recognize the degree can vary significantly. Jack> I'll be very interested to hear what your hunches are! Jack> I'm still convinced that most of the sex-negative attitudes have social control as their PRIMARY purpose. artform> It also relates, I think, to the thread just revived on "male closeness" or whatever the title was specifically and the variations there. artform> I am glad that thread has appeared and hope to reply soon after thinking some things through a little further... Jack> Very cool! That could be a good place to post. artform> Agree about "social control". Jack> I look forward to reading what you come up with. I really enjoy how we all continue to unpack this Meme. :) artform> I think that it is one of a set of the most crucial mindsets that needs wholesale review and attracts some scientific evidence accumulating now. artform> Currently there has happened to collect a group of younger new aneros users who are gay or exploring and they are posting there and on xtube and interrelating these sites in their posts. Jack> Cool! Jack> I hope you'll let them know what the Multiple Orgasm Trigger can do for them! :) artform> One older hetero poster has intervened to observe that these are the kinds of posts that drive hetero males away from prostate sex. Jack> It has more meaning coming from a happy graduate such as yourself than it does from me. :) Jack> What does he mean by the kind of posts? Because the guys are gay, or ??? artform> Yes, I am about to post one one of their threads about KSMO! artform> I think the objection may be that they are inviting others to email them and others are taking them up on it - it may be seen a trolling. Jack> Yeah I don't tolerate cruising here. Jack> Cause for banning. This is an educational site, not a dating site. artform> I personally think that hetero males, and I am one but of a more liberal type, need to be able to overcome those fears instilled for the purposes of social control. Jack> So far, people have understood that pretty well. Ageless> Hi guys -- back with you for a while at least artform> I understand the need to eliminate cruising here. Jack> RE: my "pretty well" comment it was RE: people here understanding that this is not a cruising or dating site. Jack> Hi Ageless, welcome back! Jack> artform, care to bring Ageless up to date on what you're discussing? artform> Hlaser99 has said that he derives energy direcdtly from participating in the chats here and at Aneros. Ageless> Good to be back -- so much needs assimulation artform> Hi Ageless. Good to have you back! Ageless> I for one do NOT get any energy from participation. Jack> Well I expect people here to act on good faith and if they feel inspired or motivated that's great. artform> I believe that it is possible to share energy from a more open discussion among males and that is what I find here and at aneros; not sexual excitement but a positive energy boost. Jack> If they are using this space as some kind of fetish then I think that is non-consensual. I don't want to be a cop and I know that people can get turned on by all sorts of things. I also know that some people get turned on by shocking others and that's not cool with me in this space. Jack> Yeah I agree with your energy boost theory, artform. So much of it goes to INTENT. artform> Somehow we need to be able to put into new words that clarify the transformation of energies from orgasmic in origin to generalized Pure Life Force. Ageless> I think open discussions like this frees up energy that has been bound up. It doesn't create it. Jack> That's also why I don't allow IM here. I want people such as a number of sexual abuse survivors here - myself included, I might add - to feel SAFE here. So far, that's worked pretty well. Jack> [My comment was re: earlier comments, not in response to Ageless post]. Jack> Ageless, it may actually be some of both. But if a person's intent and attitude is truly honest, that's usually ok with me. artform> When it is really established in a person at some "Adept" level, and its always available "at will" it seems to me that it is way beyond sexual in focus, and is about bliss and more universal connections. Jack> IMHO on that comment btw Ageless. :) Jack> yes I agree artform. That said, people get to choose whether or not they want to universally connect with someone else or not. :) Jack> I'm for INFORMED consent. Jack> BOTH parts of that formula. Ageless> An observation -- a couple of nights ago CNN Larry KIng, had a great show on how we are designed to live in a state of bliss Jack> That's pretty amazing... of all places, I never would've guessed! artform> I don't mean to universally connect with one person or any number of individuals, I mean truly universally connect. Jack> Was the quality of the program any good in your opinion? Jack> [my ? was to Ageless] Jack> Somehow that resonates as comfortable and ok to me, artform. Ageless> It was good -- I am going to try and get a copy. Two of those interviewed were from "What the Bleep do we know" artform> I agree you Ageless with about releasing not creating the energy I am trying to describe. artform> Jack this also goes to my question to you earlier today about more detail on your methodology for directly the Key Sound energy to social and planetary issues for the good. Jack> I curious as to why you consider that distinction important, and you make that distinction. Just wanting to understand better what you mean. artform> The bookclub I belong to used the video of "What the Bleep..." as discussion trigger this past season and it was a rich conversation. artform> Hi tiphereth! Jack> artform, I'll bet it was! Would you reiterate that question from earlier today? Jack> Hey WELCOME NEWBIE