Default Chatbox Transcript 2nd March 2008

Session start: Sat Jan 26 01:18:01 2008
Jack> Congratulations vbmtor! Thanks for the upgrade!
Laly> yeah -- tons of thanks for me vb!! very kewl
Jack> Hey Lopez!
Jack> vbmtor and I are doing some testing
Jack> and tweaking of the ChatBox upgrade.
Jack> And now the search box results are Google site search AD FREE!
Jack> Gold Nuggets link now returns ad-free Google results of our forum too.
Lopez> Hi Jack :D
Jack> Hi!
Jack> Clement is awake too (in Paris) and he's workin' like a dawg on finishing up
Jack> the upgrade of the ChatBox, and I just got the license taken care of for Google site search Ads-Free and he has
Lopez> nice, a suggestion: i enjoyed the old 'advanced search' option
Jack> linked it to the Search link on the navbar, and the special search for "Gold Nugget" when you hit the Gold Nuggets link.
Jack> What does the old Advanced search give you that Google won't?
Jack> If there's a reason for it, we'll make it available. Where do you want us to put the link?
Jack> Note however that vbulletin Advanced search doesn't index blogs or blog comments.
Lopez> the option to search through titles or through posts (or both) and particularly, the option to search through only a paritcular users posts
Jack> We can do that!
Jack> Where do you want it? Do you want us to add it in the Search Dropdown list?
Lopez> yep!
Jack> I'm sittin' here at 3:11 AM helping vbmtor roll out these improvements.
Lopez> dedication :D
Jack> We're both putting in long days and nights to give you what you want here, and I really appreciate all of your suggestions!
Jack> Darned right, dedication! Since 1993! 2 years b4 there even was an html web. :D If you want this, there's a good chance a bunch of others do too!
Jack> vbmtor is working very hard to tweak everything to make it as right as we can make it!
Lopez> merci clement!
Jack> Salut Clement et merci! A bientot!
Jack> Ok Lopez, you have the conn. I'm hittin' the bunk. ;)
Jack> vbmtor said when he gets back in harness he will add the Adv Search - I think it will be in the Search dropdown.
Lopez> Good night Jack
Jack> G'nite L... Bob's yer Uncle, mate!
Jack> You'll be seeing more improvements appear during the rest of the weekend. vbmtor has quite a list I've given him. :)
Jack> bfn!
Jack> meanwhile, enjoy the Google site search, ads free!
Lopez> will do
Laly> hi Lopez
Lopez> vbmtor, good work adding the 'advanced search' option to the 'Search' menu
Lopez> :)
Valentine> The new stuff is awesome. :)
Valentine> The chatBox up/down scroller jumps up when I am reading further down on the chat.
Valentine> I would really like it to not move. :)
Valentine> the up/down scroller-------------->
Valentine> When I scroll down to read what has been said, it jumps back up without me doing anything.
Valentine> about 15 seconds
Valentine> looks like it has be scrolled past the half way point
Valentine> almost the whole way to the top
Valentine> no
Valentine> At first, I thought it was that too
Valentine> Opera (ewwww, IE)
Valentine> I can do a test on IE, if you would like
Valentine> looks like it works in IE
Valentine> and the formatting is better looking, too!
Valentine> Oh, I'm probably the only Opera user, you can do that last. :)
Jack> Thanks VERY much Val for the great ideas!
Valentine> You are welcome
Jack> AND MANY THANK TO ARTFORM TOO who is working very hard on the GLOSSARY!
Jack> Hi Laly! Hi urug! vbmtor and I are hard at it, adding suggested improvements to the Forum!
Laly> Hi Jack :)
Laly> all the "hard work" you 2 are doing is greatly appreciated
Laly> there is one link that isn't working Jack
Laly> here in the forum
Laly> the view chat full-page link at the top
Laly> i get message "page not found"
Laly> thanks (HUGS)
Laly> yipppeeee -- dancing with joy :) :D
Laly> thanks
Laly> (am an easy woman to please vb ;) )
Laly> actually --was fun when I was doing the editing for chat transcripts
Laly> love the new raw chatbox thread :D
Laly> okay
Laly> that chat -- oh yeah
Laly> am not too proud of myself in that episode :(
Laly> i can see a few things that can be added to it - formatting wise
Laly> i'll pass to Jack
Laly> :) okay
Laly> thanks :)-- are doing a great job
canuck75> ello all
Lopez> vbmtor, another note: at the moment the chatbox times are indexing to Jack's time settings
Lopez> i.e. this entry shows 2008/01/26 05:20 PM when for me it is 2008/01/27 12:20pm
Laly> yeah GMT time
Lopez> yep: All times are GMT +11. The time now is 02:53.
Lopez> yet the chatbox notes that lost entry as: 2008/01/27 07:53 AM
mackledowney> good afternoon everyone
Laly> hi mackledowney
Buster> I sure like the time listed on here in non-military time. Hopefully vbmtor can make it correct to our individual time zones. Looks good though.
Buster> I guess I need to adjust my bold, underline, italics!
Laly> it is fixed now buster
Laly> vbmotr was right-- that can be set thru each users profile
Buster> Hi Laly, my time is off by 3 hours. I was just in my profile and it is assigned to the right time zone. Am I missing something?
Laly> not sure-- mine is off by an hour i see
Laly> oops - 2
Laly> do u have the DST link clicked to on??
Buster> I do.
Laly> ok-- that is partly why is 3 hours
Laly> i just clicked it and it moved to hour difference
Laly> 3 hour
Buster> I just changed to Buenos Aires time to see....same problem.
Laly> hmmm
Buster> For the chat box, it seems to be set to a certain time that is not effected by our profile preferences.
Laly> i see that
Laly> i'll mention it to jack
Laly> maybe something within the form formatting
Laly> forum
Buster> Either way, it is easier for me to subtract 3 hours than it is to translate military time after 12 noon. I have number issues.
Laly> yeaj
Buster> It is a work in progress. I am sure that they will get to it once they are aware of it.
Laly> yes
Laly> how are things going for u
Buster> You know, pretty good. How about you? We were concerned about you during the last chat session. I hope you are better.
Laly> thanks-- more embarrassed by my behavior than anything
Laly> just too much to deal with -- emotionally after week i had
Buster> I wouldn't be. I hope that you would feel good about the fact that there were people here who cared. In this faceless world, that is pretty good.
Buster> I know that Val felt really bad!
Laly> yeah-- i still should not have left
Laly> yea-- i hoped my saying something to him-
Buster> Hindsight is 20/20. Dont sweat the small stuff.
Laly> would have been enough and left it at that
Laly> thanks--i spent last week or so-- meditating quite a but
Laly> bir
Buster> While you were gone, we talked a bit about how difficult your mind can make things.
Laly> bit --- grrr lol
Laly> yeah-
Laly> i couldnt return to chat for awhile
Laly> struggled to regain control of emotions and hurt
Buster> I tried meditating once way back when and could not get too far with it. I have been more successful with yoga. Have you ever tried that?
Laly> nope
Laly> i do yoga but have horrid balance issues
Buster> It is very centering.
Buster> My balance was bad as well. It got better with time.
Laly> so is the reiki and healing sessions I do
Laly> good
Laly> welll i wrote a post regarding my behavior in chat
Laly> i do not blame anybody
Laly> just a bad week for me at that time
Buster> I did not read the post. I have to admit that if it is not in chat or in a blog, I don't pay much attention to it. Maybe when things get more organized I will pay more attention.
Laly> is in my blog buster
Buster> Huh, I usually keep up on those. I will have to check it out.
Laly> my being up for 17 hours that day as well-- is no excuse either
Buster> Hey, you had a bad week/day. They can get away from you sometimes.
Laly> yeah
Laly> i debated for awhile to even attend chat-- but as bad as i was feeling
Laly> depressed- i knew i'd take a drink
Buster> Drinking is bad for you, huh?
Laly> and jack knew it too
Laly> no-- not really
Laly> i rarely drink at all
Buster> Jack knew what?
Laly> that i would get the alcohol
Laly> to numb pain
Buster> Ah, I see.
Laly> asvoid feeling anything
Buster> I know that I have certainly done that.
Laly> :)
Laly> i dont drink often-- because i can not get drunk
Laly> it winds me up --for days at a time
Buster> Hey, a question for you off subject. Why do people have more than one blog going at a time? Wouldn't it be better to just have one that you go back to every time?
Laly> because of how they have blog set up
Laly> if they do not have it set up under "parent" blog title
Laly> like i do
Laly> or parent blog category
Laly> they will post as un-catergorized entries
Buster> Well Laly, nice chatting with you. I have to shove off. Have a great week.
Laly> u too buster
Valentine> woo, aquarium tomorrow!!!
Jack> Hi wildfox, welcome back! Check out openheart's recent post of his awakening his multiorgasmic response:
Jack> http://www.multiples.com/howtolastlo...orgasm-success
Jack> Remember to post your Key Sound(tm) for validation. No sense practicing it incorrectly!!!
Lopez> morning Jack
Jack> Hey Lopez!
Jack> Took a break, and have been up for a while but it's time for a nap now. :)
Jack> Do you feel that we are responding to people's suggestions and making worthwhile improvements?
Jack> On the main website, to help people get more comfortable with getting the seminars and getting involved, I'm also installing a live chat / live call system to answer people's questions when they are considering getting the seminars.
Jack> Time to zzzz... Have a good day!
Lopez> You certainly have taken proactive measures implementing the suggestions of others... which is a very important and valued trait: to be proactive and not reactive :)
Jack> Thanks!
Max> Hi Jack, how's it going?
Jack> Hey Max!!! Sorry for the delay
Jack> in responding to you... I was working in another area of the Forum. :)
Jack> I'm glad you're taking a look at openheart's thread describing his recent breakthrough!
Jack> I've got a brief phone appt right now (about 20 min) but will check back here, and I hope you might still be around so we can chat. If not then, hopefully very soon! :)
Jack> Warm Welcome to Newest Newbie LITTLE_TIGER!
Jack> Hi Mog - How's life in The Zone? :) Greetings urug I hope you find the Success Stories inspiring and motivating! Please post your Key Sound(tm) .mp3 for validation of accurate articulation!
Jack> Hello Himta! Please feel free to post your questions, and BE SURE to post your Key Sound(tm) mp3 so I can make sure you're articulating it correctly - VERY IMPORTANT! ;) Details at top of Forum Home Page.
Jack> Hey Justn_Otherguy (and others!) Check out canuck75's Nightgasms Update!
Jack> G'day Lopez! (1:08AM here) I hope you're enjoying canuck75's posts as well as openheart's Grand Openings. How goes YOUR practice? I'm just wrapping up phase one of some tests of main site home page. Live Chat / Phone utility gets added there later today when I get up. Cheers!
Lopez> :) My practice: Simply, I'm waiting. Waiting for that moment where I "break on through to the other side!" I make it my intent to relax, to enjoy each moment and be aware of my body throughout the session. Given that I am persistent, all thats left is that I wait.
Jack> Hi wildturkey, welcome to our online community! Chat 0083 is a good one! Also click the Gold Nuggets link on the navbar for some great recent breakthroughs and historic posts. Don't forget Key Sound(tm) validation! ;)
Jack> Hi Val!
Valentine> Hi
Valentine> I just read the transcript for the last chat with Pan
Valentine> I still have questions I wanna ask him!!
Jack> He will probably be back online within a week.
Jack> He had to be away for a while for personal reasons.
Jack> Best thing to do would be to start a thread about the questions then I can email him the link so he'll have it when he gets back.
Jack> When you post the thread and questions, please send ME an email with the URL of the post, and I'll fwd to him.
Jack> ttyl!
Jack> btw, chats this weekend, hit the Calendar link and the date for details. I hope to see you there! Last longer in bed using the Multiple Orgasm Trigger™ - Calendar
Valentine> I don't think I have seen you at a chat, mog.
mog> Hi Val - how are things with you? I'm not much good at chat!
mog> I prefer to think about what i write
mog> How did all that http stuff get in there?
Laly> lol == it happens mog
Jack> G'day Lopez!
Jack> See Val's thread to which I just responded to in the Forum
Lopez> Hi Jack
Valentine> In my defense, I was carb depleted. :)
Jack> Good day mog!
Jack> I hope yours is blissful! :) I'm off to dreamland...
mog> Hello Jack! Just missed you I think. The Zone is still great and getting better.
mog> Dreamland? I think you deserve a holiday! (sorry-vacation!)
Jack> Dang! Sorry I missed you mog! VERY glad to hear the Thousand Petalled Lotus continues to bloom for you and show new petals! ;) All the Best to you, Grandmaster Mog!
Jack> Hosted Chats this weekend click the Calendar link for details!
artform> Hi Jack. HELP! The new ChatBox is three and a half times wider than my screen and sticks wayyyy out past the edge of the rest of the page frame! This is the case whether I am logged in or not, and still happens in "view Chat full-page". I use Safari browser. Your "Dang!" post for example, is one line of type, two screens wide. Impossible to follow a chat and reply. Thanks for attending to this.
artform> My post below also shows up as one line, on and on...
Koopa> Hi everyone.. i just joined today so will spend some time on the basics.. Thanks Jack for helping the last couple of days!
Koopa> I think first off.. is there any way of shortening my name??:confused:
Valentine> Hi koopa. Mario 64?
Valentine> You should do a session today tomorrow, and hit up the chat Jack will be hosting this weekend. There are two!!
Koopa> :) oh yeah.. that's where i got it.
Valentine> It brings back good, old memories. :)
Koopa> I've already done one today, but i wanna do another!
Valentine> haha. Let's take it slow!
Valentine> If you want, you can blog about your first session. And then, during the chat, you can ask Jack and others questions.
Koopa> memories of being an mmo virgin?? I can't wait!
Valentine> And don't forget about the KS Articulation!
Valentine> Jack will validate it free online, just post your sound.
Koopa> yes, it's funny already that i get a better feel when i do it along with Jacks KS!
Valentine> :)
Koopa> The initial advice is to practice a week before validating. and i can't get it onto the comp at present.
Valentine> A week to two weeks.
Koopa> How long have you been doing this?
Valentine> But that is just arguing over semantics. The sooner, the better.
Valentine> October, I believe, but I have been slacking for the past month. I have been to busy to get some time to myself. :(
Valentine> I think what you really wanna know is where am I, or what have I experienced.
Valentine> I have had a few orgasms, a very small FBO, and lots of other good stuff
Koopa> already?? since october? that is encouraging.:)
Koopa> do you practice alone or do you have a partner?
Valentine> Everybody advances at a different rate, and in a different way. I would definitely be farther along, but, again, been so busy.
Valentine> I practice alone, working on the partner part. ;)
Koopa> do you practice alone, or do you use this with a partner?
Valentine> I do not have a partner currently.
Koopa> yeah, i'm not sure when to let my partner in on it
Valentine> I know there is an excercise that is suggested by Jack on the first cd/tape
Koopa> oh .. i thought you was working on telling your partner!
Valentine> haha, I meant I was working on GETTING a partner. :D
Koopa> i would just like to know that i can do this before i mention it, and that it's for real!
Valentine> But, that is a good question to ask Jack on the chat!
Valentine> I totally understand. Would you like my advice? Make sure you take it with a grain of salt.
Valentine> That's not the advice, by the way
Koopa> :D I thought it was!!
Koopa> ok.. what is it??
Valentine> Practice a bit by yourself, get your ks validated, and then about a month into it, tell your partner about it, what you have felt, and that you would really like to do the couples excercise with them. :)
Koopa> Sounds like a Good plan..
Valentine> That gives you time to explore, see if it is real (it is, by the way), and be able to answer any questions your partner will have about it.
Koopa> Is this the place to ask questions? or is there somewhere else for that?:D
Valentine> This is, of course, assuming that you are consistent with the practice, and ask questions, be it in the forum or in chat!
Valentine> This whole place is about answering questions. If you got them, shoot!
Koopa> where to start?? give me a mo..
Koopa> Erections!! does this KS affect those?
Valentine> My erections are doing just fine, but I think you need to be more specific in your question. Do you mean does it make it stronger, limper, longer, shorter, or something else?
Koopa> when i've tried a ks with an erection, i lose it. but that was before i got the protocol update, so wasn't going about it the right way!
Koopa> once you can start stimulating, can you have the orgasms keeping the erection?
Jack> Warm welcome to our newest Newbie, Koopa the Kwik! And Warm greets to Val and Grandmaster OMG MOG!
Jack> You're in good hands Koopa, with these two guys!
Valentine> haha, ok, you wanna ask Jack that!
Koopa> Hello Jack! thanks for your help getting here..
Jack> (with a gracious nod to Sir Val)... Yes I do in fact have a comment. ;)
Valentine> But I would think you don't want to be stimulating right now, just caressing.
Jack> You're quite welcome, re: getting here! I also hope you'll join us for at least one if not both of the chats I will be hosting here this Saturday. Click the Calendar for detais.
Koopa> please go ahead..
Jack> details, that is.
Jack> I also want to compliment you for jumping right in to the ChatBox and asking questions! That's what it's for! :)
Jack> Ok, re: your question...
Jack> The 20 minute practice sessions are not just a slight variation on traditional masturbation or self-pleasuring.
Koopa> i'd love to if i can make the time that it is
Jack> The goal of the 20 minute practice session is not to maintain erection! There goes another myth in flames!
Jack> Little known but very fascinating fact: as you learn to use the 20 minute practice sessions
Jack> to AWAKEN your innate multiorgasmic response,
Jack> you will likely be rather surprised to discover that some of the [i]most intensei] and profoundly satisfying orgasms will occur
Koopa> yes, i understand and find that fascinating.
Jack> when you have no erection whatsoever!
Jack> Some people panic at this information and say,
Jack> "Yeah but what about intercourse?!"
Koopa> I did a session tonight with no stim, and then a small caress as in the protocol
Jack> Cool that you already understand that fact about erection not being necessary for multiples!
Valentine> Like me!!! I did that. :)
Koopa> it was very interesting.
Jack> Cool x the bofayus! Koopa first (if you don't mind, Val) please tell us what happened! :)
Jack> What did you notice? What surprised you?
Jack> r u typing, Koopa?
Koopa> I had sensations, mainly in my chest, but sometimes in my groin depending
Valentine> His reaction time is slow.
Koopa> if my lower belly rose with the KS, but what surpised me
Jack> That's great re: both chest and groin. Welcome to Echo Effects!
Koopa> is that i got more sensation if i really tried to relax everything including the KS
Koopa> Sorry if i'm slow!!
Valentine> :) It is probably your connection.
Koopa> No.. it's me!!
Jack> GREAT intuition! And a very important connection about how it's actually more RELAXATION that amplifies arousal, rather than more tension. That's a very big lesson to integrate! No worries, re: typing time. I was just checking. ;)
Jack> Please continue...
Jack> Please describe the sensations. This helps you anchor the awareness.
Koopa> I find it very interesting that this method is coming at orgasm from the opposite direction
Jack> Yep, that's why it's so successful! Everybody else has been doing essentially the same thing, and expecting different results!
Koopa> I just wondered how it meets in the middle? hence my question about intercourse and erections.
Jack> So I decided to follow the YIN path to find the answer, and BINGO!
Koopa> ok sensation..
Jack> The short answer is that intercourse will take care of itself... And it's nature is likely to change for you and your partner.
Jack> It won't always be all about intense rapid stroking, although that can sure be fun... You will experience intense orgasms just by looking into each others' eyes.
Jack> You will experience intense orgasm as you even think about beginning intercourse!
Jack> And remember that this method works for people all across the spectrum of gender,
Jack> from 100% male to 100% female, and that huge crowd in between.
Jack> Also remember that the 20 minute practice session is not a rehearsal for intercourse...
Jack> It's purpose is to awaken your innate multiorgasmic response system.
Jack> As a result, if you're lying there practicing The Protocol, and your mind is running concerns about intercourse,
Jack> that falls into the category of what we refer to as Mind Noise...
Jack> It's then time to simply recognize it as such
Jack> and return to the matter at hand (ahem),
Jack> which is to tune in to how you're feeling in that present moment.
Jack> What sensations are you noticing in the moment? Where? And reminding yourself to
Jack> relax even a little more.
Koopa> I gotta get used to this typing!
Jack> LOL you'll get better with practice! Also you can get Dragon Naturally Speaking by Nuance - it
Koopa> ok.. in the chest, it felt like i had an open channel, like i had a tube down there from my throat, but it didn't get all the way down to my groin. It stopped a bit above my belly button.
Jack> does a pretty good job of rapidly converting speech to text.
Jack> That's pretty good for this early in practice!
Koopa> Sometimes when i did a KS the belly roll would get down to my lower abdomen, and that's when i felt something in the groin
Jack> It's really important not to allow expectations to push things, but rather, be the student and let your primary Guru - your Echo Effects - teach YOU. :)
Jack> Yeah that sounds great!
Jack> And the other thing is that you don't have concern yourself about your belly roll,
Jack> WHEN you are articulating the Key Sound(tm) correctly, your belly will do that automatically.
Jack> RE: correctly articulating your Key Sound(tm) - that's why it's very important that a week or so from now,
Koopa> oh, it felt good when it rolled, and then i think i was trying to achieve that with the KS and thats when i found it worked better when i tried to relax the KS
Jack> you go ahead and make a little .mp3 recording of your Key Sounds(tm) (no stimulation necessary - just the ks) and post it to the Validation Forum
Jack> Using the link that's just above this ChatBox on the Forum Home Page.
Jack> That's REALLY COOL how you're figuring out that by relaxing your Key Sound(tm) more, you get stronger results!
Koopa> will do, is an mp3 the only way to record that onto computer?
Jack> By the way I hope that if you haven't yet, you start your blog and document all of this that you're sharing with us. That's also a very important and productive way to anchor and solidify your growing understanding and progress!
