Jack> Latest chat transcript is available here : Multiple Orgasm Trigger(tm) Discussion ChatBox Transcript of 20080531 Jack> Hi Lopez and linjx! Lopez> Jackaroo! Jack> G'day Lopez! Jack> Welcome, Curious George! Lopez> How've you been :) Jack> Pretty good, and you? Lopez> Yeah - got my socks on. Getting cold here in Sydney Lopez> Adding some books to my 'wish list' at amazon and figuring out a way to ship them to Australia cheaply (books are ridiculously overpriced here) Lopez> Do you have any book recommendations ??? Lopez> (question also goes to linjx and Curious George if you guys are reading) Jack> Still actually pretty cool up here in Sidney BC as well! Jack> Zen Mind, Beginner's Mind is a very good little book. Lopez> I've also been looking for a good reference for dream interpretation, any advice there? Jack> Here is a good lecture about Zen Mind, Beginner's Mind concepts Lopez> Ahh yes read that one.. will give it another look  Jack> Google without surrounding quotes: fritz perls gestalt dream Jack> Man and His Symbols by Carl Jung (notwithstanding the male-centric title). Jack> That lecture about Zen Mind Beginner's Mind is a good one, and quite relevant to the approach to KSMO success. Lopez> Yep, weren't you going to come out with something to do with dream interpretation or ericksonian hypnosis? Jack> Actually I did that work back in the 70's. Lopez> the dreamwork or the hypnosis or both? Jack> Welcome Robert! Jack> Both. Lopez> oOo... thanks for the recommendations. I'll be diving into them :) Jack> First President of the Ericksonian Foundation, who was one of my instructors in grad school, Dr. Eric Greenleaf, came up with a method of working with dreams that I expanded upon and taught actively in workshops around the US and Canada for about 8 years back in the 70's. Jack> It was a synthesis of Ericksonian techniques within a shamanic mythological frame. Jack> My version is highly effective for treating nightmares and getting great power out of dream content that is visceral rather than simply arms-length interpretation. Jack> One label I gave it was Dream Calmposting. Lopez> Can the technique be applied without someone facilitating hypnosis? (i.e. could i do it on my own) Jack> Yes. Lopez> I am quite interested in learning some method of visceral interpretation of my dreams (as I generally have great recall of 1-3 dreams daily) Jack> Cool! Jack> Your meditation and other practices are serving you well! Lopez> :) the dreams have always been there. Its normal for me to wake to rather long and very descriptive/detailed dreams Lopez> lately i havent been keeping account, as it takes a while to journal the detail on a daily basis Lopez> if I lived in Sidney I'd bug you for a workshop on calmposting.. but seeing that i am in Sydney, do you know of any other methods that I could look into (or can calmposting be taught online?) Jack> I could work with you online. I have skype you know. :) Lopez> Nice. Email on its way. Jack> Ok! Jack> Do you have a headset with a microphone so you could sit with hands free and relax, i.e. not having to hold a phone set to you ear by hand? Lopez> sure do Jack> Perfect! Jack> That way you can relax and go IN! Jack> If you have a webcam so I can see your body language, that would also be helpful, but not essential. Lopez> Email should be sitting in your inbox Jack> checking... Jack> Email reply sent to you! Lopez> :) Definitely interested.. that and a KSMO coaching session Lopez> I'll send you another email when I am ready (mainly financially) to do both! Jack> Ok... Just to pace myself, it's easier for me to do one at a time rather than an intensive where we do both. Jack> KSMO coaching usually takes less than an hour... more like 20 to 30 minutes. Lopez> KSMO-wise I will be giving my experience a few more weeks before seeking assistance Lopez> Most likely some time by the end of the month Jack> All good, Brother! Jack> As always, it's been a pleasure chatting with you! Jack> Have a good evening, and keep warm! ;) Lopez> Same to you! Jack> Thanks! Cheers mate! Lopez> will do  Jack> JJ going afk for now... ChatBox remains open for use by our online community. Session stop: Sun Jun 1 17:49:29 2008 |