tiphereth!!! tiphereth> Heya heya. Jack> Tiphereth, so we can get to know you a little better, would you be willing to state your age, where generally you're typing from, gender, what drew you here, etc. ALL of those questions are OPTIONAL not required... Just SUGGESTIONS so we may be able to get to know you a little better! Ageless> Hi tiphereth artform> For me there has always been clear that the energies that creative people have/seek/transform originate largely from transmuted or sublimated orgasmic energy. tiphereth> I didnt expect anyone on this late. You guys still having that chat session? Jack> We'd also like to know of course what questions you may have about practice, and how it's going. We're here to help! tiphereth> Oh yeah.. Jack> Yes, I host TWO chat sessions more or less every OTHER weekend. artform> I agree that INTENTION is key. Jack> ChatBox is open 24/7 though, as are the Blogs and the Main Forum area. artform> Sorry. Talking Stick to tiphereth. Jack> Thanks for the confirm on that artform. Yeah primary honesty about that rests with the individual. tiphereth> Well I hit the big 30 last October..I am a guy in Atlanta Georgia Jack> From Hot Lanta eh! Jack> Welcome!!! Jack> How did you hear about this site? tiphereth> I found this site while on Aneros like some others on here I have noticed Jack> Yes there are many here who are familiar with that practice. Jack> The Multiple Orgasm Trigger™ practice complements the Aneros practice quite well, imho. Jack> Using our Google Site Search function to search on Aneros, you will find a TON of posts discussing that interaction! artform> That route worked wonders for me tiphereth! Jack> Going waaaay back! artform> and mrs. a too! Jack> tiphereth, how has your Multiple Orgasm Trigger practice been going so far? tiphereth> Sory.computer locked Jack> Sorry to hear that, but glad you're back! Jack> Maybe a different browser would work better? tiphereth> I believe it is my firewall. tiphereth> I have it blocking certain windows components. Jack> Ah ok... well while we have you, how is your Multiple Orgasm Trigger practice going? tiphereth> Anyway, I agree that KSMO and Aneros work well together. tiphereth> Working strictly with the Key Sound I would say steadily. tiphereth> The echo is very slow for me. tiphereth> Like slinging a steel ball around=) Jack> by strictly do you mean no stimulation at all, neither touch nor aneros? tiphereth> Strictly as in only your practise of KSMO no Aneros. Jack> Thanks for clarifying that point. :) tiphereth> Sure. Jack> Are you using the recommend single erotic touch or caress, at least some of the time? tiphereth> Yes. Usually after I get an extremely heightened "Turn on" I guess you say. Jack> I see you put Turn On in quotes so that makes me want to ask what you mean by turn on. How does it feel? The same as before you started exploring the MOT or different in some ways? If different, what differences are you aware of? Jack> Oh do you mean after your 20 minute practice session is over you feel an extremely heightened turnon? tiphereth> You know it Is different, tiphereth> No I meant during the session. Jack> Ok, thanks for clarifying that. Jack> Sounds like you're starting to awaken the response further! Jack> Does the increased arousal tend to localize genitally, or are you beginning to feel it moreso throughout the rest of you? tiphereth> I can begin to feel a realy nice calm and some slight tingling. Jack> That's great! That's about right for this early in your practice. tiphereth> Ofcourse I get some orgasms but it seems sort of chaotic. Jack> Do you have any questions for any of us? Jack> What do you mean by chaotic? Like... unpredictable, or ??? tiphereth> Well if you have time yea sure. tiphereth> Lack of tyrhm. tiphereth> I mean Rythm Jack> Sure! That's why we're here, to help one another! tiphereth> Like..the orgasm seems tight. tiphereth> Does that make sense? Jack> Do you mean like it's difficult for you to relax into the orgasmic energy, or ??? tiphereth> Well that was going to be my question. I find it REALY hard to relax. I'v had a jittery energy since I was a teenager and it seems to be getting worse. Jack> Has it been getting worse since you started the MOT practice, or getting worse generally, as you've gotten older? tiphereth> I assume its in my psychology but I cant find it. tiphereth> It has not. tiphereth> The practise seems to be stabilizing it at least. Jack> Well that's a plus! Jack> What does your doctor say about it? tiphereth> Yeah. artform> Is the orgasmic energy concentrated in one place in your body, or does it spread widely or throughout your body? Jack> It might be in your psychology, but it might also be metabolic, especially since it's onset occurred some time around puberty and has persisted. Jack> Good question, artform, thanks! tiphereth> The energy stays concentrated. tiphereth> And that is an interesting point artform> It is interesting that you get that calm feeling. I enjoy that too and found it gets or can become more all encompassing when desired. Jack> Where does it tend to concentrate? BTW answering ANY questions we make as is ENTIRELY OPTIONAL. :) Jack> Thanks likewise for that tip! Jack> [thanks was to artform] tiphereth> It stays concentrated at the prostate. tiphereth> I am not shy so ask away. Jack> k, thanks! Jack> Is this concentration of the energy at the prostate when you are using Aneros are even when not? tiphereth> I believe the energy stays mostly localized with both forms of practise. There are subtle diferences however. artform> Do you feel resonance in/at your prostate when sounding the Key Sound, or any temptation to try to direct the sound to your prostate? tiphereth> Yes, I do feel resonance