Koopa> that info came from the cd where i think Ron said about it riding the breath.
Jack> Well .mp3 is what works best for us here. I'm sure you know somebody who
Jack> can help you figure out how to make an .mp3 recording, you don't have to tell them what it's for! ;)
Valentine> mp3 is the only way you can do it over the computer, but if you save it as a different format, there are programs that will convert it.
Jack> See? Here comes the cavalry! :)
Koopa> I didn't think i had anything to write! but it's coming out now! ok i'll do a blog
Jack> ATTABOY!
Valentine> Off the top of my head, I think I used jodix, it is free, but I won't know until I get home, which will be late.
Jack> Blogging is a very important tool for solidifying your practice, getting help from others such as Valentine, mog, and many others, and ALSO
Jack> for playing your own role in educating, motivating, and inspiring others! That's the synergy of this site!
Jack> BTW, Koopa, Val mentioned he'd had some experiences too. How about you pass him the Talking Stick and he can let us know what's been happening in his practice?
Koopa> ok.. now i'm going to have to make my excuses..
Jack> Everybody gets more than one turn. :)
Jack> HAVE to???
Koopa> Sorry yes passed..
Jack> No apologies necessary.
Jack> k pawso, Val?
Koopa> No it's 12.30am here now and i didn't expect such a warm welcome when i came on.. i thought i'd only be on a few mins, though i would like to listen to Valentine..
Valentine> um, ok? but I haven't had a chance to practice for a month. :(
Koopa> do it now!:D
Valentine> haha, I would love to have a session later tonight, but I won't get home until 7ish, and I have to make lunch for the week, and get to bed by ten.
Valentine> BUT
Valentine> I can say that I have done a spare KS here and there at work and just before bed. I get some nice echo effects.
Valentine> Except for once at work, where I was just stressed out, and nothing happened.
Koopa> :D spare ones?? where do you get them?
Valentine> I'll be back to normal by the end of Feb.
Jack> The find you, you don't get them. ;)
Valentine> oh, you know, they hide behind the ears, like quarters. :D
Jack> [They, not The]
Jack> Good one Val, LOL!
Jack> Also Koopa, another thing about Blog, it reminds with Mog, and Grandmaster Mog at his very young age of 77 and 3+ years' of experience in this practice likes
Valentine> like just now
Valentine> That was a good one!
Jack> to respond to people's blog posts, so that's a very big reason for blogging, cuz then you get Mogging! ;)
Valentine> OH, and check out the glossary and milestones threads!!!!
Jack> That just now report is an important one, Koopa, because it goes to the very important point, that
Jack> as you begin to awaken this response, the Echo Effects(tm) are readily available and accessible.
Jack> Very good point about the Milestones and Glossary Val, thanks for mentioning that!
Jack> Well guys, I need to bail to take care of some other biz, but it's been GREAT talking with you, and giving the MogMan a few gentle loving nudges. :)
Koopa> that sounds good.. i really must go now. thanks very much for such a warm welcome and all the advice already, i will come back to this tomorrow and look at all the suggestions. Many Thanks.
Jack> Til next time, bye for now! And again, WELCOME, Koopa!
Jack> And thanks Mog and Val for giving the laddie such a warm welcome!
Valentine> Bye Jack and Koopa!
Jack> Bye y'all!
Koopa> See you. and Cheers Valentine.
Valentine> Cheers!
Jack> Cheers, Mog! Thanks for all you bring this community! Bye for now! - JJ
artform> Thanks for the repair! ChatBox AOK again!
Koopa> Hi Val, Thanks for the chat last night, i've just posted my life history aka my blog! I can't stop and chat now though i'd like to, but i'm moving house this weekend and have spent hours on my blog instead of sorting the house out!! Hope to get back on here tomorrow.
Valentine> Awesome!
Jack> Hi Artform... I'm just popping in to post a reminder about the chats tomorrow:
Jack> I'll come back later to do it though in case you find somebody to chat with. Sorry I can't hang... wife is waiting for us to go out for a bit.
Jack> Thanks VERY much for all of your work on the Glossary and Milestones! Cheers!
artform> You are most welcome Jack!! This is great fun; and an exploration of interest and feeling too. All the best to you and Mrs. JJ.
Jack> Thanks very much artform, from both of us! :)
Jack> Training Chat Hosted Personally by Jack begins at 1700UTC. Click Calendar link for details and conversion to your local time zone. See you there! PS Next one is at 0200 UTC Sunday Feb 3
Jack> Hey Lopez and Justn - see you in little while!
Jack> For CHAT
Lopez> Hi Jack, I probably won't be able to make the chats today. Although I do have a question for those who are in attendance:
Lopez> "What beliefs do you take into a session?" E.g. (One of your 'beliefs) "I want each and every cell in my body to feel the good feelings."
Lopez> These beliefs/affirmations or visualisations may indexed (much like the 'milestones' suggestion).. Thanks Jack
Jack> *****20080202 Training Chat Hosted by Jack Johnston MA
Jack> Hello and Welcome... I'm at your service!
Valentine> Why are all the blogs really skinny?
Jack> I've posted that issue to vbmtor's Queue AND vbmtor is SUPPOSED TO (ahem ahem - prodding vbmtor!) have posted it to the vB Jelsoft Support ticket queue. Thanks for the heads up about it as well. And... Hi Val!
Valentine> HI
Jack> Howzit?
Valentine> I could definitely be better.
Valentine> I am doing a training thing, and it is super early in the morning, and the toll is starting to become unbearable.
Valentine> But only two weeks left
Valentine> I am not a morning person!
Jack> lol, me either, usually. More of a night owl.
Jack> What news on the practice front? Any questions I may help you with?
Valentine> No news. The training has effectively put me on manual with the little time I have to myself, if you get my drift.
Valentine> I did take a 'the art of sexual magic' class
Jack> Yep.
Jack> Blow and go mode, eh?
Jack> Yeah? What did you learn?
Valentine> how to weave in tantra, balance chakra, using crystals during sex, how to treat crystals, and touched a bit on manifesting
Valentine> focused alot on PONR, which was the only thing I didn't like
Jack> That all integrates very well with KSMO practice. Use KSMO to raise the energy then direct it into those intentions!
Jack> Yep re: PONR, that's pretty much what everybody except me teaches.
Jack> That's why I decided to make the Discovery I was fortunate enough to accomplish!
Valentine> One of the questions I had for Pan deals with how to use the KSMO with manifesting
Jack> ahem
Jack> 's ok to ask Jack too. He's had a little practice and taught Pan KSMO. ;)
Valentine> :) Jack, how do you use KSMO with manifesting??!!
Valentine> And do you know how to weave in tantra?
Valentine> And have you used crystals???
Jack> tantra - of course!
Jack> Crystals yes.
Jack> The underlying concept is to use KSMO rather than PONR to get ALL the way into The ZONE where
Jack> the multiple orgasm waves are continuous and as intense as you can stand them or want to, and then direct
Jack> that energy like a LASER into your intentions, to your partner (with consent of course!), to charge crystals, etc.
Jack> Does that make sense?
Valentine> I am curious where you learned how to weave, as that class was the first I had ever heard about the meaning of tantra.
Valentine> Yes, though I have little practice with the manifesting the past week using PONR
Valentine> PONR is so dang frustrating
Valentine> Put its all I got right now:mad:
Valentine> Put = but
Jack> NO SH*T re: PONR! AND to me it was fundamentally counterintuitive! It IGNORES (in sense of ignorant - not as an insult but as in not knowing) that
Jack> orgasm and ejaculation are two SEPARATE reflexes.
Jack> One of my pet peeves is when sex "experts" use the terms orgasm and ejaculation interchangeably. It just
Jack> reinforces the myth that you have to use a C-clamp at the last moment b4 ejaculation to sort of cheat nature. Baloney. Sorry, I get
Valentine> By the way, I am totally a sex expert now, I got certificate after the four hour class. :)
Jack> a little steamed about the consequences of continuing to perpetuate that myth.
Jack> No Blame. Perseverance furthers, saith the I Ching. (JJ reminding himself of that!)
Jack> Oh congratulations on becoming a sex expert! :)
Jack> Amaze your friends! Attract Women! Success in Business!
Valentine> I really enjoyed the class and the teacher. He is teaching a crystals basics class later. I am interested, as he did alot of cool things with them in the class!
Jack> But seriously, I applaud your continuing to expand your understanding of these arts!
Jack> Cool! What are some examples that impressed you?
Valentine> Well the first thing he did was say, as he held up a skull crystal, 'if you have looked at this crystal, I can control you. Who doesn't beleive me?'
Valentine> And I immediately raised my hand, so did an older woman, and he had us come up to the front
Valentine> He first energy tested us with candy, like Donna Eden teaches.
Valentine> both of us were weak on candy, but strong by ourselves
Valentine> then he did 'tapped' into the energy of the crystal skull and energy tested us again, both weak
Valentine> I was impressed
Jack> RE: like Donna Eden does... Please describe for our readers how that works.
Valentine> I am not very good at it yet, but basically, you have two people, tester and testee
Valentine> testee sticks an arm out, and tester trys to push the arm down, to get a baseline
Valentine> then, you can test all sorts of things, like lies, how food will affect you, etc.
Valentine> if you are weak, you can push the arm down VERY easily
Valentine> Watching someone else do it, it looks like a scam, until it is done on you
Valentine> good?
Valentine> for the readers, you can take a look on youtube, and search for 'energy testing'
Jack> GREAT! Thanks!
Jack> You're a good teacher!
Valentine> He also passed around two necklaces of garnet that had been charged with lots of orgasms
Jack> Whoa handle with gloves!
Jack> :)
Jack> Or have somebody to catch you if it knocks you off your feet.
Valentine> I wasn't able to get a read off of it, but the woman that did the weaving demo with the teacher, got flushed when she put it on
Valentine> Since they were weaved, so did the teacher!
Jack> :)
Valentine> He was in mid sentence, and was knocked back a bit.
Jack> Hi JWsp, Welcome! I hope you'll join us in the Chat!
Jack> LOL re: knocked back. Like I said... have somebody to catch you, lol!
Valentine> He showed how the crystals increased the aura, and how you could use them during sex, and what his experience was with different kinds of stones
Valentine> I gots a customer BRB
Jack> May I ask what kind of business you're in? (Without jeopardizing your privacy of course!)
Valentine> Property manager for RV storage
Valentine> Ok, the class did weaving too, with a partner, which was cool, except my partner wasn't very talkative.
Jack> Oh yeah when they knock, you gotta answer! :-)
Valentine> I didn't get a chance to figure out what she felt when we did the excercise
Jack> How many units under your watchful eye?
Jack> RE: how she felt... That's too bad you didn't get a chance to have that feedback.
Jack> What's your intuition?
Valentine> 550+
Valentine> Well, I was super nervous, and she was the teachers aid
Jack> Wow re: # of units. That's a LOT of responsibility!
Jack> I hear you re: nervous / the teacher's aid.
Valentine> I felt her connect to two of my chakras. But all I got when I thought I had connected to her was a nod.
Jack> What's your intuition about her experience of the session?
Valentine> It felt like a needle
Valentine> I think that was becuase I was so dang nervous, though
Valentine> It was weird, cuz we did this really intimate thing, and then didn't talk to eachother.
Jack> Well she may not have been 100% consensual about the intimacy.
Jack> If she's working for the teacher, that puts pressure on her.
Jack> That's my Blink on it, any way.
Valentine> Well, that makes sense, as I was super nervous too!
Jack> Also, don't forget the concept of emotional furballs. They can surface without warning (almost by definition!) when
Jack> raising this kind of power.
Jack> And if they came up in the context you're describing, she may
Jack> have had to just stuff them. Women are SO programmed in our
Jack> culture to do that ANYway!
Valentine> Anyways, that is over now.
Jack> My Blink just got stronger.
Valentine> I guess that is what it's like to have a one night stand. haha
Valentine> That's all I can think of about the class.
Jack> Yeah kind of a New Age one night stand - with an audience! Blink Blink! ;)
Valentine> Lol
Jack> Is it any surprise that although it's all about being IN your body, she may have been to some degree in a just-opposite kind of space emotionally?
Jack> And like I said, that is a VERY VERY familiar situation, especially for women!
Valentine> Man, crazy pressure!
Jack> VERY!
Valentine> You know, I might need to get some crystals someday.
Jack> Anything else you'd like to discuss?
Jack> Sure, re: crystals! When you said that I saw that garnet necklace!
Valentine> um, nope
Jack> Delicious!
Jack> < was re: the garnet crystals.
Jack> Have you been contributing to the Milestones and Glossary projects?
Jack> I haven't had a chance to check in much, in detail. Just very quickly so far.
Valentine> more the glossary than the milestons, but that is because I haven't been practicing for the past month, so no milestons.
Jack> I hear you.
Jack> It'd be nice if you'd let yourself practice at least once a week, with NO expectations... just to maintain some continuity.
Valentine> This monday is looking good.
Valentine> but in two weeks, Back to be being a night owl!
Jack> RE: Monday, that's great!
Jack> RE: In two weeks... when you get to that point, just treat it like any other meditation, not like getting off or anything. Just allowing the energy to move.
Jack> No expectations.
Jack> And if you can do it at the beginning of your wakefulness period rather than at the end, then you can carry
Jack> that energy through your "day" even when your "day" is at night! ;)
Valentine> Awesome, sounds like a plan!
Jack> Great!
Valentine> Crystals are expensive!!
Jack> Yeah, because they are in such demand!
Jack> Are we about talked out for today? :) I'm gonna take a very short break then stick around til top of the hour. Then I'll be back at 0200UTC (6pm PST).
Valentine> I am talked out for now. :)
Jack> Ok, will talk with you later then. Have a GREAT day, and THANKS!
Koopa> Hi Jack, Hi Val, I've managed to get on.. late i know!
Jack> Hey Koopa! Sorry you missed Valentine's sharing but it's in the transcript.
Koopa> Yes i've just read it..
Jack> No worries Koopa, don't know if you can make it, but there'll be another chat at 0200 UTC, that's 6pm PST. What time zone are you in, Koopa?
Jack> Ok GREAT! I'm glad you got a chance to read the transcript!
Koopa> I'm on gmt london.
Jack> Ah... so the second chat may be a wee bit late for you then eh? :)
Koopa> I've got a question but it'd probably take me 10 mins to explain. what time is that chat in gmt?
Jack> 0200 :(
Koopa> oh..
Jack> This is the one intended for Europeans as it started at 1700 GMT.
Koopa> is there somewhere to post a question?
Jack> How about the short version of the question?
Jack> Also, I've done a cursory initial read of your GREAT blog post. First, please don't promise to make shorter posts - Use the blog to get it all out!!!
Jack> One other suggestion, and that is, at least once a week,
Koopa> I need to explain it.. it's not a yes or no question.
Jack> or maybe at least twice - your call - incorporate that single touch or caress into the practice.
Koopa> It'll take a fe paragraphs to explain
Koopa> fe=few
Jack> Also, re: physical position - the positions in the audio seminar are recommendations, not mandatory. It's important to find positions that are optimally comfortable for you.
Jack> Sure, go ahead please... Thanks!
Jack> (re: positions, and practice generally - make adjustments to RELAX any tension - be that position, voice, whatever).
Koopa> with the question, i'll put it in a blog, then you or anyone can comment, as i wan't to keep up with what your saying now..
Jack> I really liked the part where you said you were playing with the sensations. That's an excellent attitude in my opinion! ;)
Koopa> I thought the bed would be comfortable, but I need to adjust slightly
Jack> I can't stand the suspense! What is your question?
Koopa> I get my best KS's in the car.. but I can't do much carressing or anything else in there!
Jack> Just press the Enter key every so often so I can start reading it, and yes do also post the longer more detailed version to your blog! :D
Koopa> Right the question!
Jack> Are you actually driving when you are doing this?
Koopa> no..
Jack> ok.
Koopa> I used to park up and practice singing in my car.. now i do KS!
Jack> Driving while practicing is a serious no no.
Jack> Puts yourself and others at risk!
Jack> Whew!
Koopa> :D it's much more enjoyable..
Koopa> and sounds better!
Jack> Please go ahead with your question (jeez, talk about foreplay! LOL).
Jack> Have you tried a sitting position when you practice at home? Many people favor that and get great results!
Jack> Oh, also, have you got the second audio seminar yet?
Jack> If not, I recommend that you do so:
Jack> How to Last Longer in Bed | The Multiple Orgasm Trigger Protocol Secure Ordering Page
Koopa> :D:D:D No i can't.. I'm going to write it as a blog, because it is something i've done, that has caused a reaction, and it's gonna take time to get it all down. I will start immediately, and then if you want you can have a look.. is that ok?
Jack> The whole thing is Key Sound(tm) training. It's VERY good, if I may say... Others have said, too!
Jack> Yes that's fine! Go ahead and blog. Fill up our server!!! :D
Koopa> No i haven't thought of sitting at home :o
Jack> Let it ALL out, Brother!
Jack> THIS is THE Place for that!!!
Jack> Yeah try sitting, plus any other positions you feel inspired to.
Jack> The Protocol is a set of guidelines, not a straitjacket. :)
Jack> Let your sense of relaxation and your resultant Echo Effects be your Primary Guru. Let THEM guide you to positions and practice that is optimum for YOU.
Jack> And also realize that what is optimum at one stage may evolve into different forms over time. That's all part of The Adventure, OK? :)
Koopa> How about on the toilet? would that be safe for other users?:)
Jack> Now that is I think the first time in my 15 years working with this that I've heard that idea, I think, and I LOVE it!!!
Jack> Just as long as somebody else doesn't need access!!! LOL.
Jack> You can REALLY let it all GO in that instance.
Jack> Only thing is, it is a hard seat unless you have one of those inflatable toilet seats,
Koopa> Sorry, you just made me laugh with the foreplay remark, and then the sitting position!
Jack> so you make start cutting off blood flow to your legs, especially as you relax.
Koopa> ok, where was i?
Jack> But if that's the case, just end the session sooner, or just
Koopa> :D:D:D stop it!!:D:D
Jack> migrate to the bed or a chair or whatever / wherever when you feel the need or desire to.
Jack> ROFLMAO! Go ahead, puhleez! :)
Koopa> I've lost track now..
Jack> Oh JEEEEEEEZ!!! You're TORTURING ME!
Koopa> right i think i should go start on the blog, should be ready in about 15mins
Jack> Ok!
Jack> I'm needing to take a break as I've been in channel for 3 hours plus, but I will indeed look at it later. Can't say I'll have
Koopa> If your still around i'd like to know your response back here if you like or i can wait for your rsponse to the blog
Koopa> should i check back here in 15 mins?
Jack> a response for you before you go to bed tonight but by tomorrow there will be. Ok?
Jack> I won't be here. I'm toast, for now.
Jack> Patience, Grasshoppa! :)
Koopa> yeah, ok.. i will get on with it, and have a look in tomorrow,
Koopa> many thanks, and i'm still laughing!:D
Koopa> Cheers Jack, bye for now..
Jack> Me too! I was just about to type that!
Jack> That is the PERFECT frame of mind for practice, btw!
Jack> This is JOYFUL, not a chore! ;)
Koopa> look.. do you want to see this question or not??:D
Koopa> if i start practicing now, i'll never get it done!
Jack> Oh
Jack> My
Jack> God!
Jack> Yes Yes Yes THE QUESTION!!! Open the Envelope, PLEASE!
Jack> GAWD what a TEASE you are!!!
Koopa> :D ..ok ok.. catch you later.. i'm on it..
Jack> On the other hand, maybe you should just blog it.
Jack> :D:D:D:D:D
Koopa> what envelope?
Jack> Ok, I now have to step away from keyboard before I crack totally up! Talk with you later, you RASCAL!
Jack> re: Envelope... didn't you ever watch the Oscars, or a quiz show?
Jack> And the Winner IS... May I have the Envelope Please!...
Koopa> No.. :D but i am now blogging. hope to catch you tomorrow, cheers Jack.
Jack> Go Blog Yourself! ;)
Jack> Ok, this has been quite a ride! LMAO. Bye for now!

Valentine> Unfortunately, I can't help you.
Valentine> We do, however, have another member that has practiced some taoism: artform
Laly> hi
Koopa> Hi Valentine, thanks, I was just reading some other blogs and coments. These blogs are so useful! Was I doing taoism? I thought I'd managed to wander off of all the paths! and had ended up on my own somewhere!
Koopa> Hi Laly, and Loosecannon
Laly> hi kooopa
Koopa> :) how many ooo's..
Laly> sorry- been a long day for me already koopa
Laly> my apologies on the extra O
Koopa> that's ok.. I'm pretty new here, but i think i've read about you.. You are female aren't you?
Laly> yes
Koopa> oh, that is very interesting. hope you don't mind me saying..
Laly> say what?
Koopa> can i ask you about your experiences on here?
Laly> interesting in what way koopa?
Laly> of course
Laly> what would you like to know :)
Koopa> well, i'm interested in how the orgasms for a man using Ks might be similar to what women feel, what do you think?
Laly> it is possible-- that varies person to person
Laly> in my experience -- KS orgasms of mine .. well
Koopa> mmm.. do you do the KS?
Laly> in the beginning i did
Laly> i do not need to use KS at all to trigger orgasms
Laly> now
Koopa> this is interesting.. what was it like for you before KS?
Laly> my life before this program-- was very dismal
Laly> i was very bitter and angry at self
Laly> at an early age i was sexually molested and later raped at at 16
Laly> at age
Koopa> Oh!!
Koopa> so has Ks been good for you? I can't believe how nice the people are on here!
Laly> oh yes- i say the KS saved my life
Koopa> Wow..
Koopa> Have you blogged much on here?
Laly> yes
Koopa> oh yes, i've just seen 26 entries, that's quite alot! i've done .. 2!

Laly> awww- lovely :)
Laly> am blushing
Lopez> na I don't see the Kwik.. although I do miss it :)
Jack> *******Begin Key Sound Multiple Orgasm Trigger Training Chat Hosted by Jack Johnston MA 20080202 Second Session
Jack> Hi folks... Jack is Back! ;)
Lopez> hi Jumpin' Jack :D
Laly> hi jack
Koopa> Hi Jack
Jack> Just not too loud on an airplane, right? ;)
Laly> yep
Jack> Say hello to some of the veterans in the House tonight, too! To Drew - Join Date: (in NEW old O'Reilly Forum: May 9 1997 and even before that!) and Loosecanon1: Join date: August 29 2001!
Laly> koopa asked a great question earlier jack :)
Jack> What's that?
Koopa> did I??
Laly> i'm interested in how the orgasms for a man using Ks might be similar to what women fee
Laly> feel
Lopez> hello Dearest Drew!
Laly> (and yes u did koopa)
Drew> Hi Lopez!
Jack> In most fundamental sense how can one answer that question? Yet, we can
Jack> certainly share our own experience from our own place on the gender spectrum and compare...
Jack> identify similarities, distinctions, while realizing that the distinctions may not necessarily be a function of gender, when it comes to the FELT experience.
Jack> Laly might be a good one start on that topic, since there is far more male experience documented in this forum (so far) than female experience. So Laly, given that you have probably read more posts in this Forum than just about anybody,
Laly> true :)
Jack> and given your own experience, what would you say the similarities are, and what might be some distinctions, if not based on physiological gender, perhaps simply distinctions between one person's experience and another's, one of whom happens to be female. :)
Jack> Good question, btw, Koopa!
Jack> I'd say you have the Talking Stick, Ms. Laly, if you want it!
Laly> similarities--1. the echo effects generally felt -- NO MATTER where they are flt
Laly> felt-- not fit
Jack> Yeah, we want to the Google indexer to index the keywords and phrases correctly ;)
Jack> So, also, as one of my high school English teachers used to write on people's essays: Please do not abbrev. ;)
Laly> 2. the elation felt or pleasure felt
Laly> (abbreviate?? where did i do that ???)
Laly> these 2 are fundamental (In my humble opinion)
Laly> for KS orgasms
Koopa> can i say something?
Laly> yes koopa--
Koopa> you probably haven't read my second blog yet.. but
Koopa> The feelings i got that i wrote about in my second blog, when i was trying not to let the prostate contract by forced relaxation, were how my partner feels to me when she orgasms, ie, like she opens up to me, and her vagina and anus feel like they have given up and just relax!
Koopa> does that feel anything like you've experienced Laly?
Laly> i had to learn to relax those muscles
Koopa> so before was you tense?
Laly> and i have not shared KS with a partner/man yet
Laly> i would tense up yes
Laly> before KS program
Laly> but as I told you-my story is unique koopa
Laly> as for dis-similaries
Laly> dis-similarities (sorry)
Laly> )
Laly> where orgams are generally felt can be different
Laly> for me -- the are rarely in the genital area-- like some men's (and other woman's- for that fact )
Koopa> I think the common thread is definitely the relaxation. I have never been relaxed before starting KS
Laly> hmmm...nice catch koopa :)
Koopa> whereas a woman can relax and enjoy (if she is enjoying it), i was forever trying
Laly> relaxation and allowing self to be 'open' and trusting in the process
Laly> OHH-- eeek
Koopa> What??
Laly> it took me time to relax and trust myself koopa-- about 2 months
Laly> re: comment whereas a woman can relax and enjoy
Koopa> i understand that.
Laly> okay
Koopa> does anyone else want to speak?
Laly> yeah-- open this up :)
Jack> Laly, maybe clarify your eek for the other readers. :)
Laly> i did jack
Jack> I also hope we'll hear from Drew and greyx about this, if they're willing!
Laly> re: comment whereas a woman can relax and enjoy
Laly> i was just concerned koopa was generalizing all women with that comment
Jack> Lol, there's an echo in here... small e echo... pls continue.
Laly> that it was 'easier' to relax for women than men
Koopa> Not at all.. i said, if she's enjoying it..
Laly> (sorry for duplicate lines ) :o
Laly> not all women 'enjoy' them koopa
Koopa> no i know, one of my previous girlfriends had gone through something very similar, i do understand.
Laly> or have experienced an orgasm at all
Laly> thanks jack-- I was trying to aviod going into that arena -- rape /incest
Jack> And also because both some men and some women are so programmed by our culture to perform... I really detest that word when used in reference to sexuality! Please continue.
Laly> of ALL my orgasms, singles and mulitples
Laly> i can only think of two being genital area centered
Laly> i think that women are more apt to be responsive to heartgasms
Laly> only in fact of enculturalization of men and holding back of feelings/emotions
Jack> [ re: only two... so far... ]
Laly> (i apologize for spelling errors )
Laly> orgasms to date then :P
Koopa> so it sounds like the KS affects your whole body similarly to men!
Jack> [ re: spelling errors don't sweat them... you can edit transcript when posted to Raw Transcripts area, load into an ascii text editor and run a spellchecker on the transcript - Google site search will like that - please continue ]
Laly> yes koopa
Koopa> that seems like common sense to me now, as we are primarily the same except for our genitals!
Laly> :)
Koopa> that has answered my question alot! thank you..
Laly> your welcome
Jack> One aspect that is very hopeful to me, and has been since I started this work, is that all of the differences described so far are not differences inherent to gender, but effects of cultural impacts and socialization, however brutal at times it may have been! That's why this work is so important to me, by the way. "pc" (i.e., please continue ;) )
Jack> If I may add one more comment here. re: same except for genitals. Here's a little known but fascinating fact:
Laly> if you could see me right now-- the tears are streaming down my face
Koopa> I never expected to get an answer.. in fact i thought it was impossible to answer!
Jack> Over 90% of our entire nervous system is virtually full developed before gender even begins to differentiate in the fetus!
Laly> :)-- see what happens when you expect one thing-and it wasnt that at all koopa ;)
Laly> and very true Jack
Jack> i.e., we are mostly wired in a very similar way. Vive la différence! to be sure... But it's important to me to inform about our shared experience and physiological heritage (and hence predispositions) as well.
Koopa> yeah alright.. :p
Jack> Re: impossible, Koopa. A BIG part of the work done here is identifying and disspelling, as in breaking the binding spell, of thought forms such as framing things as impossible, or adding that all important phrase as yet to certain statements of our past learned limitations. And also to promote awareness and transcendance of those learned limitations of thought patterns.
Koopa> i was thinking about that too, ie, how a penis would be a clitoris if the babies a girl, and maybe the prostate is the female G spot
Jack> Transcendance as in trance end dance!
Laly> :D
Jack> As we do this work of disspelling, it's natural to feel shame or embarrassment when the patterns are identified, but that shame too is part of the binding character of the oppressive spell. As counsels the I Ching, the Chinese Book of Changes: No Blame. Perseverance Furthers... ;)
Jack> In fact, that is the most common phrase that occurs in the Book of Changes.
Laly> :)
Jack> Would Drew and or greyx care to comment?
Laly> (Drew is sleeping right now)
Jack> Please do speak up, if willing. We value your thoughts and experience!
Jack> As well as your questions!
Koopa> (Is this a good place to come to sleep?)
Jack> Drew must be sleeping at the keyboard as he is showing as logged in. I wouldn't be surprised if that is the case. He loves his Mac, lol! :D
Laly> (softly chuckles as not to wake Drew- agrees with jack)
Jack> Sure Koopa, as long as you don't fall asleep ON the keyboard and start sending massive strings of characters and overloading the ChatBox server, lol!
Laly> we had a big day today Jack- the FC workshop
Jack> Yeah, I hope it went well!
Jack> FC = Family Constellation workshop, btw.
Laly> it did and didnt
Laly> for me anyway
Jack> If work is being done. :)
Laly> well-- i passed out literally Jack
Laly> :(
Laly> and no one knew that--thought i was just laying on floor
Jack> Whoa!
Laly> it was the biggest group we had to date- and the most i had to deal with
Laly> regarding my group anxiety worries
Jack> Yeah that's a LOT of stimulus for a sensitive Lady.
Laly> yeah--emotionally overload
Jack> Especially since it's not a passive crowd, but there's a lot of emotional energy, much of it painful, probably running in the group.
Laly> i mentioned this anxiety to the group when i introduced myself
Laly> yes jack
Laly> it took ALOT of courage to step AND stay in the room
Laly> the whole day
Jack> That's great that you broke the silence about the anxiety you were feeling.
Laly> i am so wiped out right now
Laly> thanks--
Jack> Breaking the silence rather than stuffing the feelings is a BIG step in recovery.
Jack> RE: wiped out, what would be a prudent decision for you at this time, to take care of yourself?
Laly> :D
Laly> *chuckling-- that I should head to bed
Jack> And your choice about that?
Laly> am heading that way :)
Laly> nite Jack
Jack> ATTAGirl!
Jack> Nite, Laly... Thanks for being here this evening and sharing all you have!
Laly> as always -- you are welcome Jack :D
Laly> love and light to everyone :)
Jack> Same to you m'dear!

Jack> Good night Koopa!
Jack> Thanks for jumpin' right in to our community process! It's great to have your energy here!
Koopa> Cheers Jack, i didn't want to hog the stage though. but it was extremely interesting
Koopa> and like i said, i didn't think that question could be answered.
Koopa> are you off now?
Koopa> ok.. good night all.
Jack> Good night Koopa! Get some rest. :)
Jack> Wishing you all the very best, and once again Welcome!!!

zeitgeist> Hi to laly, vbmtor, lopez and to any non members viewing today
zeitgeist> I've just posted my latest entry into the forum
zeitgeist> Interesting.. is the time in the chatbox Pacific time?
zeitgeist> cos its 15.52gmt/utc right now :)
Laly> yes -- chat box is in PST zeit :)
tandello> Lately, I've had a few that have resulted in an interesting later manifestation.
tandello> About 8 hours afterwards I would have a very prolonged miniorgasm sensation. It would rise and fall in intensity. Sometimes rather distracting. Fortunately, i was alone at the time.
tandello> Body waves are more frequent than they use to be. Usually with each session.
tandello> Overall, the practice has been much more enjoyable since Jack made modifications to understanding the procedures.
tandello> Enjoy everyone. I'll see you later.
Jack> re: tandello's comment about my having made modifications to understanding procedures... I have always and will continue to be grateful to each of you for teaching me how to teach you! :)
Jack> Hi Mog!
Koopa> Jack Jack Jack!!! are you there??? I do believe I just had a KSMO!!!! and I can't believe it!!! :D

Lopez> Hey Jackaroo :) Hi naibirdaway
Jack> Hi to both of you!

Lopez> yeppo
Jack> Hey Lopez! naibirdaway - you still around? And Warm Welcome to Newest Newbie naibirdaway!
Jack> Lopez, I do believe naibirdaway is your neighbor, a Kiwi!
Lopez> reading zeitgeist's thread "From the first encouraging signs" :D
Lopez> true? sweet as brother
Jack> You are, or he is?
Jack> lol re: brother.
Jack> My ? was re: which of you is reading zeit's post?
Lopez> i am re: reading
Jack> Roger, copy... VERY exciting about Koopa's news, eh?
Lopez> hehe yeah :D he was very excited
Lopez> Koopa the very QUICK
Jack> LOL.
Lopez> I'll be updating my blog later tonight.. and will be taking a two week break. I am going to a 10 day Vipassana meditation retreat on Wednesday ;)
Jack> Ok great, re: blog update. SUPER GREAT re: vipasana retreat... you're taking a new skill with you... could be interesting!
Jack> We'll certainly miss you!!!
Jack> Can you stick around a wee bit now, to see if naibirdaway resurfaces in the chatbox? I need to review somebody's Key Sound(tm) for validation.
Lopez> Yep. I've always wanted to go and feel that many aspects of my life will be served by my attendance (including KSMO) :)
naibirdaway> hi
naibirdaway> sorry
naibirdaway> im here
naibirdaway> are u
Lopez> Yep
Jack> Hey there!
naibirdaway> hi
naibirdaway> im new to the forum
Jack> Warm Welcome, Newest Newbie naibirdaway!
naibirdaway> how do i use it?
Jack> Lopez lives in your neighborhood! ;)
naibirdaway> really?
naibirdaway> where?
Lopez> Sydney, Australia
naibirdaway> im in toronto canada
Lopez> ohhh you live in Jack's neighbourhood ;)
Lopez> which I think is Sidney, Canada haha
naibirdaway> Where is he
Jack> Oh! I mistook you for another chap! Thot you were a Kiwi!
naibirdaway> haaha
Jack> I live parttime, expat, in the OTHER Sidney - BC!
naibirdaway> i need some help with my control
Jack> RE: ejaculation control? or?
naibirdaway> i have tried the deep breathing from the belly
naibirdaway> yes
naibirdaway> ejaculation
naibirdaway> the some days i have control some does not
naibirdaway> dont know what it is
Jack> Well when you practice this method according to the Protocol pdf ahem... you will begin to feel new relief and hope!
naibirdaway> protocol pdf?
naibirdaway> where is that?
Jack> Have you had a chance to listen to at least the introductory audio seminar, if not also the second one, on Key Sound(tm) training?
naibirdaway> yes the first one
naibirdaway> deep belly breathe aahhhAAAH
Jack> Did you purchase my first audio seminar, Male Multiple Orgasm Step by Step?
naibirdaway> breathing out from the belly instead of in the chest
Jack> It's not an ahhh sound.
naibirdaway> yes
naibirdaway> i probably just need more practice
Jack> don't worry about your belly. :-) When you articulate the Key Sound correctly, your belly will move the way it needs to, automatically.
Jack> Well, it doesn't further to do more practice if there are misunderstandings, or if you are not articulating the Key Sound correctly.
naibirdaway> so i guess i will just know when it work
Jack> I'd say what you need is more information, plus some feedback about the accuracy or INaccuracy of your Key Sound(tm) articulation.
Jack> Oh, you'll DEFINITELY know when it starts working, but meantime, slow yourself down a bit, and let us teach you, ok?
naibirdaway> ok
naibirdaway> im ready to be taught
Jack> So right now even, just take a moment to realize that you are now in a very supportive, accepting community that will teach you not only how to transcend premature ejaculation, but also how to tap in to a multiorgasmic reservoir that is FAR FAR beyond what you believed possible.
naibirdaway> so wat do i from here
Jack> (My browser crashed, had to restart)
naibirdaway> ok
Jack> First, you begin your Great Adventure starting NOW...
naibirdaway> i was just saying what do i from here
Jack> You do that by right now taking a moment to slow yourself down. Slow your breathing down. Become AWARE of slowing your breathing down.
naibirdaway> ok
Jack> Not how your EMOTIONS and your body respond by doing that simple act.
Jack> NOTE non "Not" :-)
Jack> As you do this, you may become aware of certain emotions, that surface. If these are uncomfortable emotions,
Jack> we refer to them here as Emotional Furballs... unfinished emotional business that you more or less cough up emotionally as a cat coughs up a hairball it can't digest.
Jack> Are you slowing your breathing down right now? Not forcing it, just gently slowing down your pace.
Jack> naibirdaway, are you still with us?
naibirdaway> yes
naibirdaway> i can slow my breathin
naibirdaway> i feel fine
naibirdaway> not uncomfortable at all
naibirdaway> feel good
naibirdaway> :)
Jack> Good re: feeling fine. I hear you say you "can" slow... are you slowing down your breathing right now?
Jack> BTW, I'm not ask you to practice the Protocol, with stimulation, etc. right now.
Jack> I'm just asking you to slow your breathing, ok? In a moment I'm going to ask Brother Lopez for his input, too. First, I have another question for you, OK?
Jack> naibirdaway - are you there?
Jack> Please stay in touch with us here in the chat if you'd like us to help you, ok?
Jack> What's happening with you?
Lopez> (I'm still here Jack :o )
Jack> Thanks Lopez.
Jack> I'm not sure what's going on with naibirdaway at the moment.
Lopez> ask the question and he will answer in time
Jack> I actually need to leave for a while due to a prior commitment. Can you stick around for a while and see if he responds? May be a connection issue of some kind.
Lopez> yep I'll be around
Jack> Thanks! Perhaps you can share with him the distinction between the ejaculation reflex and the orgasmic reflex, and also
Jack> that the 20 minute practice sessions are not about maintaining erection, etc.
Jack> Also, do you have my cellphone number?
Lopez> Cellphone number? I don't believe I do
Jack> Ok, I just sent it via email. Any issues come up I need to know about right away. Please give me a quick shout. You ok with that?
Lopez> I'm Ok with it
Jack> You da Man, Bro.
Lopez> last time i checked
Jack> Ok, I'll ck back in as soon as I get back, if I don't hear from you in the interim. I can call you back on skype as soon as I get back if need be, ok?
Jack> lol. Right on, it's good to check once in a while. ;)
Lopez> Yep... still a Man hahaha
Jack> Thanks for checking. Ahem... :D
Lopez> Ok.. ttyl!
Jack> Ok, I'll be back in about 30 to 45, if you need to leave, I understand.
Lopez> I
Lopez> I'll be here.. no prior engagements today
Jack> cheers, mate... tty soon.
Jack> Thanks again.
Lopez> bfn :)
Jack> :)
Lopez> Hi Val & Monkey Magic
naibirdaway> hi sorry
naibirdaway> was practicing
Lopez> Welcome back, practicing Key Sounds?
naibirdaway> yes
Lopez> any questions?
naibirdaway> i have a relief after i PC squeeze thoguh and supress the ejaculation feeling
naibirdaway> after it feels like im about to ejaculate and i hold it back the felin goies away and im fine after that
naibirdaway> well sometimes
naibirdaway> and then the breathing helps after that feelings of ejaculation is gone
Lopez> have you listened to Jack's training seminars?
naibirdaway> i just had sex and found this
naibirdaway> yea
naibirdaway> the first one
naibirdaway> but i find sometime soon as i get iniside for sex sometimes i just feel to cum quick
naibirdaway> but when i feel like im cummin i can hold it back with a pc muscle squeeze and tjen im ok after that feeling desappears
Lopez> Ok :) It sounds like you, like almost every other male on this planet, have been trained to induce orgasm through vigorous stimulation
Lopez> and like many others in this forum, have learnt that training PC muscles can put a wall up against the ejaculatory reflex
Lopez> at moments just before the PONR, but have found this to be still rather unsatisfactory
Lopez> the Key Sound Multiple Orgasm involves no stimulation
Lopez> the protocol, as found by Jack, moves the individual to relax and be open to one's bodily sensation in response to the deep, husky and resonant sigh (aka the Key Sound)
naibirdaway> ok
naibirdaway> what i will do
naibirdaway> i will listen to the cd again
naibirdaway> then i will come back to u guys
naibirdaway> perhaps i need to practice some more
Lopez> in contrary to societal ideals of male orgasm, this method does not reach for orgasms through stimulation but rather allows the body to feel into its own orgasmic potential
Lopez> Yep.. I would recommend that you listen to the training seminars, and
naibirdaway> yea i have listened to it already
naibirdaway> i will listenin again and practice
naibirdaway> then i will check back with jack
Lopez> read the Protocol pdf that would have been included with your purchase. Follow the protocol strictly .
naibirdaway> is that the best thing to do
naibirdaway> i dont have this protocol
naibirdaway> where do i get that
naibirdaway> i just got an audio cd
Lopez> ok, email jack and he will either send you a link to download the pdf or send you the pdf in the email
Lopez> jack@multiples.com
Lopez> in the title of the email include your username, naibirdaway
naibirdaway> can i not get it on this site somewhere?
naibirdaway> i have purchased the cd tutorial already
naibirdaway> i think jack was going to send it to me earlier but i gt disconnected
Lopez> Hmm.. I'm not sure where you can d/l the pdf from the site (as I've never needed to look). Jack will be on shortly.
naibirdaway> ok
Lopez> I also suggest that it might be beneficial for you to begin practising the Key Sounds outside of the bedroom
Lopez> when you have become proficient at the type of energetic orgasms that are on offer here, there are ways for you to introduce it to the bedroom and with your partner
Lopez> tips which you will also find in the training seminar and in this forum.
naibirdaway> so the cdd tutorial is about having these orgasms w/o sex
Lopez> a point that Jack was coming to (before you got disconnected): the distinction between ejaculation and orgasm
Lopez> Have you discovered the difference between the two, nai?
naibirdaway> no
naibirdaway> well sort of
naibirdaway> like i was sayin before if it feels like im about to orgasm/cum i can hold it back and have this feeling pass over me and supress my ejaculation
Lopez> Ok
Lopez> Ejaculation is merely a muscular reflex. When you cross that threshold (the 'Point of No Return'), your muscles automatically contract, stimulating your prostate and expelling seminal fluid.
Lopez> I've heard Jack compare ejaculation to sneezing ;) They are very similar processes.