there and attempt to allow for that resonance. Ageless> You talk about a concentration of energy in the prostate. Does it feel good? Jack> [very important question, Ageless, thanks!] artform> [indeed!] tiphereth> Yeah it seems to get very tight though. artform> Would you say that your mental focus is strongly at the prostate or is it more whole body when this tightness happens? Ageless> Good question tiphereth> I place much attention on the prostate at that point in time. Specifically in an attempt to undo the tension or the tightness. tiphereth> I think sometimes I just overdo it. Perhaps I should give it a break? artform> I found that too initially, and then found that if I relaxed with the "calm" and was mentally aware throughout my body, the energy concentration in the prostate began to move about on its own... Ageless> I know that "tight" feeling. To me, it was as if my prostate was highly energized and ready to ejaculate. I needed to just relax and let the energy flow. tiphereth> Sounds familiar. artform> like ball lightning, startlingly but INSISTENTLY (remeber Jack)... Jack> That's great! We have some wise experts here tonight! :) Yes I DO remember, artform! ;) artform> and as the energies explored my body... Jack> Another thing re: the relaxation tip, is to not be trying to prevent ejaculation e.g. by tightening up. There is NO need to try to hold back the energy. If you do happen to ejaculate, then you do... no big deal. artform> I made so bold as to attempt to direct them and amplify them with the Key Sound... Jack> [sorry artform, didn't mean to interrupt you!] tiphereth> i am very sure it is the realxation issue. tiphereth> I just dont know how to "Let' artform> and lo and behold the energies responded and we became friends... artform> quite literally! tiphereth> Awesome. I bet it felt nice. Jack> re: not knowing how to Let... That's ok, tiphereth... especially for now you can just let yourself not let! artform> re: try gently letting your focus shift to the calm throughout your body and then it can happen into your "openness" potentially. artform> Don't worry about "letting" the energies. tiphereth> Lol..Jack you sly thing! Jack> There might already be a wee bit of what we call Terror at the Gates too. I just got that intuitive hit. artform> We are really back to the Fawn in the Forest metaphor I think. Jack> lol tiphereth re: sly. ;) :D busted! Jack> Yeah I tend to agree, artform. artform> Certainly agree about a threshold Jack. artform> How does this feel to you Ageless? tiphereth> Hey now.. Jack> Yeah, like a we bit of white knuckles. I got that image anyway. Ageless> I agree. I went the other way once and it seemed to work. I found I was tightening up against an ejaculation, so I tightened up as hard as I could. It exploded into a powerful ejaculation that was totally dry. That seemed to be the end of holding back. Don't know why. tiphereth> Yeah. I know what you mean. artform> Wow Ageless! You just burst through the gate despite the feeling of the need to control. I don't think we get to reconnect with the "universe" when we still have our desperate need to control/ be in control. Jack> That's a GREAT TIP Ageless! tiphereth> I think Ageless was trying containment. artform> re: "Don't know why." Could that in any sense be your body saying "here is a better path"? Jack> Tiphereth, what's your plan for practice next time? More of less the same approach, or something a little different? Ageless> I didn't look at it as containment. Part of my training is when one experiences tension, to hifgten it as much as possible, and it will let loose after it exhausts itself tiphereth> I will take the advice to allow the calm to spread or to focus on the calm more. Ageless> Great -- tiphereth> Or when the containment fails: ) Ageless> Trust your body. It knows best. It is rewiring itself Jack> Yes approaching this practice with humor is also a VERY good strategy, and you've got that one under control. ;) Ageless> It is seeking pleasure. Jack> Well guys, I think it's about time to wrap up this 3-hour segment of the bi-weekly chat. I sure appreciate everything you've contributed to this discussion, and again to Tiphereth a very warm welcome! Enjoy your further explorations on this wonderful Adventure and keep us posted via setting up your blog here - it serves as a journal. tiphereth> Yeah That has taken me a great wile to get comfortable with. tiphereth> Thanks Everyone. Ageless> So long -- and thanks again artform for being here for me. artform> Another great chat! Thanks all and thanks again Jack for the trigger for this whole adventure. artform> It is always great to collaborate here Ageless. Jack> You're all very Welcome! Have a lovely rest of weekend and week as well! Wishing you all the VERY best that life has to offer! Jack Jack> ***** END of Multiple Orgasm Trigger™ Training and Discussion Chat for 20080810 GMT Jack> The ChatBox remains open 24 / 7 for use of all registered members. aceking> I cant for the life of me find the success stories part of the forum Jack> aceking, Welcome! As detailed in the emails we sent you upon purchase, the two best ways to find success stories are to click the Gold Nuggets link on the second-from-the-top horizontal navigation bar at the top of any Forum page, and to use the Google Site Search link also on that horizontal navigation bar and search by keywords Jack> and key phrases such as "Wow" "at will" "I did it" and so on. Please give these two steps a try. Meanwhile, as soon as possible we'll make Success Stories easier to find! Jack> Hey canuck75, how are you today? Jack> Looks like you're off making a post. Will talk with you later - bye for now! Session stop: Wed Aug 13 18:39:24 2008 |