Lopez> The confusion is created because often, orgasm accompanies the ejaculatory reflex.
naibirdaway> so how do we cum without sneezing
naibirdaway> ;)
Lopez> For the purposes of this discussion, we will consider orgasm as emotional & energetic experiences. (Something of course which you can too discover when you follow the instructions in the seminar and call on the advice here in the forum)
Lopez> 'Cum' = Ejaculation = Sneezing :D What's taugh here is that there is another way to experience orgasm.. and that way lies outside the realms & ideas of 'traditional' intercourse and ejaculatory methods
Lopez> Many users have reported experiencing waves of orgasmic ecstasy and bliss lasting well past the 5-10 seconds that ejaculatory orgasms offer :)
naibirdaway> nice
Lopez> Mog, a KSMO adept (master), a 77 year old male, who begun practising the methods taught here at the young age of 74 ;) He experiences up to 30 minutes of continuous ecstasy from his use of the Key Sound
naibirdaway> doesnt that before really drainin
naibirdaway> tiring on the body
Lopez> Energetic orgasms through the Key Sound do just that, energize the body rather than deplete it
naibirdaway> so when you transfer that with sex can u have the same experience
Lopez> Your body holds a resevoir of potential orgasmic energy waiting to be tapped in to... its just that our bodies have become desensitized to the energy's flow. The Key Sound reunites the individual with this source and thus opens up the individual to new and amazing experiences
Lopez> Yep. Keep in mind though that your perception of sex may change as your body becomes more aware of the subtle energies that course through your body and your partners.
naibirdaway> ok
naibirdaway> well im off to bed
naibirdaway> thanks
naibirdaway> i will go through the seminar again tomrow and write back
naibirdaway> night
Lopez> Ok. Be sure to send Jack that email.
Lopez> Ttyl
Jack> Just got back, you still in channel naibirdaway?
Jack> Glad we heard back from you!
Jack> Actually when Lopez said our practice involves NO stimulation, that is not quite correct... (Check the pdf, Lopez! ;) ).
Lopez> Yeah, thats what I thought at first... gentle caress vs stimulation
Jack> It involves MINIMAL stimulation during the 20 minute practice sessions designed to AWAKEN the multiorgasmic response so the multiorgasmic Echo Effects(tm) are accessible at will.
Jack> In fact I recommend that you click the Search link on the navbar and use our new Google site search to search on the terms: "at will".
Lopez> semantics really, I've associated stimulation with continuity :P
Jack> Please remember to surround any phrase with those "quotes". ;)
Lopez> will do
Jack> Semantics are important though, Lopez, and when misunderstood can lead to confusion.
Lopez> yep yep understood
Jack> A single caress IS stimultation, it is not continuous stimulation. ;)
Jack> Sexual fantasy is also stimulation! ;) ;)
Lopez> I could have also said, "no stimulation is required"
Jack> That's why some people in their practice plateau if they neglect that component of practice - that single touch or caress of a pleasurable area of their body.
Jack> Ah be careful also especially with a newbie about saying no stimulation is required.
Jack> Eventually no stimulation is required, other than the stimulation of intention - that at will component...
Lopez> Yeah I did feel hesitant with that particular line. Mistake made and noted :)
Jack> Usually that single touch or caress stimulation is required for most people, at least during some of the cycles during the 20 minute practice sessions.
Jack> The single touch or caress doesn't have to happen on each cycle, but it's good to include it at least every two or three cycles to increase the intensity of the Echo Effects(tm).
Jack> This is not a rule, but a guideline.
Jack> Your hesitation was a bit of a clue, wasn't it? ;)
Jack> Your Inner Wisdom gave you a wee nudge there, eh? :)
Lopez> Definitely :D
Jack> Also, I invite you to substitute the word lesson for the word mistake. :)
Lopez> I see all mistakes as lessons ;) (i.e. I dont feeli I have the negative association to the word)
Jack> Shame sucks. So I do like to invest energy in inviting people to reframe their language, including if not epecially self-descriptive language to reduce the shame index. :D
Jack> I also invite you to be very clear about the distinction between orgasm and ejaculation.
Lopez> Indeed.. I too pick up on the words other people use.
Lopez> (and the words that I use)
Jack> I admit I border on being a bit compulsive about it, but to use orgasm when referring to ejaculation can make it more difficult for people to make a very clear distinction between the two reflexes:
Lopez> well I wanted to be careful with that distinction.. and took the definition from an article you've been sourced in:
Lopez> "Orgasms are emotional energetic reflexes. They are often the desired effect of arousal, consisting of waves of intensely pleasurable emotional and physical sensation often accompanied by involuntary bodily muscular movements. In contrast, ejaculation is a glandular reflex including the sensation of crossing a physiological 'threshold' triggering a series of automatic contractions of the prostate gland to expel seminal fluid."
Jack> Orgasm refers to the feelings and emotions and sensations whereas ejaculation refers to a completely distinct reflex that is the emission of prostatitic fluid in the male, and Skene's gland fluid expulsion in the female. :)
Lopez> Ok, so the term 'ejaculation' explicitly refers to the mechanics and the term 'orgasm' refers to the sensory experience
Jack> What I was keying on was your semi-conflatory use of the expression ejaculatory orgasm.
Jack> Again, most people would say that's what happens, but it's very important for people to learn, imho, to very clearly understand, that orgasm and ejaculation
Lopez> yeah I was going to say E+O
Jack> are indeed two distinct and distinguishable reflexes, that however tend to occur almost simultaneously in the male.
Jack> Yeah your E+O as a typical description of what until now has been customary for males I think is quite apt!
Lopez> and used the expression to simplify another expression: ejaculation accompied by an orgasm.
Jack> Well there are mechanics associated with orgasm as well.
Lopez> What are they?
Jack> There are spontaneous sounds, breathing changes, undulations, etc. :)
Jack> As well sometimes as arching of the spine, temporary muscular rigidity, etc. That's quite a bit of mechanics, wouldn't you say? :D
Lopez> Ok. Would have it been more clear if I had have added a footnote.. E.g. ejaculatory orgasm (in contrast to non-ejaculatory orgasm) ?
Jack> I'm not trying to correct your speech, etc., I'm hoping to help you further differentiate the distinctions between the two reflexes. :)
Jack> Yes that would've been more clear but why not emphasize the difference entirely?
Jack> Orgasm are the rushes of intense feeling, sensation, emotion, and can also include the physical "mechanical" activity I enumerated
Lopez> Hmm.. I feel that intellectually I know the difference, and have felt the difference experientially.. but havent had the opportunity to describe the experience in my own words :)
Jack> whereas ejaculation is technically (usually expulsive) emission of fluid from the prostate?
Lopez> That is.. until now
Jack> That's what I hear to help you do. eh? :D
Jack> To help you understand and learn to articulate those finer distinctions.
Lopez> Yet the stimulation of the prostate begins the process of the orgasmic reflex?
Jack> It was by making the effort to do so that set the stage for my making this discovery,
Jack> so I want to help you set your own stage for discovering this within your own experience! :)
Lopez> for sure.. I want to help me too!
Jack> Stimulation of the prostate may trigger orgasm even without ejaculation, but the important point in my view is
Jack> that OTHER activities can also elicit extremely intense multiorgasmic feelings without any stimulation of the prostate whatsoever!
Jack> It is through understanding that you may more easily understand the possibility of orgasms entirely at will such as those documented in this Forum over the years.
Jack> If I hadn't made that clear distinction, and invite other people to make it for themselves, they would have been much less likely to be able to enjoy multiple orgasms entirely at will with no other stimulation at all, once they had learned to use the Multiple Orgasm Trigger Protocol(tm) to awaken
Jack> their innate multiorgasmic capacity.
Lopez> Yep, that orgasm is not limited to stimulation (or at the very least, vigorous stimulation)
Jack> lol I hear you about your wanting to help you too. :)
Jack> As I have said many many times in this Forum over the years,
Lopez> of the penis and/or the prostate
Jack> in learning this lifelong skill, the greater challenge is not between the legs, it's between the ears! ;)
Lopez> and that at various points in one's journey do the keys be revealed. I've found myself reading a book for a second or third time and realising a deeper understanding of what used to be 'just words'
Jack> It seems to me that when you say or at the very least vigorous stimulation that you are still having some cognitive difficulty in accepting the possibility that no physical stimulation AT ALL is necessary to experience orgasm, once you learn how to awaken fully the multiorgasmic response.
Lopez> It could be a subconscious difficulty.. I feel I have accepted it consciously
Jack> Very definitely I can identify with just words versus having enough experience to get their meaning at much deeper, literally visceral level.
Lopez> although that particular sentence was more in reference to the 'minimal stimulation' conversation we had earlier :)
Jack> Yes, that's what I'm addressing, Brother, calling your attention to some persistent subconscious attachment to what has been programmed into us for millenia!
Jack> It may take you a day or two longer. ;)
Jack> No blame (at all!)... Perseverance furthers.
Lopez> or may be even just a moment or two ;)
Jack> Hey it's ten o'clock and my dinner's getting cold. I'd better scoot, but I really love your openness to learning, your inquisitiveness, you continuing to sort through it all. That's what it takes. I am most impressed! ;)
Jack> Yes ultimately it does and will for you boil down to just that moment when the quantum shift in your consciousness will occur. I feel it's a little closer even than you may think.
Jack> Or maybe just a tiny bit longer.
Lopez> Thanks Jack. I'm impressed by it too ;) I enjoy your wisdom and
Lopez> implore you to keep 'picking' on the words that I use :D
Jack> I need to get going now but I have REALLY enjoyed our discussion this evening, and thank you very much for helping naibirdaway increase his understanding as well!
Jack> Well I'm looking forward to when you will no longer feel picked on. The picking feeling is part of the shame baggage that we all carry.
Jack> No Blame. Perseverance furthers.
Lopez> I used quotes to indicate the figure of speech :P
Jack> I look forward, very much to our next conversation!
Lopez> Hahaaha.. I was looking for another word but alas my vocabulary escaped me in that particular moment
Jack> :) Yes I see that! ;) That's already a BIG shift! Still just perhaps a little thread of attachment. That's ok. Hang on to a little bit so you
Lopez> The irony :) Ok Jack.. ttyl!
Jack> will always be able to appreciate how far you have come. Miltion Erickson taught me that. :)
Jack> Take care Brother, I wish you all the very best, and I do indeed look forward to our next conversation. Remember to do your homework! ;)
Lopez> or let go of it all and appreciate what once was when you see that thread in others?
Lopez> My homework? What homework :p
Jack> Thank Goddess it's only a maximum of 20 minutes, 3 times a week! :D
Jack> Bye for real this time... for now.
Lopez> Haha ok. Bfn!
Valentine> Oh man, and I only thought girls had long goodbyes!
Lopez> girls and the "wise"
Valentine> haha
Valentine> touche
Lopez> ;)
Valentine> How's life, Mr. Lopez?
Valentine> I think you where at the second chat yesterday; one that I missed. :(
Lopez> yeah I was there to start with.. but then went ice-skating with the girlfriend :D
Lopez> I'll be at a 10 day Vipassana meditation retreat from Wednesday ;)
Valentine> Ice-skating is pretty fun.
Valentine> Why a ten day meditation retreat?
Lopez> 10 days gives you the kind of inquisition that 3 days doesnt :)
Valentine> May I ask what led you to take a ten day retreat?
Lopez> Its rather a long story.. would you like the long version or the short version?
Valentine> long
Valentine> I LOVE STORY TIME!!!
Lopez> haha
Lopez> ok well about a year ago I began to read up about the benefits of meditation
Lopez> but put my curiosities on hold as I travelled throughout South East Asia for 3 months.. at the time I really didnt know where to start and felt that I would resume my search for an answer when I got back from my travelling
Valentine> (damn, this really is gonna be a long story)
Lopez> About midway through that trip, the girlfriend and I had travelled to Bangkok, Thailand. We were looking for some place to eat and looking to further quench our cravings for middle eastern/arabic food
Lopez> we found a place that was serving falafels and hommous.. and felt that that was good enough. I was particularly excited by the place as it offered 'Free WiFi' with any purchase. I had taken my laptop with me so I used the occasion to leech while I was there.
Lopez> I spent quite a bit of time at that (vegetarian) restaurant/cafe and noticed they had a small library filled with books on meditation and eastern religion practices (e.g. Buddhism). I recognised a few of the authors and struck up a conversation with the shop owner.. who just happened to be from Sydney, Australia.
Lopez> He introduced me to Vipassana meditation and recommended it as a style that has bettered his life.
Lopez> When I got back home and began meditating (being still for 10 mins or so), inevitably I would experience noise. In amongst this noise I would be reminded of the conversation that I had with this guy.. it has always stuck with me and in September I made it a goal of mine to do the 10-day course.. which is the beginners course for this style of meditation
Lopez> I had planned on doing it in October.. however the timing wasnt right. A friend of mine did it in December and highly recommended it to me. And now I find myself a few days away ;)
Lopez> (the end)
Valentine> (stands and applaudes)
Valentine> It looks like you travel quite a bit!
Lopez> Actually, that was the first time I'd left Australia's shores in 20 years :)
Lopez> However, I do intend on travelling much much more now.. all in time and all when the time is right
Valentine> What do you think they are going to do there?
Valentine> What did your friend say they did?
Valentine> I totally bet its brainwashing!
Valentine> Lopez is gonna come back as 'Lipothia, that's my Vipassana name now.'
Lopez> Hahahhahaha..
Lopez> Would you like me to do a write up when I get back?
Valentine> Definitely!
Lopez> This style of meditation involves total silence. No reading, speaking, writing, interacting etc
Lopez> For 12-14 hours a day I will be sitting in meditation observing the silence within.
Lopez> And becoming familiar with 'presence', 'Being', 'stillness'..
Lopez> haha I'll come back and get Jack to change my nickname to: Vip-Lo (many puns intended)
Valentine> wow
Valentine> There is no way I could last five minutes without interaction of any sort.
Lopez> Yeah it's going to be INTENSE
Valentine> In fact, I get the jitters just sitting here between chat posts! j/k :)
Lopez> hehe.. you'd be surprised to notice how quickly you need some form of stimuli. I've caught myself flicking through channels on the TV, or the radio.. and nowadays browsing sites throughout the internet
Valentine> oh man, I've stopped most of my internet browsing
Valentine> I have had to many instances of having my mind blown and having to stay inside away from people to process
Valentine> that and goat-se
Valentine> DO NOT SEARCH FOR THAT ON THE INTERNET
Lopez> hahahahahahahahhaa
Lopez> too late
Lopez> how is everything in your life Val?
Valentine> oh man, I could totally emotionally dump on you right now
Valentine> But, if you want the good stuff, you should check out the first chat with Jack yesterday
Lopez> if you need to, do it over msn
Valentine> Actually, I did have an interesting experience yesterday
Valentine> I went to a 'spiritual enhancement' class
Valentine> The teacher was around fifty, and this has only happened to me twice before, but there was major sexual energy between us
Valentine> she was totally hot too
Lopez> Nice :)
Valentine> It was weird, because we didn't say much of anything to eachother, but I could feel it
Lopez> If it happened again (with whomever), would you want to say something?
Valentine> hell yeah, but she was engaged. :( And a multi level marketer, and her class sucked.
Valentine> damn, sound like a woman.
Valentine> 'oh, he had a hot bod, but dumb as bricks, and nose hairs.'
Lopez> you know better than anyone to just go with the flow.. and of course to respect your personal ethics and morals
Valentine> But it was interesting, I hadn't felt it between me and someone else in a long time.
Valentine> yep, still got it!
Lopez> :) still got what?
Valentine> Lopez, its time for THE talk...
Valentine> about the birds and the bee's. ;)
Valentine> Anyways, other than that, my life could be better, and in two weeks, it will definitely be taking a turn for the better
Lopez> If things will be taking a turn for the better.. then I would see that they are for the better now
Valentine> Well, tomorrow should be pretty good, got a KSMO session planned
Valentine> A much delayed session
Valentine> I really wanna play with my aneros too
Lopez> Sounds like tomorrow will be good :)
Valentine> Oh, and I am planning on meeting some new healers
Lopez> you're well into that.. how is that going for you?
Valentine> Just a few of the people I can talk about the crazy energy stuff
Lopez> have you talked to any of these healers about KMSO?
Lopez> *KSMO
Valentine> I haven't talked to anyone about KSMO or sex at all
Valentine> Most of the people that I tell that I can feel energy with my hands nod, and change the subject
Lopez> maybe you should try if you develop a rapport with any of them?
Valentine> :)
Valentine> I have tried with the roommates, but ugh, too many problems
Valentine> We have a de facto no talking rule, and it really kinda sucks
Valentine> Going to all these healing classes and other things like it make me feel less different
Valentine> UGH, there I go, dumping
Valentine> What I need to do, is find some witches, and have my way with one of them. :)
Valentine> crazy sex magic everywhere!!!
Valentine> I imagine witches are pretty kinky, and I don't want anyone telling me otherwise.
Valentine> Which actually leads me to a good question, how does KSMO effect kink?
Lopez> haha sounds like an answer you might soon find :) (ps witches are pretty kinky.. think neve campbell in 'The Craft' oh!)
Koopa> Hi, Jack and Lopez.. Wow.. I've just read your latest chat.. What knowledgeable and insightful people you are! :) I thought how you explained things to Naibirdaway was spot on.. and then Jack tweaked it some!
Koopa> and being able to read the transcript of a conversation like that is so helpful, because otherwise, i would never have even known about it1
Koopa> it!
Koopa> Your blogs have also helped me Lopez, and even though I might have pipped you at the post, you'll find, if you read my first blog, that i actually started this some 4 years ago!!
Koopa> so maybe i'll get the world record for the fastest.. and the slowest ever KSMO success!?? :)
Koopa> Also from reading things you have said, I have found so many similarities to my own findings, that I think, like Jack said, you will probably have success sooner than you think!.. my money is on 'within the week!' ;)
Koopa> I've just discovered threads!.. so i'll continue this in there.. :)
Koopa> Please have a look Jack and Lopez, if you will.. thaks.
Koopa> Thanks!! not thaks.
Laly> hello
Lopez> Wow thanks Koopa for the compliments :) If your money is on 'within the week' then I better give you some chance at being 'right'. I'll be away at a meditation retreat for the good part of the next fortnight.. BUT I don't leave till Wednesday. Plenty of time between now and then ;)
Lopez> Laly! Late night or very early morning?
Laly> 8 am here
Lopez> ohh east coast USA
Laly> :)
Lopez> how you doing?
Laly> i want to say fine-- but something is there that i cant day 'fine' tho
Laly> *say
Laly> i attended my family constellation workshop saturday
Lopez> i have been helping a friend of mine deal with his emotions, judgments and negativity.. the core concept that I am working on with him is the concept of I am..
Laly> good!!
Lopez> That is, that which precedes, i am this and i am that
Laly> i agree
Laly> i have-- i am glad i stayed in the present-- BUT :(
Lopez> negativity/positivity, ups/downs, sadness/happiness.. all polar opposites in this dualistic world that we live in.. however our definition of ourselves always contains those two words: I am
Laly> yes
Lopez> a rather esoteric concept, however, I feel that there is a level where one can simply [i]be[/b] that it is which they are (i.e. i am) and witness/observe all the emotions/thoughts/judgments/feelings which they fluctuate between in 'daily life'
Laly> i agree whole-heartedly
Lopez> but hey.. i know that these things are simpler said than done :) i also know that i give someone the opportunity to revisit esoterics, they may be fortunate enough to have that lovely ahhhhhh moment
Laly> yes
Lopez> "I can see clearly now the rain has gone!"
Laly> :D
Lopez> although I am rather fond of the rain.. I like the feeling of it colliding with me :D
Laly> me too
Laly> can be quite cleansing :)
Lopez> its been raining for the last few days here in Sydney.. and I find it extremely relaxing.
Lopez> I read about your FC workshop.. where you passed out? I gather you are OK now?
Laly> yes
Laly> it concerned me-- because they knew about my anxiety beforehand
Lopez> yeah it is concerning. I would have been rather cross with the participants. Are there ways to prevent that from happening in the future?
Laly> for no one to notice i was passed out for an hour at least
Laly> had i not been dizzy-- i would have gotten up and left room
Laly> i have a sneaky feeling that is going to be the topic of my counseling session today with her
Laly> because no one was aware of it
Laly> i mean i got up several times earlier in the day and left- when i felt overwhelmed
Laly> no i wasnt cross with the participates at all
Laly> most were new people so
Lopez> ok.. you've got to look after yourself Laly :) You're really pushing those boundaries.. very courageous and brave. If crossing over that line is going to affect your health.. be a tad more careful.
Laly> thanks-- yeah ..
Laly> i thought i was doing good -until i felt awful
Laly> came up really fast --
Laly> i didnt have time to tell anyone what was happening
Lopez> you've got too much Light and Love to give to be unconscious like that ;)
Laly> didnt have time to warn/tell anyone what was happening
Laly> awwww... shucks :o
Laly> i could hear what was going on in the room still
Lopez> that could serve as a useful affirmation... "I have too much Light and Love to give to be <random negative state>"
Laly> :D -- yeah
Laly> it was a first time for this Lopez
Lopez> and hopefully the last
Laly> YES -- a agree
Laly> *I
Lopez> :)
Laly> OK-- am going to finish breakfast and get ready for counseling session
Lopez> Nice. Talk to you soon Laly. Enjoy your counseling session.
Laly> thanks- have a great day Loez
Jack> Welcome back, redhotuk... I hope you find the articles helpful. Please feel free to post questions, and I strongly recommend posting .mp3 of your Key Sound to make sure you're articulating correctly for maximum benefits. Link is just above this chatbox.
Jack> Hi Mog!
Laly> hi redhotuk
Lopez> hi test! i mean.. hi Jackaroo!
Monkey Magic> ...
Monkey Magic> hi?
Lopez> hi monkey magic
Monkey Magic> this chat is really slow, or is it?
Lopez> no this chat is quite quick from my experience
Jack> Hi Guys, vbmtor is working on the ChatBox response time. :)
Jack> It may depend on from which page you're viewing it.
Jack> Expanded view may be a bit slower. Keep us posted though! We want to get this puppy TUNED!
Lopez> and on the speed of your internet connection
Jack> I hope you like the new "Expand ChatBox to Full Page" button. :)
Jack> Most DEFINITELY on the speed of your internet connection! G'day Lopez!
Lopez> The expanded view is a *touch* slower. A few seconds lag.
Jack> Now I gotta ask vbmtor for the button's complement, showing the more compressed view. What button title should we use?
Lopez> I also noticed that inactive users are dropped off from the 'Users in the chatbox'.. despite being logged in.
Lopez> The button is cute :)
Jack> Yes I reported that. It's in his task queue.
Jack> I hope it's not only quewt but also more informative that a curved arrow icon! Like I said USABILITY is my THANG for the New Year!
Lopez> 'Go back home!'
Jack> I think that will confuse non-geek-types. Needs to be more explicit.
Jack> See Steve Krug's EXCELLENT book on Website USABILITY: Don't Make Me Think!
Jack> More like "Collapse ChatBox Display to 6 lines" or something like that... VERY explicit!
Lopez> hahahahah "non-geek-types"
Lopez> geek is almost an anagram for kegel :p
Jack> BTW, RE: userlist at bottom of the ChatBox, I've asked vbmtor to show exactly them same data of logged in users that is shown at the bottom of the home page. That way we'll really know when somebody's actually left the Forum, and meanwhile while they're still logged in, we can invite them to chat!
Jack> lol almost... :)
Jack> geekl
Lopez> oh.. there is a small issue with the archived chats
Lopez> i downloaded the CSV file for the archive containing our last conversation, whenever there is more than one chat entry in one minute, the order is mixed in the archive
Lopez> the fix, make the timestamp hh:mm:ss
Jack> Need a screenshot on that, mate. Please email to me. Thanks!
Jack> And include the description you just posted here, so we don't have to dig thru the transcript to find it.
Lopez> Sent you the CSV file with a reference to our conversation
Jack> I've also requested of vbmtor to write a script that each night at UTC 00:00:00 - or as soon thereafter as noone has typed anything in ChatBox for 1 minute, that
Jack> the script will automatically take all the content from the ChatBox Archive and post it to the Raw Transcripts sub-forum, then purge the Archive area, but leaving a LINK to the Raw Transcript sub-forum post.
Jack> Cool idea, if I do say so myself! ;) That way, that content will get indexed by the Google site search tool and be easy to find right away.
Jack> And people won't have to wait for volunteer Editors (MORE NEEDED!) to edit the Raw Transcript to pull the hosted Chats and put them into the
Jack> Chat Transcripts of all Past Coaching Chats sub-forum, with a referring link.
Lopez> nice that will be handy :D
Jack> Great! VERY glad you like it!
Lopez> i was using the google site search and searched the 'term' rolling, with 20 hits. I then used the advanced search tool searching the same tool and it returned over 200 results.
Jack> BTW, how goes YOUR practice, amigo?
Jack> hmm now THAT is interesting!
Jack> I will contact Google Site Search about that! Thanks!
Lopez> just in the middle of typing up a blog post :)
Jack> Ok! No prob... I'm notifying Google about the discrepancy of results!
Jack> Post the link to it here once you're finished, please. Thanks!
Jack> And THANKS for doing that TEST!!!
Jack> Ah... just as thought might be the case, you forgot to SCROLL TO THE BOTTOM and click the link there. There are MANY PAGES of results.
Lopez> will do ;)
Jack> AND THANKS for another Don't Make Me Think! usability TRAP!
Jack> There needs to be a PROMPT at the top of the Site results page TELLING people to look at the bottom for links to more pages! SHAME on Google!
Lopez> shame on Google! The new chatbox is still anchored to your local time, i.e. 2008/02/05 7:24pm, when for me its actually 2008/02/06 2:24pm
Lopez> And I've disappeared as one of the users in the chatbox :D (Which is fixed when I click on 'Expand Chatbox')
Jack> Yeah, well vbmtor is not a full-time employee, I get him as much as I can, but he has a day job (in Paris) and a girlfriend who deserves attention. :)
Jack> His task queue here is amazingly long!
Jack> Since he started working for us on 6th September 2007, he's to this moment made 522 posts in the task queue, and his average number of posts per day is
Jack> 3.41 posts per day. And he's not able to work EVERY night so he's really working VERY hard for us!
Jack> In addition to his day job, he also produces his own products - this ChatBox being one of them, and has his own Forum - vB-Hacks - Accueil
Jack> Attention! C'est en français! ;)
Lopez> nice :)
Jack> Yeah, he's a REALLY great guy! In his day job he works on building equipment for rockets! He says "J'crois pas qu'on m'paie pour c'boulot!" ;)
Jack> i.e., "I can't believe that PAY me for this job!"
Jack> He is like a kid in a candy store!
Jack> He also likes working for us, but it's not *quite* as much fun... ;) I'm work him very hard.
Jack> THEY pay me, not THAT pay me... I have a little trouble with English! lol.
Jack> Didja get your blog post done, or am I interrupting you too much?
Jack> If the latter, just do a post here when you're finished. I need to go do the post about a button on the expanded ChatBox page to revert it to the 6 lines (or so) mode. brb.
Jack> Done! Another task on his young shoulders!
Jack> Hey Lopez, that was a very kind and compassionate conversation you had with Laly earlier... Way to BE! :)
Jack> I really liked the way you framed the Light and Love, etc. Very Well Done! imho.
Lopez> yeah i thought it was a great reframe too :) I hope she is using it
Lopez> haha ohh.. I just tried to post: The text that you have entered is too long (12871 characters). Please shorten it to 10000 characters long.
Jack> I just forwarded your email with attachment (from Lopez) to vbmtor.
Lopez> http://www.multiples.com/howtolastlo...rt-une-of-deux
Lopez> http://www.multiples.com/howtolastlo...t-deux-of-deux
Lopez> haha if Koopa thought his blog post were long, wait till he gets a glimpse of mine :D
Jack> lol. I'll go take a look, THANKS for posting!
Jack> First off, Like the part where you do some exercise for cardio, and then shower - for GROUNDING... and restoring a negative ion balance in your aura - a fancy word for your body's natural energetic balance - after all, we are all basically a walking antenna embedded in a sack of electrolyte! ;)
Jack> Back to your post...
Jack> vgp re: not forcing it when you are aware of mind noise!
Jack> Very nice the way you describe your application of the Guiding Principle: Let your Echo Effects(tm) be your Primary Guru. ;)
Jack> Really Great utilization (in the Milton H. Erickson sense of the word) of the Mind Noise you were experiencing... Very productive reframe!
Jack> Also keep in mind that Mind Noise is often drawing your attention to the emergence - as in Emerge and see! of an Emotional Furball, and an Emotional Furball is an Opportunity to take a new Rebirth Step in your Personal Emotional Evolution!
Jack> Notice the little message from your subconscious when you wrote: The more relaxed I am, the more feel. Notice how your subconscious left I out of the feeling phrase in the sentence? To me,
Lopez> Thanks Jack. If I am experiencing a furball, then it is a rather elusive one (as I have been unable to characterise it or link it to any specific event). I'll keep my awareness open and the answer may come to me.
Jack> that is another opportunity for increasing your awareness - about how Mind Noise and Emotional Furballs, while Opportunities for Emerge and See growth, while you are in their throes, there tends to be a certain dissocation. We are truly SUCH a marvel! :)
Jack> The Mind Noise may simply be a signal that you need to do a practice such as those you mentioned, a workout to help you get back into your body, some meditative action, a shower for grounding, or even postponing practice until your energy shifts.
Jack> BTW I just edited each, to make the referral at the bottom into a link, and likewise for the referral at the top of the second.
Lopez> Thanks :)
Jack> VERY nice chronology of Echo Effects(tm) and Experiences! Seems like they would make a nice contribution to the Milestones post. What I recommend is a brief summary description in the Milestones area, with a link pointing back to the two posts in your blog.
Lopez> I will be leaving shortly to go to the 10 day meditation retreat, would you be able to either copy the comments made (and to be made) and send them to my email address or add them as a comment to the blog?
Jack> You're quite welcome!
Lopez> :)
Jack> Re: the vision you had when you felt the tears - LET THEM COME!
Jack> We ALL carry DNA from a VERY WIDE RANGE of peoples.
Jack> Somewhere around - I believe it was - 10,000 years ago, there apparently was a HUGE dieback of the human race - which I refer to on a painful day as - homo ignoramus bellicosus - but we're changing that! and from the evidence archaeologists and anthropologists have been able to determine, there were only about 5,000 people left on the entire planet! It appears that virtually everyone or very nearly everyone alive on the earth today
Jack> evolved from that tribe of 5,000!!! How does THAT grab you! So those visions you're having could very well be genetic memories, Senor Lopez! ;)
Jack> I Really love that Enjoy paragraph! Pan I'm sure will be very pleased when he reads it!
Jack> RE: Pan's quote about Remembering... when he mentioned with a wink that someone told him that once, you might take a guess as to whom that was! ;)
Lopez> ok Jack, I'm off.. I'll probably see you at the next coaching chat :D ttyl
Lopez> hehehe! I owe my Thanks to you (you can edit that part of the post and italicise that it was you hehe)
Lopez> chau!
Jack> I love how you credit your various confrères in our community for the contributions they have made to your learning and progress!
Lopez> Thanks to you and Pan for the wisdom. My doors/eyes are opening
Jack> VERY VERY lovely posts, Lopez! Before you depart for your retreat - and we will indeed miss you, Brother! - Please annotate both of those posts with the Gold Nugget annotation and add the various keywords and keyphrases that are most likely to help people find easily what you are offering there. Two VERY lovely posts! And may you have a WONDERFUL and JOYOUS Retreat! - Namaste! Om Ma Ni Pad Me Hum!
Jack> I am quite glad to hear that you now feel ready to introduce the single caress into your practice! More Doorways Await You, Grasshoppa! ;)
Jack> You're very very welcome!
Jack> I am needing to step afk now... It's been a very long and very enjoyable day. I wish you all the VERY best in your journey through your retreat and through your practice! Til we meet again, then... Warmest Blessings!
Valentine> Goodness, something is different about the chatbox, but I don't know what.
Valentine> That is what it is!!!! It is gorgeous, vbmtor, you can have my babies!
Jack> More Improvements about to be deployed! RSS feed page summary of latest posts all sources! Thanks vbmtor!
Jack> Hi Lynx! Get your Key sound(tm) Validated! No sense practicing it inaccurately... ;)
Jack> Warm Welcome to Newest Newbie bmfinnegan! And to the rest of ya too! :)
Jack> Warm Welcome *back* roderik!
Laly> Hi everyone
Laly> i got my KS (tm) validated :) --- thanks for this wonderful tool Jack :D
Jack> You're welcome Laly! If someone else is not getting the results they want, this is ABSOLUTELY the next step they should take!
Jack> Hi Grandmaster Mog! How are you this evening?
mog> Fine thanks Jack! I hope you are well. Have you taken that vacation yet?:)
Jack> What's it look like? :)
mog> When do you get your playtime, then?
mog> Where can I change my type to make it more visible?
Jack> Had a lovely walk yesterday! About 1.5 hours.
Jack> When we are in Canada (about half the time) our little pied a terre condo is fairly near the sea (about 100 yards!) in a quiet harbor.
mog> Maybe that's done it!
Jack> And yesterday the SWANS returned!
Jack> It is pure ecstasy to see a pair of swans in their natural habitat!
Jack> And walking along the water, seeing the sailboats, etc. is very relaxing. :)
mog> Graceful creatures!
Jack> Yes, most elegant and graceful! Just watching them,
Jack> it's almost impossible not to slow down, and relax. :)
mog> My partner is determine to get me relaxing too. I'm being dragged off to the Canaries shortly:o
mog> I'm happy enough at home:D
Jack> Well that still sounds pretty exotic though!
mog> BTW, the Zone is progressing marvellously - can't wait for my next session tomorrow morning.
Jack> Oh that is really wonderful! I look forward to the next installation of Mog's Blog :)
Jack> You are SUCH a GREAT role model! ;)
mog> I thought that the zone would be the end of the trail - it isn't!
mog> Thanks. Tell me- is there a limit to the size of a single forum post?
mog> Hi, Wildturkey:)
Jack> I imagine there might be... Sometimes just for readability it can be better to divide into installments. What size are you thinking of?
Jack> WELCOME wildturkey!
mog> Well - it seems to be about 2-3 pages of 12pt.
mog> But I'm thinking of splitting it up into two bits.
Jack> Are you speaking about in the blog?
Jack> Yes I think splitting into two bits would be more readable.
mog> I want to do a piece on my zonal adventures. In the lounge.
Valentine> Why is the font blindingly white?
mog> Hey - there's valentine:)
Valentine> I have spent all morning figuring out the orgasmic diet
Valentine> Hi mog
Valentine> HI JACK
mog> Hi Val! Don't ask me - I'd like to change it asap.
Valentine> Mine comes out as black
mog> How do I do that?
Jack> Hi Val! Yeah I'm trying to figure out how to change from white. Drivin' me even more nuts, LOL.
Jack> Val, re: why white - I think vbmtor thought it was cool, but it isn't - too low contrast!
Valentine> Just under the 'enter text' box, you will see the fonts, sive, then 'blank'
mog> My chat used to be black, but it switched by itself.
Valentine> Click the arrow next to the empty box, and you get to choose your color
Jack> I hope this is a permanent change.
Valentine> the 'blank' should say colors
mog> i'll try that.
Jack> Let's see.
Jack> nope.
Jack> It reverted to white.
mog> Didn't work:confused:
Valentine> I guess you will have to yell at vb
mog> Did that do it?
Valentine> bold blue
mog> Ah - I entered something into all three boxes.
mog> OH! It didn't stick!
Jack> I just finished yelling at vbmtor, lol.
mog> I think I'd better get off-air and take some lessons!
Jack> Yelling in a friendly way. He's a good guy!
Valentine> lol
Jack> I've asked him to change it. He's still working on his ChatBox product and he's got the default color setting buried in some obscure manner
Jack> that I don't understand, instead of in the Admin Chat Display Options table where it belongs.
mog> Such skill with the digits!
Valentine> well, it doesn't seem to have to do with the browser, my text is black for both opera and IE
Jack> Practice!
Jack> Now trying it in IE.
Jack> DANG!
mog> Is vbmtor a Parisien?
Jack> Oui!
Jack> Il habite les banlieux de Paris.
mog> I know Paris better than london! - go there twice each year to visit rest of family.
Jack> Vas vbmtor, dépêches-toi au changement de couleur, hein?!
Jack> Mog, your family is FrenchÉ
Jack> ?
Jack> (sorry, still getting used to the English/French combo keyboard).
mog> A Chilly-Mazarin, where daughter lives. Food OK- (Very)!
Jack> Ah BON! Tu as de la chance! ;)
mog> I have the same difficulty with their keyboards!
Jack> Hey Val, Mog is about ready to post a new installment in his Blog. Sounds like a whopper!
Valentine> oh man, too many big postings recently!!
Jack> lol re: keybd, Mog. Yeah, takes some getting used to. I'm using the Canadian bilingual keyboard. Takes a little getting used to. That's why you'll see weird characters from time to time.
mog> Aw - Shucks! You're putting me off:D
Jack> Ah c'mon Val, that's a higher level gripe! I WANT people to post and tell their stories, don't scare them off!
Jack> But you make a good case in point that I was discussing with Mog is that if you have a longer story to tell, break it up in to segments, as one humongous post is a little intimidating.
Jack> I also recommend VERY short paragraphs of 2-4 sentences each as that's more readable as well.
Valentine> Haha, I actually love reading about other peoples experiences!! Especially if they are long and descriptive
mog> Thanks for the chat fellahs - must be off now - Good night!
Valentine> Night!
Jack> Good night, Mog! Sweet Dreams!
Jack> How goes practice, Val?
Valentine> I thought I would get some practice in Monday, but I was heavily burned out from training
Valentine> second weekend in a row that I was just 'done'
Valentine> I am done with it, and I am recuperating. This morning was great, I just woke up!!!
Jack> Well, re: practice, it's important to pace yourself and not force it, that's for sure.
Valentine> I am waiting a till Monday before I start anything, I wanna make sure I am fully recovered from the massive physical training I have withstood
Valentine> Currently using my time to edit the diet according to Orgasmic diet and training
Jack> That is VERY prudent!
Jack> Otherwise, it just becomes a chore rather than a pleasure.
Valentine> OH, I also went to the aneros chat yesterday!
Jack> What did you learn?
Valentine> AND, I had an interesting experience this morning!
Valentine> OMG, it is so little, but so much!
Valentine> Ok, aneros, learned about the peridise, new line of aneros coming out *very* soon
Valentine> usable by both sexes!!
Valentine> something about peristaltic... has to do with smooth muscles, small intestine
Valentine> that was the main thing in the chat
Jack> Like they say: "Collect the whole set!" eh? Can get expensive but what the hey!
Jack> What was your interesting experience this morning?
Valentine> Even though I haven't had an 'official' ksmo session, I have been doing a ks here and there, and a few just before bed
Jack> GREAT idea!
Valentine> Well, this morning, I woke up extra, ahhh, excited (been implementing fish oils in large doses)
Jack> The practice sessions are there as a guide, and a home base to return to.
Jack> Yes, and???
Valentine> When I ejaculated, instead of the release coming from the base of the penis, it came from INSIDE of me
Valentine> Like, my whole prostate shook
Jack> GasmQuake!
Valentine> it was very intense! and shocking!
Jack> Yes, but was it also FUN?
Valentine> hell yeah!
Valentine> I'm taking about half the dose recommended of fish oil
Valentine> Hacking away at stress so I can practice KSMO
Valentine> goodness, getting everything set up for O's 24/7
Jack> Hmm hacking away at stress... hmmm.
Jack> Sounds like that could be kind of a high stress approach to dealing with stress. ;)
Valentine> It's like a hack and slash video game, always relaxing in itself
Jack> You say so... :)
Valentine> unless its boss, or, the person playing the game is a total noob that leans left when they want to go left, and the same for right
Jack> LOL!
Valentine> Yeah, you know exactly what I am talking about!
Jack> Hey I hate to bail, but I gotta. Have an appt here shortly. Talk with you again so though I hope, and I look forward to those POSTS!
Valentine> cool. :)
Jack> Yeah re: talking about... Gives a whole new meaning to BODY ENGLISH! lol.
Jack> Have a SUPERB weekend Val, talk with you soon! BFN!
Valentine> Bye
Laly> hi
Valentine> Hi Laly
Jack> Welcome back, Eyes188! Enjoy your studies... Please use the link just above here to get your Key Sound(tm) articulation validated by me personally to make sure you're on track. It's a free service!
zeitgeist> Hi to all browsers looking in to the forum today
zeitgeist> I hope you find the clues you are looking for..
zeitgeist> ..in order to..
zeitgeist> imagine the sort of experiences that are often talked about here.
zeitgeist> I think back to my earliest practice; those little tingles etc...
zeitgeist> how they have developed into some amazing sensations
zeitgeist> just think that for you, they will also develop too.. :)
zeitgeist> ..some sensations of which I've never had until now..
zeitgeist> A special hello to Mog!
mog> Hi Zeit! Just missed you. Good to hear that your progress continues. As you say, new sensations bursting in to the consciossness with every session.
mog> Oh Damn! My stuff is still coming up in white characters, like yesterday!
mog> I've tried to correct this here but it won't stick.
mog> Try again!
mog> Nope! It doesn't work.
mog> Hi Laly! Hope you are smiling and singing today!:)
Laly> yesw mog i am thanks
Laly> to fix that white thing mog
Laly> go to your profile
Laly> under user options
Laly> click edit options link
Laly> and at the bottom is the text and color change options
Laly> get that mog??
Laly> hi jack
Jack> Hi Laly, and all... I've just reiterated my request to vbmtor to fix this frustrating bug.
Laly> which bug is that??
Jack> Thanks for the interim hack of setting your individual User CP settings, but of course that should not be necessary. :)
Laly> i know jack--
Jack> Sorry I can't stay and chat right now... but will be back later in the day/evening. Wishing the best to you both, Ms. Laly and Master GrandMaster Mog!
Laly> ok
Jack> The bug is (thanks to Valentine for noticing this!) that when vbmtor upgraded the ChatBox, he left the default: [Colors] text at the top of the colors dropdown list.
Jack> Instead, at the top of the list is the color white. GREAT ANALYSIS, VALENTINE!
Jack> I have forwarded this info to vbmtor. Have a great day, will be back in channel later. :)
Valentine> Oh hey, let me bask in that for a bit! :)
Laly> okay- i wondered about that
Laly> hi val!!!
Valentine> HI Laly!
Valentine> guess what?
Jack> Oh, look who's here! Yes DO take a bow, Val! I gotta go right now but will be back in a few hours. Best to EACH of you!!! AND I really appreciate how you are supporting each other in your practice. That has been my dream! Bye for now... JJ
Laly> how are ya??
Laly> ok jack
Jack> Oh Jeez! I set the color in the User CP and it REVERTED!
Laly> :)
Valentine> I like how it didn't happen to me
Laly> I CANT SEE THE COLORS -- the words to change text color jack
Valentine> I will be fine, Laly, just recuperating from crazy training
Jack> [just a quick test - bye!]
Valentine> I am much better than yesterday
Laly> ok
Laly> aww, sorry to hear that
Valentine> I spent most of yesterday figuring out the orgasmic diet
Valentine> It will be fully implemented on Monday or Tuesday
Laly> nice
Valentine> along with a new training regiment that won't kill me; more self directed
Valentine> and you?
Laly> sweet
Laly> i got me KS validated
Laly> *my
Valentine> Awesome!!! what did you get? I got about 85%
Laly> lil minor tweaks-- but good
Laly> cant say %age for me
Laly> percentage
Laly> but is looking forward to reports of mine-- with the tweaks added
Laly> i faced another fur-ball of mine head on
Valentine> of course
Valentine> really?
Laly> was scary as heack
Laly> heck-- yeah i did :)
Valentine> good job :)
Laly> i have difficult being in large groups of people
Valentine> So, are you gonna tell me what it was, or am I gonna have to ask ya?
Laly> getting there
Laly> i have a hard time being in large groups of people
Laly> at our workshop we had record # of people attend
Laly> 28
Laly> very crowded in the room
Laly> i couldnt go in the room for a number of hours
Laly> stood in doorway listening
Jack> What is THIS?
Laly> to introductions
Laly> what do you mean jack?
Jack> [sorry]
Valentine> shhhhhh, its Laly story time
Laly> to clarify for jack-- physcially being part of of large groups
Laly> my panic anxiety kicks in
Laly> anyway-- everyone but me did their intros-
Laly> Drew looks up at me , sees me in the doorway
Laly> mouths words-- are you going to introduce yourself
Laly> i start to cry and nod my head yes to him -- he smiles
Laly> i poke my head in - and i tell everyone my name
Laly> and was my 8th workshop and like Terry (another member) it is the largest group
Laly> that I've been apart of and that I was having a difficult time coming into the room
Laly> and then someone spoke up==and asked if I could
Laly> to join them
Laly> i hesitated -- stepped back
Laly> and with hell of alot of fear and worry , and a handful of tissues in hand
Laly> i took a deep breath and sat in chair closest to doorway
Laly> whimpering inside
Laly> but telling self was okay
Laly> and focusing on breathing slowly
Laly> my heart was racing
Laly> i had to step out a few times to gather myself
Laly> but all i all-- i stayed inside the entire time
Laly> despite feeling scared
Valentine> go Laly!
Laly> at one point -- towards the end--
Valentine> Did you do anything other than introduce yourself?
Laly> i passed out on the floor
Laly> no
Laly> just doing that much-- too alot of courage val
Laly> took
Laly> just "being" in the room was enough-- emotionally
Valentine> ...you passed out?
Laly> yep
Laly> keeled over/fainted
Laly> for an hour or so
Valentine> We are gonna have to strap you to the chair next!!!
Laly> and no one noticed
Valentine> don't want you bonking your head. :)
Laly> i was on the floor sitting at that point
Laly> chairs are not comfortable for long time sitting
Laly> normally I am aware and able to leave room when i feel faint or overwhelmed
Laly> but this time it happened too quick --
Laly> an emotional overload
Laly> circuit tripped :(
Laly> i came to- looked around and saw no one had noticed
Valentine> when you got up, you were better, right?
Laly> was embarrassed that it happened
Laly> yeah
Valentine> it'll be our little secret. ;)
Laly> well --- we were testing the sound system at the end
Laly> and i mentioned the passing out thing to counselor
Laly> she just thought i was laying down
Valentine> she'll probably put somebody on Laly watch, next time
Laly> she and I talked about that in my session
Laly> she was proud that I stayed with thr group , despite the fainting spell
Laly> *the
Laly> :)
Valentine> can't very well leave the group while passed out, now can we. :)
Laly> lol
Laly> not phsically
Valentine> oh boy, don't even get me started on astral projection!
Valentine> ok, guess what?
Laly> what
Valentine> I went to the first aneros chat on thursday! and they got a new toy coming out, the peridise, that is usable by both sexes
Laly> OHH
Laly> hmmm
Valentine> it's smaller than the aneros's currently, doesn't focus on the prostate, and tones muscles
Valentine> and all my pictures just dissappeared
Laly> pictures??
Valentine> my understanding is that it operates the same way as the aneros, with involutaries
Valentine> All the pics on jacks page just vanished
Laly> wow
Valentine> you should totally get one! they said, 'very soon'
Laly> i just might
Valentine> so I'm guessing april-ish
Valentine> i think that's it
Valentine> orgasmic diet, aneros new stuff, training
Valentine> yep
Laly> i've been having tingles-- rushes when i stroke the butt cheeks
Laly> i am like OOOOOOO
Laly> shudder
Valentine> that was kinda random, I laughed very hard! :)
Laly> :)
Valentine> um, there's no text there...
Laly> i smiled
Valentine> yeah, pics still aren't up.
Valentine> did you just now stroke the butt, or was that a different time?
Laly> now
Laly> and other times too
Valentine> might have to add butt stroking to orgasmic abilities. Credit: Laly.
Laly> thanks
Valentine> OH, I just remembered!!! Did I tell you I took 'the art of sexual magic' class?
Valentine> side note: do you think you could get a heartgasm from butt stroking?
Laly> no
Valentine> It was awesome! I had a lengthy conversation with Jack about it.
Laly> swet
Laly> sweet
Valentine> yep, we learned about crystals, and tantric weaving, and PONR
Laly> nice
Valentine> two of those are cool
Laly> awesome
Laly> i'll have to check that out some time
Valentine> well, technically, you can't, atleast, not from where you are, which isn't CA
Laly> ahh k
Valentine> It was taught by a very independent teacher
Valentine> that kind that likes to rant
Valentine> You ever have a teacher like that, that just went on and on, and half way through the class, got to the material?
Laly> *smiles
Laly> yes
Valentine> Well, this teacher had the most interesting rants, because it was about sex
Laly> good topic i think
Valentine> I thought so!
Laly> i spent an hour or so chatting with a guy about that last nite
Valentine> sex, ranting, or both?
Laly> talked about KSMO with him-- sex
Valentine> that must have been interesting.
Laly> it was-- shocked him
Valentine> did he have any knowledge of KSMO before?
Laly> spoke of how i was able to orgasm for hours
Laly> with out using any stimluation at all
Valentine> (pics are back)
Valentine> did he believe you?
Laly> i gave him link to order and look at stories
Laly> of others' successees
Laly> after some talking- i think he did
Valentine> that's cool, how did KSMO get broached in the talk?
Valentine> I haven't talked with anyone outside of here and aneros about it.
Laly> oh man :o
Laly> it just slipped out in our conversation
Valentine> Do I sense another Laly story time?
Valentine> Laly's trolling the internet for innocent men to have her way with. :)
Laly> no
Laly> well I was feelign really sad and started crying last nite - in another chat room
Laly> he started talking to me
Laly> from his mic to my laptop-- we have audio conversations in the chat if we desire that
Valentine> wow, that's a pretty cool feature
Laly> i related my story from the workshop
Laly> video too val
Valentine> !!!
Laly> can see and hear each other-- webcam n mics
Valentine> that's pretty awesome, what was the lag time like?
Laly> video or audio?
Laly> audio-- there wasnt any
Valentine> both
Laly> video-- it depends on person's connection speed
Valentine> Laly's getting KSMO converts!
Laly> i try val - am trying
Valentine> Ok, I gotta go home!!! If you want, we can talk some more when I get there(about 20 minutes)
Laly> ok
Valentine> :) ok, bye!
Laly> drive careful ;)
Laly> byee
Valentine> I feel like an epic nap
Laly> me too
Laly> am yawning like crazy, n shouldnt be tired
mog> Just testing to see if my text comes up in black.
mog> Yes - it DOES! Thanks Laly.:)
mog> I Like Comic but I'll change to bold. Let's see if that works:
mog> This should be in bold.
mog> OMG!! It's gone back to white:eek:
mog> Black, White, bold, pink?????
mog> Oh! I think I'll go and sit in the fridge....
Jack> Hi Mog, I'm sorry about that danged white. I continue to ask vbmtor to fix it. Hopefully he will do so soon!
Jack> Meanwhile, click on user options on the menu bar,
Jack> then Edit Options, then
Jack> ChatBox Options, Formatting Options and change to Use Forum default and
Jack> click the Save button.
Jack> This will work for a while, but unfortunately, it will revert to white at some point, e.g. the next time you log in. IT IS A BUG
Jack> in the new version of ChatBox. Hopefully vbmtor will be able to get this fixed fairly soon.
Jack> Meanwhile,
Jack> Hi magnagei and welcome to Newest Newbie: "test"!
Jack> Hey "test" - CHECK YOUR EMAIL! I 've just sent you a message!
Jack> Thanks "test" for replying to my email. You are now: sook! :)
Jack> Hi 1art1!
Jack> BTW, I just heard from vbmtor and he expects to have the font color problem resolved by midweek when he installs another ChatBox bugpatch upgrade. Sure glad I don't have HIS job, and VERY glad he's willing to help us like this! (Of course, I am paying him well to do so, but good help is VERY hard to find, and he's GREAT!
mog> Apart from that little snag the Chatterbox is looking good. I'm sure vbmtor will magic it to OK mode:)
mog> By George! - he's done it!:D
mog> Merci beaucoup, vbmtor!
Jack> Greetings to Veterans Mog and Roderik, and to Newest Newbie Kinsley!
Valentine> Hi mog, fruitbat

Valentine> hi Laly

Jack> I will check back later and do that.
Jack> Monkey Magic - At that time, I will also respond to the EXCELLENT question you posted as well. Enjoy! - JJ
Jack> Bonjour, vbmtor!
Jack> Ou bien, bon SOIR! :D
Laly> hi and welcome fruitbat
fruitbat> HI guys...
fruitbat> just replying to laly's post before I hit the sack...
fruitbat> Happy valentines day... well it is here in London
mog> Hi Laly - just time to say hello and wish you a pleasant evening (if I've got the time difference right) before I hit the sack. It's 23.50 here. Goodnight!
Laly> good night mog
Laly> replying to fruitbat's post :)
Jack> Warm Wishes for Valentine's Day to everyone! See you in the two hosted chats this Saturday - click the Calendar link for details and times!
Jack> Note that during the two Saturday chats that happen more or less bi-weekly, I am available for a total of SIX HOURS to answer all of your questions, to applaud your victories, and share in the supportive fellowship of our global online community. I'm looking forward to it, as I have since 1995! ;)
Jack> Hey sook I hope to see you at least ONE of the two Saturday chats!
Koopa> Hi y'all.. just a quick hello, as i'm in an internet shop in thailand at present.. Haven't had much chance to practice KS! and when I have I've lost it!! I feel like i'm back to square one! but i'm so glad i've experienced an MO.. Will be home in about 2 weeks, and will have more time. See you all..
Jack> Koopa, you're NOT back to square one. You can NEVER go back to square one, because you have already been to square 100+. Granted, it was just a peek. But NOW you know that things CAN be different... VERY different!
Jack> You have experienced what is called Regression to the Mean... This VERY likely has happened because the SECOND time, you tried to MAKE it happen! So NOW you have learned ANOTHER NEW LESSON:
Jack> And THAT is, that you can't MAKE this happen - you need to learn to ALLOW it to happen! For you HOMEWORK, click the SEARCH link and use our Google Site Search tool to search on the keyword ALLOW as well as on the phrases: "chase the fawn" and "chasing the fawn" and be sure to use those quotes around the phrase. Then read what we are discussing. Your education continues! ;)
Jack> Koopa! Please click on the Expand Chatbox to Full Page button and read all I've said to you before this.
fruitbat> Hey Val.. thanks for the post. Don't tell me you're doing a degree in biochemistry right?
Valentine> Heck no!!!
Valentine> Chemistry was one of my most hated classes, right next to art
Valentine> I have a degree in Computer science AND math, though, double major. :)
Jack> Bon soir vbmtor!
Laly> hello
Laly> YES -- i did it whoo hooo :D
Laly> hi mog- holysmokes
Jack> Hi everyone, I will personally be hosting a coaching chat here in approximately 40 minutes from this post, at 1700 GMT/UTC, that's 9AM Pacific US Time, and Noon Eastern Standard USA time. I hope to see you here to get all of your questions answered and to share how your practice is going!
Laly> hi vb :)
vbmtor> hi ;)
Laly> how is the magnificent vb today :)
vbmtor> fine fine ty and you ? :) I have just upgraded to a new chatbox version and was correcting little remanent problems to leave you with a perfect chatbox for Jack's coaching chat
Laly> aww - sweet
Laly> i am great , thanks
Jack> ...which begins now!
Jack> :)
Laly> hi Jack :D
Jack> ******20080216 Multiple Orgasm Trigger(tm) Training and Discussion Chat hosted personally by Jack Johnston, M.A.
Jack> Helloooo Laly, Well hellooooooooo Laly, it's so nice to have you back where you belong!!!
Laly> :o, thanks Jack
Jack> Is Grandmaster Mog here?
Jack> Seems like the later chat is more popular these days.
Laly> was reading my blog last i looked
Jack> What is the link to it please, so we'll have the link reference in this transcript.
Laly> Last longer in bed using the Multiple Orgasm Trigger™ - Laly
Jack> Thanks let me check it...
Jack> Are you referring the Dan Millman post about "Peaceful Warrior" or ??
Laly> what do you mean Jack?
Laly> please clarify :)
Jack> Trying to figure out which blog post you are referring to.
Jack> in your blog.
Jack> What date?
Laly> i dont know which one he;s reading
Laly> i posted 2 last nite
Jack> Oh NOW I see... you posted one as a blog post then the second one as a comment to the first. That's what was confusing me.
Laly> http://www.multiples.com/howtolastlo...dom#comment304
Laly> yeah
Laly> i wanted to write it down before i forgot it --rather than edit old one-- just added comment
Jack> I gotta say I am very excited to read that comment post!
Jack> For you to be having a nice relaxing bath and enjoying it, and then having a dream that is so peaceful. This is truly a miracle of recovery!
Laly> thanks-- it is time the second time I can recall- since starting KSMO to dream like that AND recall bits about it
Laly> it was weird -- like having a conversation with yoursel f- in a way
Jack> Yes that is REALLY wonderful!
Laly> i woke up briefly -- felt lil worried even scared a bit - but also felt a warm energy around me
Laly> smiled and drifted to deep sleep at that point
Jack> FANTASTIC!!!
Laly> I am aware of a newness in awareness
Laly> a subtle 'change' in me
Jack> oh please say more about that!
Laly> let go os something I can't quite put a finger on
Laly> *of
Laly> if I had to describe it- acceptance of who I am :D
zeitgeist> [evening all]
Jack> That really resonates, Laly!
Laly> hi Z!!!
Jack> Heyyyyy Z-Man!!!
Jack> Long time no yack!
Jack> How are ya matey?
Laly> after that fainting spell at the workshop Jack-
zeitgeist> :) well, here I be!
Laly> I think is fantastic :)
zeitgeist> [kep going laly]
Jack> Yes Laly, it IS fantastic!
Jack> Z, you can click our nice new "Expand Chatbox to Full Page" button and catch up with what Laly and I have been discussing.
zeitgeist> [done it already :p]
Laly> *chucklng
Jack> Aw you're such a clever fellow!
Laly> Our next workshop is in April-- really looking forward to it :)
Jack> THERE's another shift too, eh?
Jack> Actually looking forward to them?
Laly> yeah
Laly> can not image what it is like-- weeping openly in front of 25 strangers
Laly> and not worry what they think
Jack> yeah that is HUGE!
Laly> my taking over the registration table helped immensely as well
Jack> The thing is... it says that at some level you are trusting that they are not total strangers.
Jack> yeah re: registration table. That was a very good idea. Very brave to put yourself in a position of making contact with each person. VERY INSPIRED!
Laly> welllll....spend 8-9 hrs with them-- yeah
Laly> it helped me at work too Jack--
Jack> You have so much courage!!!
Jack> Whew!
Laly> co-worler called in sick
Laly> worker
Laly> so just me and student paged running library that day
Laly> *page
Laly> normally would have been OH SH... now what
Laly> :P
Laly> but it was like-- huge breath-- OK
Laly> and went on with the day :)
Jack> Yeah that breath part is very important!
Jack> It gets oxygen to your brain, as well as helping you shift your overall energy.
Jack> That is very COOL!
Laly> also walking outside my comfort zone - at drew's
Laly> was always-- oh god-- what if i get lost kinda thing
Jack> For sure!
Laly> but now it's ok--I just get out and walk -- remember landmarks to come back to
Jack> Hey Zeitgeist, what do you think about all of this?
Jack> Yeah that's a good idea, to note landmarks, points of reference.
zeitgeist> i like the newness in awreness thing...
zeitgeist> that resonates with me
zeitgeist> a sort of self awareness of awareness
zeitgeist> ablility to look/feel oneself
zeitgeist> thats a sort of maturity
zeitgeist> or even wisdom.
Jack> Yeah, I hear that!
zeitgeist> (laly recognising laly...:) )
Laly> yes :)
zeitgeist> which is lovely actually.
Jack> lol, well said, Z!
Laly> i even just now noticed -- the energy block i had around my right shoulder is gone
Jack> Very cool! Congratulations!
Jack> Another Re-BirthDay Present!!!
zeitgeist> now that, laly is IMPRESSIVE :)
Laly> so much joy -- i am even back to singing out loud
Jack> Yeah, like you're not carrying that heavy load on your shoulders any more!
Laly> i havent done that in years
Jack> Jeez!
Laly> yes Jack- exactly
Jack> lol... :)
Laly> am transcribing cassettes to mp3s- so i can sing more -wherever I go
Laly> OHH- yeah before I forget
Jack> Tra la!
Laly> I do encourage you all to get a KS validation sample done
Laly> Even an adept like me-- few minor tweaks .. but hey was good all way round
Laly> :D
Jack> :) Yeah thanks for that. I think some people are shy about it, even though it's private to just me and them.
Laly> faced a fur-ball in doing this-- but overcame my fear :)
Jack> It sure can make ALL the difference in many instances.
Laly> yes
Jack> I understand... it IS a very personally vulnerable sound. That's why it's so effective!
Laly> actually for me-- it was having a umm "man" hearing my KS
Laly> that trust issue :)
Jack> Well, the good thing was, it wasn't just any guy!
Laly> being "vocal" in sex session even--back to rape/abuse incident
Jack> But yeah, it was another step in recovery. I knew it would be!
Jack> Yep... it's being able to reclaim all of that personal power that had been stolen from you back then.
Laly> yes :D
Jack> ;)
Jack> Hey Laly, it's so nice to also have Z back in the chat, may we pass the Talking Stick to him for a while, if he likes so we can hear how his practice and life is going?
Laly> sure :)
Laly> *hands Z the talking stick , sits back down
Jack> Whaddya say, Z-man? :)
zeitgeist> thanks Laly, always good to hear about you btw..
zeitgeist> Well, Jack and everybody, its great to make a chat after some time away from the forum
zeitgeist> work has reduced what I could do in my spare time especially at weekends
Jack> Yeah man, we have missed you!
Jack> I have missed you!
zeitgeist> of course, no compromise on my KSMO sessions
Jack> I'm very glad to hear that work has picked up for you, though!
Jack> Oh glad to hear that re: no compromise on practice! :)
zeitgeist> hey; that's nice, I've missed you too..
Jack> Thanks, that's very good to know! :)
zeitgeist> So I managed throughout working away from home to make the post to the forum when I could
zeitgeist> It was important to me to be persistent and consistent
zeitgeist> the results speak for themselves
zeitgeist> with continuing progress and evidence to tell me that progress is still being made
zeitgeist> still (even!)
zeitgeist> Sometimes I'm at a loss to describe what progress; sometimes more of and deeper covers it..
zeitgeist> I write the post to say for example, I'm full bodying...
zeitgeist> then a few days later, I think; no, I'm NOW full bodying...
zeitgeist> then a few days later... Well, you get the picture!
Jack> Lol, welcome to the FRACTAL ZONE!!!
zeitgeist> That's exactly right Jack!
Jack> I really have enjoyed reading your anniversary post: http://www.multiples.com/howtolastlo...signs#post7813
zeitgeist> the waves deepen, the dizzying effects deepen
zeitgeist> (TY!)
zeitgeist> the turbulence effects deepen and
zeitgeist> even my regular orgasms deepen - an effect I used to get when much younger..
zeitgeist> where the sexual feeling was almost too much has made a welcome return after decades...
zeitgeist> and if I continue to breathe through orgasm then; whoa!
Jack> Z that is SO cool to be reclaiming that intensity after DECADES!
zeitgeist> well, that is eye-rolling!
zeitgeist> Yes, I really mean that.
Jack> Please say a little more about whoa! ;)
zeitgeist> decades, I mean..
zeitgeist> ok
zeitgeist> I think I'm at the stage where I can..
Jack> Yeah I hear you loud and clear about I rolling... i.e. eyes rolled back in the head...
zeitgeist> afford to still experiment :)
Jack> Oh look at what my subconscious just typed! I rolling!
Jack> Oh sure! NEVER give up experimenting and exploring!
zeitgeist> so when I do self-pleasure in the conventional way
zeitgeist> (haha!)
zeitgeist> I notice what's happening whilst doing so
zeitgeist> so when I'm close to the ponr to ejac.
zeitgeist> to breathe as if im in a ksmo session;
Jack> [ponr= ejaculatory point of no return]
zeitgeist> deep down, from the full chest into the stomach...
Jack> Yes indeed, that's VERY important and effective to use the ksmo breathing during ejacultory orgasm as well!
Jack> What's that like for you?
zeitgeist> utilising the newly felt muscle group on myr stomach to aid the 'motion'
zeitgeist> of waves/undulations felt
Jack> SWEET!
zeitgeist> its very cool! in fact that gives me an insight of
zeitgeist> o with no ejculation
zeitgeist> and i noticed that the waves/dizzy can very quickly return
zeitgeist> if I thinbk about it
Jack> [i.e. orgasm with no ejaculation]
zeitgeist> simply by thinking about it
zeitgeist> with NO stimulation required
Jack> Please say more about that if I think about it that at will characteristic!
zeitgeist> its as simple as that; I think about the experience of
zeitgeist> the waves and make a little movement of my belly and
zeitgeist> the waves return
zeitgeist> with no direct stimulation
zeitgeist> on the genitals.
zeitgeist> not even a key sound
zeitgeist> of couse,
zeitgeist> if I did,
zeitgeist> then things get really interesting!
Jack> How so?
zeitgeist> other times i might get spontaneous
Laly> :)
Jack> [This is a great example of Adept experience btw]
zeitgeist> rivers or trickles of that electirc sexual feeling
zeitgeist> running through me
zeitgeist> i might invoke a key sound and
zeitgeist> I experience vibrations anywhere in my body
zeitgeist> perhaps in both my feet
zeitgeist> or in the middle of my back
zeitgeist> or as a pot of sound within my belly
zeitgeist> or
zeitgeist> in multiple places over my skin
Jack> The Body Electric!
zeitgeist> or even
zeitgeist> the skin on my legs can feel 'full' like
zeitgeist> wearing a parka and feeling my arms /legs underneath
zeitgeist> or twice as thick as usual
zeitgeist> (hard to describe!)
zeitgeist> sometimes the undulations feel like pulses in my lower back
zeitgeist> there is one thing that is constant
zeitgeist> and that's a feeling of my body having a single form of...
zeitgeist> of..
zeitgeist> unity?
zeitgeist> this is word brak down
Laly> (consciousness??)
zeitgeist> this is where words brak down..
zeitgeist> brake
zeitgeist> break even!
Laly> i know what you mean Z :)
Jack> Yes Z, as the Zen Koan says: Words Fail... :)
zeitgeist> laly; almost! here goes:
Jack> The ineffable qualities of your multiorgasmic experience.
Jack> [pray, DO continue!]
zeitgeist> here goes:
zeitgeist> it's like an inner vessel/relational thing
zeitgeist> when Jack talks about amping (or rather NOT!)
zeitgeist> the waves within
zeitgeist> set up almost a standing wave
zeitgeist> its not a physical inner 'body' as such...
zeitgeist> and not a feeling as such either
zeitgeist> not a spirit..
zeitgeist> ...but it has a uni-form!
Laly> the soul
zeitgeist> (where did that come from!)
zeitgeist> perhaps in metaphor, if you can imagine a cut-out in canary yellow
zeitgeist> that's as close as any description!!!! (humour)
zeitgeist> I hope that resonates with you Laly and Jack!
Jack> [Z re: uni-form: At One Ment... ;) ]
zeitgeist> the sensation that is
Jack> Oh it definitely IS resonating!
Laly> :)- does for me Z-- I call them m soul-gasms
Laly> *my
zeitgeist> if I were to push down gently that would allow me to experience it
Jack> Nice, Laly! Soulgasms!
Jack> Yes, I hear THAT as well, Z!
zeitgeist> (with my musculature towards my tummy)
Jack> It's all RIGHT HERE and imminently accessible!
zeitgeist> from the toes to my crown of my head
zeitgeist> yes!
Jack> And... even beyond thy crown...
zeitgeist> breathing or muscle movement..
zeitgeist> beyond? ...then I have that to come!
zeitgeist> I did wonder whether that was a 'side'/attribute to orgasm
zeitgeist> ok i try that (in private)
Jack> As you are aware of the energy moving into your crown just allow the top to open, and... breathe...
zeitgeist> oh, breath has taken on a whole new meaning!
Jack> ...and... allow MORE...
zeitgeist> :D
Laly> (when I do that Z- that is when I "see" color bands in front of me )
Jack> ;)
zeitgeist> (comment on state: it feels almost 'elastic')
zeitgeist> hey laly that is cool!
zeitgeist> perhaps some synesthesia taking place there.
zeitgeist> between sensory systems
Jack> synaesthesia - Wiktionary
zeitgeist> wow!
zeitgeist> (TY Jack)
Jack> Exactly, Z! Before you typed that, I had set about pulling up the wiktionary link for that very term!
zeitgeist> secondary effects for me can be all over goosebumps
Jack> Yes, Laly, that synesthesia or synaesthesia is also characteristic of Adept level experience in this practice!
zeitgeist> we are certainly on the same 'wave'length!
Jack> We are indeed, my friends!
zeitgeist> I'm glad that 'soulgasm' is indicative of practise!
Laly> :D
Jack> Most certainly! :)
zeitgeist> and for me is great evidence of continuing progress!
zeitgeist> the shouty stuff I worte I feel has helped too
zeitgeist> I let a lot of stuff out (if you read between the lines ;) )
zeitgeist> and has given some cognitive space for when I ksmo practice at other times.
Jack> RE: continuing progress... yes, what I call the fractal rosary... and I just Googled that expression and lo, there is ONE reference to it in Google:
Jack> Phys. Rev. Lett. 62 (1989): M. Nauenberg and H. J. Schellnhuber - Analytic evaluation of the...
zeitgeist> for the key sound to EXPRESS itself
Jack> Yes indeed re: the shouty stuff! I HEAR you!
zeitgeist> its like pushing the envelope even though one needn't
zeitgeist> reach the boundary all the time.
Jack> To allow yourself to full express the actual SOUND when possible, and moved to do so, is a way of releasing cultural repression
Jack> of trance-ENDing cultural repression
zeitgeist> and it means, I suspect, more fluidity in making the KS
Jack> [transcending cultural repression]
zeitgeist> under more usual sound levels..
Jack> Absolutely no doubt about it, Z (re: more fluidity).
zeitgeist> my voice also sounds a tad softer
zeitgeist> lets face it, the larynx is a kinaesthetic structure/channel
zeitgeist> hey guys: I've been called away, I'll stay connected for a while...
zeitgeist> any feedback/encouragement is/will be useful!
zeitgeist> ...
Jack> Thanks Z!
Jack> WOW, what a riff, eh Laly? :)
Jack> Sounds to me like a lot of what he said resonated for you as well!
Jack> GOLD NUGGET - GOLD NUGGETS GALORE to be sure!
Laly> oh yeah :) awesome descriptions
Laly> visual wise too
Jack> This whole chat, has been, from what you shared to what he shared.
Laly> :D
Laly> <experiencing bliss tears
Jack> Yep, I can relate!
Jack> Me too!
Jack> And goose bumps! That's the empathic energetic response to what he's been sharing.
zeitgeist> back befroe closing
zeitgeist> its been good talking with you guys..
Jack> Because we both have experience of what he's describing, when he does so, we naturally tend to, as people say... Go There.
Laly> entire time-- i wqs rubbing hand over heart
Laly> *was
zeitgeist> so speak with you very soon!
Laly> oh yeah I agree Jack
Jack> Zeitgeist just for the record of this transcript, would you please share your age (if comfortable doing so)?
Laly> take care Z :)
zeitgeist> sure, I'm 50, Man, 5'6" O POS :D
zeitgeist> take care both of you huggss all round!
Jack> LOL re: the O POS. You sure are O Positive!
Jack> :D
zeitgeist> and a special take care to any viewers wathching the chat
Jack> And to you, Brotherman!
Jack> Bye for now!
zeitgeist> huggs!
zeitgeist> bye!!
Jack> watching OR reading it later! Time is an illusion, after all. ;)
Jack> And beeeg hugs to you too!
Laly> hugs Z bye
Laly> *sighs happily
Jack> Whew this has been a very sweet chat!
Jack> Is there anything else you'd like to post before we wrap up this session?
Laly> more than already said LD
Laly> :D
Laly> nah--If I do-- i'll be in later chat
Jack> :)
Laly> just enjoying these echoes
Jack> Ok! See you then! Wishing you the very best, as always, all ways!!!
Jack> Bye for now!
Laly> z
Laly> z's words seemed to have triggered
Laly> bfn
Jack> That's known as EMPATHY m'dear!
Jack> bfn!
Jack> ******END of Multiple Orgasm Trigger(tm) Training and Discussion Chat 20080126
Jack> This Chat Channel remains open 24/7 for the use of the members of our online community.
Jack> That was a TREMENDOUS Chat!
Jack> NEXT HOSTED CHAT BEGINS at 0200 UTC 20080217/ 9pm EST 20080216
Laly> Hi ZooYork -- welcome
Jack> ***** 20080217 0200 UTC Welcome to the Multiple Orgasm Trigger(tm) Training and Discussion Chat hosted personally by Jack Johnston M.A.
Jack> Hello everyone - Welcome!
Jack> And welcome to Newest Newbie: ZooYork!
Jack> I am now available to answer your questions to the best of my ability, and would love to hear anything you have to share about your practice of the Multiple Orgasm Trigger Protocol(tm).
Jack> Good evening also to veteran practitioners Laly and Drew!
Laly> Hi Jack,
Drew> Hi Jack, everyone.
Laly> Hi drew and zooyork
Jack> Hello again, Laly!
Jack> Hi Drew!
Drew> Hi Laly.
Jack> I hope Newbie ZooYork will join us for chat, since the Protocol developer and two VERY experienced practitioners are here to help! :)
Jack> Meanwhile, the Talking Stick is available to whomever would like to pick it up.
Laly> drew??
Drew> Laly??
Laly> <chokes on coffee - smiles :)
Drew> I'm not sure what I would talk about at the moment... I'm on a 'break'.
Laly> same here -- but I still had something to share earlier-- despite it
Drew> (From KSMO that is... I haven't 'practiced' all year.)
Jack> Well Drew, after 11 years' worth of experience, I'd say practice may not be the most apt term in your instance. How have you integrated the Multiple Orgasm Trigger(tm) skill into your life?
Drew> I suppose my point is that it's NOT integrated at the moment.
Jack> Oh?
Jack> Care to explicate a wee bit?
Jack> Optional, of course.
Jack> As always.
Drew> No desire to engage in KSMO at the moment... For whatever reason, my body isn't responding in the way it has in the past.
Jack> Any desire to explore why - or any interest in changing that, or are you happy with the way things are for you at this time?
Drew> I'm also at a very important juncture in my personal growth journey at the moment, that I suspect, is the 'reason'.
Jack> Care to share, or prefer not to?
Drew> I don't think I 'can'
Drew> articulating it is hard...
Drew> Lots of new awarenesses (some of them painful) and feelings to deal with.
Drew> Lots of letting go.
Drew> Now I'm lost for words!
Laly> I think you did just fine Drew :)
Jack> I'm sorry this is feeling like a tough time for you - a challenging time...
Drew> I am too... And at the same time, I'm reveling in it!
Jack> If you want, I'd love to help an old and dear friend unpack some of that stuff, but of course, only if you'd like me to.
Drew> I'm in a process, the fruits of which I will realize soon!
Jack> Well that's good to hear!
Drew> :D
Jack> I'm curious about the reveling part.
Jack> G'day Lopez!
Laly> (hi Lopez)
Lopez> ;) (I've been logged in for the last 90 mins.. realised that you guys hadn't seen me so I refreshed the page)
Drew> Also of note, I've also felt a 'slow-down' at this time of the year. I like to be naked during a session, and it's a tad CHILLY for that at this time of the year in this part of the world.
Drew> Hi Lopez!
Laly>
Jack> Very good point, Drew!
Jack> Thanks for the refresh Lopez! I've asked vbmtor to see about fixing that no action = disappearance from the list - condition... but I guess it's not quite fixed yet.
Drew> The 'sap' will be rising again sure enough come spring-time. ;)
Laly> :o
Jack> lol good to hear!
Jack> Yes, the Wheel turns!
Jack> Oh btw on February 20th there will be a full eclipse of the moon.
Jack> Last one until 2010.
Jack> It starts early... around 5 pm (PST, I think!) check SpaceWeather.com -- News and information about meteor showers, solar flares, auroras, and near-Earth asteroids for details.
Jack> If the rising moon is visible where you are on that evening, it will likely turn bright red,
Jack> and then possibly a turquoise, which is very rare indeed!
Laly> kewl
Jack> Seeing a manifestation like that can be very orgasmic!
Jack> Lopez, not sure it will be visible Down OONduh, but check SpaceWeather.com -- News and information about meteor showers, solar flares, auroras, and near-Earth asteroids to find out.
Laly> i'll see bout videoing it lopez :)
Jack> Oh THAT's a good idea, Laly!
Jack> In any event there will certainly be at least some very cool high resolution photos at the spaceweather website.
Lopez> Thanks Laly :D
Laly> your welcome :)
Jack> [Jack: meditatively staring at the unclaimed Talking Stick in the middle of the circle... ;) ]
Lopez> (I'll be claiming in the stick.. in a few mins)
Jack> Ok, sounds good!
Jack> Meanwhile... Sometimes it's nice just to sit quietly in each other's company... :)
Laly> ( i said my piece earlier :D )
Lopez> Still winding down from the last 10 days of intense meditation ;)
Laly> when you are ready lopez :)
Jack> Yes, re: Laly... I highly recommend everyone reading what Laly had to say, and also what Zeitgeist had to say - both VERY great testimonies!
Jack> Lopez, I think I was in a time warp because it seems like those ten days just FLEW by!
Jack> Earlier I was thinking of asking you: Are you already back, or are you still getting ready to leave? Did you step through a time warp? Did I??? :D
Laly> hmmmm
Laly> btw- Jack you asked me about dan millman earlier - and i forgot to reply to that
Lopez> You surely did :D... because my 10 days were LONG
Lopez> (Laly, have that talking stick for a little while longer)
Laly> is yours if you want it lopez :)
Jack> Lopez, sounds like your ethereal body is not all the way back yet... That's not a criticism by the way! Just an observation... :)
Jack> Yes, Laly by all means, pick up the Stick and speak to us about Dan if you like.
Jack> And if there are ways in which you think his work relates to your KSMO practice, that would be nice to hear about as well.
Laly> think it relates?? :D
Laly> oh boy -- oh -- man does it
Jack> Well, there ya go, eh? :)
Laly> it is partly because of him/movie that I am where I am -right now
Jack> movie? One that he did or that is about him?
Laly> about him-- the peaceful warrior
Jack> Ah, ok... Thanks!
Jack> Peaceful Warrior Synopsis - Moviefone
Laly> as you recall-- from last chat I had a really rough patch
Jack> Yes...
Jack> Second to the last chat, that is... right?
Jack> Last chat was pretty COOL!
Laly> the 2nd yes
Jack> i.e., the one Saturday Feb 16 (for some it's now Sunday).
Jack> Pls continue... thanks!
Laly> anyway-- i watched that movie and what they mentioned regarding being 'aware' of what is going on around you
Laly> what you see
Laly> it hit me that I had narrowed my 'vision/sight" to one thing only
Laly> had blinders on if you will :)
Laly> once i realized that and removed that -- it was like WOW
Jack> How did you put the blinders on, or who put them on for you, and what have you done to remove them? How have you accomplished that?
Laly> tp push yourself beyond what 'you' "think" is your limit in potential
Laly> oh ....hhmmmm
Laly> as to who put them on-- me i guess i'd have to admit
Laly> as for what I have done to remove them-- trust myself - being open
Laly> facing a fear, despite BEING afraid
Laly> having the courage to admit i was afraid
Laly> but still reaching out
Laly> <starts to cry
Laly> i have (had) a hard time being part of large groups of people
Laly> interacting , etc.
Laly> was easier avoiding them all together (hide)
Laly> after watching the movie--i knew i didn't want to be afraid of that any more
Laly> with shaky legs , I stepped into that room FULL of people
Jack> That's GREAT!
Laly> gut clenching, trembling like mad
Jack> Right ON! That kind of Fear is an ARROW that points to UNCLAIMED PERSONAL POWER!
Laly> I kept telling self-- you are okay
Jack> Way to step forward and RECLAIM THAT PERSONAL POWER!
Laly> :) *wipes tears, thanks Jack
Jack> You are QUITE Welcome!
Laly> so when i feel that bleakness coming on-- i remind self- "close your eyes-WHAT do you see ? " :D
Laly> even drew is rubbing off on me---"what do you feel?"
Laly> that is tuffer to answer at times
Jack> It's becoming easier with practice, I'll bet...
Laly> yes
Jack> :)
Lopez> :)
Lopez> Dan Millman is a favourite of mine, I've been meaning to go through his works again
Lopez> He has an audio seminar, Everyday Enlightenment, which is worth listening to. Simple and practical.
Laly> I am wanting to purchase some of them- but not sure which to start with
Lopez> Which were you looking at Laly?
Laly> i have "your life's purpose" one
Lopez> "The Life You Were Meant To Live" ?
Laly> yes
Lopez> I'm a 29/11 btw (totally fits with me ;)) although I find that book more an intellectual exercise..albeit a fun one
Laly> OMG -- so am i lopez-- wow ;)
Laly> i was thinking the peaceful warrior set to start with
Laly> and then go from there
Lopez> nice.. i've read that section back to front. 'Soulgasms' was a very creative description of what you were feeling
Lopez> now for us to swing that double "creativity and confidence" sword.. and swing it in the right direction
Lopez> Laly, have you checked your local library to see if they have the books?
Laly> thanks--'soulgasms" imho-- go beyond physical feelings/sensations
Laly> yes I agree
Laly> we have that "life you were" book
Laly> yeah I checked :)
Lopez> Or spend some time at the bookstore, read a few pages, to see if the words are resonant. That's saved me many $
Laly> hmmmm- spend hours there if i could :)
Laly> i love to read :D
Laly> currently reading one on dreams
Laly> getting tired here *sets talking stick down
Laly> (hi rebecca)
Lopez> (picks up talking stick)
Lopez> as some of you may know, I've just returned from a 10 day Vipassana meditation course (Vipassana Meditation Website).. and I must say it was quite the ride
Lopez> I've never consciously exercised my mind like that.. and I am very glad that I took part in the course.
Lopez> Just like an intense physical workout, the mental workout had its fair share of anguish.
Lopez> On Day One we were given a meditation that focuses on becoming aware of one's own respiration
Jack> [Welcome rebecca!]
Lopez> the theory is, left with your own devices (5 senses + thought mechanism) you perpetually oscillate between the past and the future
Lopez> forever distracting yourself from the present
Drew> Hi Rebecca.
Lopez> focusing your attention entirely on the breath, you are bringing yourself to the presence of the breath and simultaneously concentrating your mind
Laly> hmmmm
Lopez> With the moments of presence throughout Day 1, I experienced my first emotional furball
Lopez> I knew it as soon as I had felt it.. I had a moment in amongst the anguish/anxiety where I had thought
Lopez> "oh this is what a furball is... ouch"
Drew>
Lopez> For the first 9 days each day had its own flavoured furball 'bubble' to the surface
Lopez> The teacher, S.N.Goenka (via video discourses), likened the doubts, and negativities as the beginning of a deep surgical operation of the mind
Lopez> The incisions have been made and the "puss" has now begun to rise to the surface
Lopez> There was a consensus amongst all the men (males and females were segregated for obvious hormonal reasons :D)
Drew> (AGAIN!)
Lopez> that each day had its own theme. For instance
Lopez> Day 1 & Day 4 I experienced anxiety in direct relation to thoughts of a trauma/emotional pain that I have held with me since I was 8-12 years old!
Laly> (not surprised re: segregation of sexes)
Lopez> Day 5, I became very distracted and the testosterone started to kick in (again all the guys with active sex lives felt this on the fifth day haha)
Lopez> Day 6, I became very frustrated. I reason as a result of Day 5, which then led me to thoughts about past, future and present dissatisfactions of my ideas/attachments to intimacy and sex
Lopez> Day 7, the frustration developed into agitation. Day 8, I managed to talk myself into a resolve (haha intellectual pursuits are frivolous!)
Lopez> On Day 8 I remember thinking to myself, "Everything is alright. I've been distracted, frustrated, agitated... at least I haven't been angry!"
Lopez> On Day 9.. I was ANGRY
Lopez> Before this course I felt I had, rather successfully, jumped into the inner realms of my mind and cleaned some of the stuffs out with reframes, positivities and what not
Drew>
Lopez> although now I reason, with experience, that this work has been more for the experiences that I experience now, and have not addressed the emotional pains of the past
Lopez> I really didn't know how much tension and pain until coming to this course. And as you can see, it requires strong mental/inner fortitude, determination and courage.
Drew> I honour your great courage, Lopez!
Laly> (same could be said of ksmo Lopez :) )
Lopez> Now, that was the hard part :D
Lopez> One of my intentions was to learn and to know what it felt like for me to be still
Lopez> During my meditations I would always be rather doubtful of what stillness was given that I would rarely meditate for more than 20 minutes at a time and had never formerly learned meditation
Lopez> I now know what it is like to be still and to have a very clear and calm mind
Lopez> I remember coming out of a particular meditation session thinking
Lopez> "Wow my mind was entirely focused for the entire hour" (the Vipassana meditation requires the meditator to not move a muscle ;))
Laly> wow :)
Lopez> the Vipassana meditation was a fantastic technique for me to learn. Unbeknownst to me, it is a technique that moves the individual to observe the 'sensations' throughout ones own body
Lopez> It was reasonsed that at any point in time and at any point in the body, there is a particular sensation, that is happening and changing in a constant state of flux
Jack> What a GREAT adjunct to Multiple Orgasm Trigger(tm) practice!
Lopez> If one could not feel a sensation in a particular part of the body, then one's mind had not reached a level of concentration to experience/feel the subtle sensation that may be inhabiting that part of the body
Jack> To cultivate THAT level of awareness!
Lopez> Jack.. I smiled and thought of you as I was being given the technique
Jack> Hmm that aspect of Vipassana is rather built in to the Protocol(tm) without my consciously being aware of the details of Vipassana.
Lopez> The meditation brings the meditator to a realisation that everything is in a state of flux, everything is impermanent.
Jack> :) Thanks, Lopez for thinking me and my work at that time!
Lopez> Every emotional attachment that is had by the participant, has an correlative sensation in the body which one can observe equanimously
Jack> [Warm welcome also to Newest Newbie, ZooYork!]
Lopez> When you are angry, there is a physical sensation in the body (which is rather apparent).. but for more subtle emotions one develops awareness of one's body and it's sensation to observe objectively
Jack> [btw, when convenient, let's give Newbie ZooYork a chance to check in with us when possible, is s/he wishes to... thanks!]
ZooYork> Yay im the Newest Newbie =]
Lopez> through continued practice of observing one's attachments to things, one brings themselves to a state of liberation from 'misery', given that all misery is a result of one's attachments (cravings to things or aversions to things)
Lopez> (almost done :))
Laly> (hi ZooYork)
ZooYork> lol hi Laly, i've READ so much about u
Lopez> When I was practicing the technique I held the protocol in mind seeing where and how it would fit into my KSMO journey when I had returned
ZooYork> =]
Jack> [sure, Lopez - great info - thanks for letting us know re: when ok to pass the Talking Stick to ZooYork!]
Laly> (blushing )
Jack> ["great info" = was re: your detailed description of your introduction to Vipassana]
Lopez> to me there is huge benefit in learning how to obseve one's own sensations objectively and equanimously, AND to develop the concentration to be aware of the subtle sensations passing through the body. I'll finish up for now and repost my thoughts in my blog. Feel free to introduce yourself ZooYork
ZooYork> hahahaha
Laly> only with what you are comfortable in sharing zooyork :)
ZooYork> ok..well, i havent read much....so what shall i start off talking about....so many topics ;)
Jack> Have you practiced the Multiple Orgasm Trigger Protocol(tm) yet, ZooYork?
Laly> how bout the beginning?
ZooYork> yes i have
Jack> What have the practice sessions been like for you so far?
ZooYork> i've only done a week's worth of training...but on my second REAL session, i elt a VERY pleasurable sensation in my left arm
Jack> Also, only share what you feel ok about sharing.
Jack> No pressure here... ever!
ZooYork> i felt it for abotu 8 outward breaths and then it dissapated
Jack> Cool! Welcome to early Echo Effects!
ZooYork> ok....i feel ok about sharing anythign!! i mean, it's only the internet
ZooYork> Now, while i was feeling these pleasurable sensations, my body had no muscle contractions that were noticable....it felt like my thighs wanted to contract and my arms....but nothing happened
Jack> Now that you've practiced for a week, please go ahead and post a brief .mp3 sample of your Key Sounds to the PRIVATE Key Sound(tm) validation area. So I can make sure you are articulating it correctly, please.
Jack> Just let me know if you need help figuring out how to record and upload the .mp3 sample.
Jack> OK?
ZooYork> ok
ZooYork> i'll do it tomorrow because right now i have some buddies over....dont want them hearing me haha
Jack> RE: the feelings you were feeling... so far that all sounds OK and right on track!
Jack> I hear ya re: not right now. Tomorrow is perfectly fine! :)
ZooYork> kool, now, the muscle contractions......i havent experienced these but I am assuming these are the peak orgasm feeling?
Jack> Also, when you get a chance click on the Gold Nuggets link for some great inspiration!
Laly> not necessarily
Jack> The peak orgasms feelings may or may not include muscle contractions. It's a little different for everyone. Ah... thanks Laly... you type faster than I do! Yep, what Laly just said is absolutely correct!
Laly> but for some people-- yes they can be
ZooYork> it's just kinda hard to take in....because i can't imagine anything more intense than ejaculation.....maybe that's just society talking through me haha
Laly> (like minds Jack :D)
Jack> And rather than being concerned about what should or should not be happening, just relax and allow and enjoy tuning in to what you are experiencing... It's that easy!
Laly> if i may jack?
ZooYork> so just enjoy it rather than trying? i guess trying too hard usually does end in failure
Jack> Re: can't imagine... You don't need to imagine... you can release that too, just stay open!
Jack> Men especially have an enculturated tendency to try to think their way through an experience before actually having it, but that can get in your way in this practice. No Blame! Perseverance and ALLOWING furthers!
Jack> Sure Laly, please go ahead!
ZooYork> haha Jack, you are right on so many levels....i have already tried to think it through!! ok....just allow it to happen and relax...sounds like a plan
Laly> thanks- when i first started my journey zooyork
Laly> i had no idea what a pleasurable orgasm was
ZooYork> yes..
Laly> i took EVEYTHING i knew of sex and put it on a shelf
Jack> [re: plan... Yes! And as I mentioned, click that Gold Nuggets link on the horizontal navbar and read for inspiration, information, and motivation! Please continue, Laly... thanks!]
Laly> and came to this practice with nothing but openness to learn
Laly> to trust in the process to see me through
Laly> not only the external changes , physical
Laly> but the internal ones I wasnt aware would happen
Jack> [...and that is one of the secrets to Laly's success, btw...]
Laly> I am not the same woman i was 2+ years ago-- and do not want that back
Laly> like the caterpillar to butterfly - i have evolved -for the better
ZooYork> so this technique is almost an enlightenment?
Laly> better stop or i will cry yet again :)
Laly> i feel it is so ZookYork
ZooYork> wow....Nobel Prize for Mr. Jack Johnston ;]
Lopez> what kind of enlightenment?
ZooYork> im assuming personal nirvana
Jack> I personally would say it's not an almost. :)
Lopez> Nirvana: "is a word used by the Buddha to describe the perfect peace of the mind that is free from craving, anger and other afflictive states"
Laly> without the glass ceiling zooyork :)
Jack> Again though, ZooYork, I would invite you to explore what happens for you when you release (at least from time to time) the pattern of trying to think about it and understand what it is or is not before you actually experience it... ahem.
Lopez> During my meditation I developed a test to see whether I had 'craving' for a thing. The test: "How would I feel if I was to never <x> ever again?" And if the question elicited an emotional response then most likely I had an afflictive craving
Jack> i.e. attachment...
Lopez> indeed.
Lopez> Hence my query, what kind of enlightenment? I personally cant answer that question, yet, Jack, what do you believe it (your KSMO discovery) is to an individual?
Jack> It is what they experience it to be. It is unique to the individual.
Jack> There are aspects that can generate words for, and patterns we may identify as having in common... but I am very reluctant to front-load
Jack> ZooYork's future experiences with intellectualization. Please understand
Jack> that my comments are not intended as criticism, but as calling attention to increasing awareness of the ways our mind tries to grab control
Lopez> Yeah I am attempting to tread lightly :D
Jack> of these experiences before they occur... This to me is a continuation of the pattern I described - of the tendency to try to think your way through the experience, in advance. I experience that as an attempt of the ego to retain some sense of control...
ZooYork> lol no worries! i understand completely jack!
Jack> an attachment to that sense of control... rather than trusting the innate wisdom of the Deeper Self to guide you to the source of this experience.
Jack> :)
Laly> well said Jack
Jack> Thanks! :)
Laly> (with that -- i am off to bed-16 hour day eeek :) -- sweet dreams all )
Jack> Sweet Dreams Laly!
Jack> Thanks for all of your great contributions to both the Saturday and the Sunday (GMT) chats this weekend!
Laly> your welcome Jack :D
Laly> nite
Jack> This also concludes my 6th hour of hosted coaching during the last 12 hours. But please do continue to chat all you want... This ChatBox is here for you 24/7! And please DO post to your BLOGS as well as to the Forum. Thanks for sharing this time with me, and enjoy your practice. Please remember to post your Key Sound(tm) Sample .mp3 segments (about 4 or 5 Key Sounds(tm) is plenty) to the Private Validation area. Confirming correct articulation is essential for the most gains, the soonest.
Jack> Wishing each of you all the very best, and thank you for sharing so much of yourselves. By doing so, you will also be helping all of those who read these transcripts - more than you will ever consciously know... perhaps! ;)
Jack> ******END Of Training and Discussion Chat hosted personally by Jack Johnston MA
Jack> This ChatBox remains open 24/7 for the benefit of all members of our online community... Enjoy!
Lopez> Thanks Jack.
ZooYork> Thank You Jack!
Jack> You're very welcome... And many thanks to each of you for sharing so much!
Jack> Hi ZooYork, I just made a preliminary reply to your post.
Jack> Monkey Magic, I am now replying to yours.
ZooYork> thank you
Jack> ZooYork, you're quite welcome!
ZooYork> hii
Jack> Hi ZY!!!

fruitbat> HI Mog. I just left you a question. Hope it's sunny where you are :-)
ruomsey> Hi fruitbat, where u at?
mog> Hi fruitbat! - am replying. Yes thank you - nice bright weather here. Cold though.
Valentine> Lopez, I demand a blog post on your visisispanaprana thingy!!
Lopez> Haha I am still writing about it in my journal... (21 page entry and I've documented up to Day 4)
Lopez> When I finish my the journal entry I'll write something up and post to my blog
Valentine> Wow, that could take forever
Lopez> Give me a few more days.. I'm slowly getting back into the swing of things :D
Valentine> I made a post in the forum, you should read it
Valentine> did you do a KSMO whilst meditating?
Valentine> OMG, did you go ten days without any, ahem, releif??
Lopez> It was recommended that we don't mix techniques.. I didn't do any KSMO but I did think of how the two have synergies
Lopez> and yes 10 days with no relief.. so there were two nights where I had to clean up after myself haha
Valentine> haha
Lopez> 10 days of silence, no communication, no eye contact. 10 hours of meditation per day. 2.5 vegetarian meals a day (dinner was two pieces of fruit)
Lopez> 4:30am starts 9:30pm finishes (this part was rough for me as I am used to 12pm starts and 4am finishes!)
Valentine> oh man, that's brainwashin' food!
Lopez> Nice post btw
Valentine> I know, it's totally epic!
Valentine> thanks for reading. :)
Lopez> I slept in a room with 8 other guys. By the end two had dropped out. Those who finished the course were grateful that they had stayed.
Lopez> Haha some imagery just came to me, think of a baseball machine that pitches balls at you for you to hit
Lopez> Well, at the 10 day course, instead of baseballs, furballs are pitched at you for you to hit
Lopez> If you miss it HURTS.. and most times if you hit it you only tap it down :)
Valentine> interesting!!
Valentine> So now that you know the furballs, have you taken steps to eliminate them? tried EFT?
Lopez> Well the Vipassana technique is designed to help with the furballs.. so for the next month I am going to stick with the meditation. By the end of the month I am going to start applying EFT and see how the two compliment each other
Lopez> I've reasoned the following difference between the two techniques:
Valentine> Ah, so, is that when you can start doing KSMO again?
Lopez> Picture a furball as once being a seed (a particular emotional event/experience). The seed is planted deep into the mind (subconscious) and grows everytime you are reminded of the situation.
Lopez> Overtime the seed grows into a big tree, creating more seeds to be planted into the fertile soil of our subconscious mind. As a tree this once isolated event now affects many areas of our life.
Lopez> The deeper we view the tree the stronger the emotional connection to the original events become. So if we happen to experience/remember the original events we get that 'emotional furball'
Lopez> I've read up about EFT and how/why it works and I've reasoned that with this imagery EFT is like a pair of shears or an axe.
Lopez> The individual taps away various aspects of this furball and thus cuts of leaves/branches off of their tree. This reduces the severity and complexity of the tree (as one would do when they prune). Sometimes EFT is like an axe, chopping away at the trunk. In multiple EFT sessions one can be rid of a deep emotional attachment and chop right through the trunk of this tree, and pulling its roots out.
Lopez> Vipassana is far more intense a process because it demands the individual to experience the emotional furball and to practice remaining objective and equanimous.
Lopez> Initially this may only be a few seconds worth, but as you practice this ability gets stronger and grows longer. The longer you can remain unmoved/equanimous about the furball the less attachment you will have to the emotion.
Lopez> With Vipassana, you are pulling the roots straight out from the ground AND you are changing the quality of the soil. No longer will your mind be fertile ground for the cultivation of emotional pain/emotional attachment as you develop the ability to remain centered, balanced and present.
Lopez> Vipassana rids emotional attachments by changing the habit pattern of the mind, whereas EFT rids you solely of your attachments. With the use of EFT I don't believe it has the same ability to stop new 'emotional trees' from growing but it is a great tool for cutting down and getting rid of the ones that have grown.
Lopez> and as for KSMO, I am going to start as soon as I get over this cold that I have. I did one session before the sore throat fully manifested itself and noticed differences. I've yet to explore the synergies between the two intellectually or experientially. BUT I am certainly looking forward to ;)
Lopez> <end>
Valentine> I can tell you, doing ksmo, or ANYTHING sexual when I'm sick, hurts my body
Valentine> Now, about the Vipassana, and EFT...
Lopez> Yeah that makes sense.
Valentine> I have experience in one, EFT.
Lopez> how long have you been using EFT?
Valentine> And I came across it from my hypnosis training and counseling
Valentine> I learned about it 6 months ago, but used it solidly for about a month solid
Valentine> ok, shhh, this is where I disagree with you! :)
Lopez> :D
Valentine> With hypnosis, you are able to get right to the energy system
Valentine> this is because you bypass the critical factor
Valentine> You also get access to lots of other things, that lots of hypnosis teachers either don't know about, or won't teach you
Valentine> And no, I won't tell you! Ok, maybe.
Lopez> haha, what is the critical factor that you bypass?
Valentine> But EFT, when used in an hypnotic state, is incredibly effective, and, since one is in a highly suggestible state, could go through the motions of what vipassana does
Valentine> When EFT is used OUTSIDE of a hypnotic state, however, I would agree with what you said earlier.
Lopez> ohhh interesting. You were taught this or discovered this or both?
Valentine> Discovered
Valentine> It was done on me, so obviously not the first discoverer
Lopez> Ok. Have you since then applied this onto yourself? I believe Pan mentioned that EFT was, in and of itself, a form of self-hypnosis. What methods were used to put you into the hypnotic state?
Valentine> This is antecdotal. I had X done to me, which is different than Y done to you.
Lopez> I understand.
Valentine> X and Y are different, but they overlap, we are both just missing pieces of the other's experience.
Valentine> Well, I'm not missing pieces, I'm perfect. ;)
Lopez> ;)
Valentine> I haven't applied it to myself, no
Valentine> Right, EFT is a form of self-hypnosis
Valentine> doing Eft on yourself, and having it done to you while in an hypnotic state are two totally different things
Valentine> Let me clarify, self-hypnosis and hypnosis are different
Valentine> And that is because in one, you are doing it to yourself, the other, someone else is doing it to you.
Valentine> This difference makes a world of difference.
Valentine> ok, the methods used on me...
Valentine> your standard progressive relaxation, instant/rapid induction, emotional induction, possibly others
Valentine> I have personally done a standard progressive relaxation, and a conversational induction on a few people
Valentine> I didn't lose you, did I?
Valentine> I was kinda answering your questions out of order, and adding other stuff, must look quite confusing!
Lopez> nope.. :)
Lopez> just assume I am one of the smartest guys you've ever met and talk freely. If I don't get it now I will get it eventually ;)
Lopez> so please talk freely
Valentine> OK! Except that was kinda it.
Lopez> With respect to results with EFT inside and outside hypnotic states, do you have any examples?
Lopez> particularly with the sessions inside hypnotic states, how do you feel it is far superior than those out (intellectually its obvious.. I'm fishing for your experiential realisation)
Valentine> good questions! I'll answer them right after I take a pee break, back in five!
Lopez> kk
Valentine> ok
Lopez> :)
Valentine> as far as results that aren't mine, there are plenty on the eft website
Lopez> yeah I've read through the website (hence my intellectual conclusions)
Valentine> With the people that report chronic pain even with eft, I suspect they are using it to treat symptoms, not the root cause
Valentine> For me, I have tried it alone.
Valentine> The first time I tried it, was with a stubbed toe.
Valentine> I was young and naive, and it didn't work.
Valentine> I was not hypnotized.
Lopez> you tried to tap away the physical pain?
Valentine> yes :)
Lopez> :)
Valentine> I have experience with eft in an hypnotic state, and it was used to tap away the bad feelings/emotions
Valentine> No, let me say that different
Valentine> It was used to release pain and feelings that I hadn't allowed myself to feel
Lopez> Nice.
Valentine> It started with one feeling, but it was a convoluted mess, and just keep on going to others
Valentine> It was a long process
Valentine> I can't use the same imagery you did, of the tree, as it wasn't like that.
Lopez> What was it like?
Valentine> a big knot of different colored yarn, somehow each piece weaved together at different spots of the knot
Lopez> :D
Valentine> It also helped that someone else was doing it. I know I wouldn't have gone as deep on my own
Valentine> I think that is the big difference, with EFT during hypnosis, and out of.
Lopez> Yeah. I can see the benefit in that. Hmm.. I'll have to create some kind of EFT Therapy Group with one or two individuals. For routine surgery at the deepest levels of the mind.
Valentine> Doing it to yourself, you skip your 'blind spots', but when someone is doing you, they have a more objective veiw, they won't skip over something.
Lopez> Yeah its very easy to skip the blind spots
Valentine> I remember specifically telling my hypnotist, in the middle of EFT, that 'I hate it'.
Lopez> you hated the process or the feelings that were being released?
Valentine> the feelings. Haha, I was a crying mess, she thought I said that I hated her!
Lopez> hehe :)
Valentine> so, that should answer your questions, yes?
Lopez> You've done well Val, thanks for sharing
Valentine> Now, I wanna know more about vipassana, and how it changes the quality of the soil
Lopez> Vipassana teaches that all emotional pain, 'misery', is a result of attachment to things and objects. When one develops a 'craving' ("I must have") or an 'aversion' ("I must not have") to a thing then one plants the seed of emotional attachment that grows throughout one's lifetime. It is a meditation that has been passed down from Siddartha Gautama, the Buddha, as a means of liberating one's mind from this pain and suffering.
Lopez> The meditation develops the meditators ability to remain objective and equanimous (balanced, calm, composed). It directs the meditator to the power of the present moment and through this power one eventually frees/liberates him or herself from the misery.
Valentine> I got the first part, not so much the second
Lopez> The meditators develop an experiential understanding of the Law of Impernanence, i.e. everything changes. Given this wisdom one can begin to view experience as it is, the truth, the ultimate reality.
Lopez> When you experience pain, you observe it, you watch it, you say to yourself "soon this will change.. let's see how long it will last"
Lopez> When you experience pleasure, you observe it, you watch it, you say to yourself "soon this will change.. let's see how long it will last". When one accepts the Law of Impermanence one sees how fruitless it is to identify one's self with impermanence.
Valentine> I am familiar with this teaching
Valentine> Reminds me of the christian, 'this too, shall soon pass'
Lopez> Exactly.
Lopez> The teachings are written and talked about in most scriptures.
Valentine> But obviously, the teaching is used differently for both
Lopez> The difference is, at the course we are given a meditation technique to observe the truth of such a statement ('this too, shall soon pass'). One can only know with experience.
Valentine> Why wasn't I taught the law of impermanence in school?
Lopez> i.e. observing experientially, rather than having a devotional or intellectual knowing
Valentine> or any of the hermetic laws?
Lopez> Why weren't we all?
Valentine> I think everyone has had an experiential knowing of this law, but not consciously. How did that change things for you?
Lopez> Vipassana moves the meditator's attention within one's body. The Buddha discovered that at any point in time there is a bodily sensation occurring within the body. When our mind is concentrated we can experience the range of sensations, from gross/apparent to subtle. Viewing these sensations we also realise that they come and go, just like all things in life.
Valentine> I mean, specifically going in to experience this one law ON PURPOSE, instead of just letting it happen, but not really knowing?
Lopez> Throughout the meditations we also experience pleasurable and painful sensations, both of which give the meditator the opportunity to remain objective and un-reactive. It gives the meditator the opportunity to accept the reality of the sensation as it is in the moment.
Valentine> That really doesn't sound like a ten day thing.
Lopez> Yeah thats what most people start thinking on Day 4 when we are first given the technique (the first 3 days we practice Anapana meditation, a prepatory exercise for the real deal)
Valentine> I guess I really just wanna read the whole gambit of what happened!!!!
Lopez> but on everyday we are given new instructions which adds to the process and the experience
Lopez> there are other reasons why the 10 days is such, namely, for disciplinary reasons. We are not there just to learn the technique but to develop an experiential understanding of how things should be done.
fruitbat> busy tonight guys - must be the full moon :D
Lopez> we've got a fullhouse! Hi Laly, Mog, Fruitbat and ZooYork :D
fruitbat> I mean the chatbox is busy :-D
Valentine> haha, I wanna see the moon, but there are clouds!!
fruitbat> my daughter's flying across the atlantic -she's got a ringside seat..
Valentine> wow, I'm super jealous!
fruitbat> Anyway just passing thru while I shut my PC for the night. Night all
Valentine> Funny thing, I was looking on the net to find out what a red moon meant, and checked out astrology.com
Valentine> They knew NOTHING!
Lopez> Night
Valentine> Night
Valentine> However, it did say that I was gonna find something that I had misplace! :)
Lopez> Red Moon is the full moon of August?
Valentine> I have no idea.
Valentine> Your really asking the wrong guy.
Valentine> Or blood moon.
Laly> hi
Laly> HI
Valentine> HI LALY!!!!!
shiva> test
Jack> Allo Shiva!
Jack> G'day Lopez! Take a look at Veteran Adept Shiva's most recent post!
Lopez> Just did :) Interesting application... I was going to ask you Jack, do you know of a Leela Jamieson?
Jack> BTW Lopez, I just posted a reply to Shiva's post...
Jack> No I am not familiar with Leela Jamieson. Will you please make a post about her?
Jack> Good evening also to Grandmaster Mog!
Lopez> Will do ..as soon as my familiarity grows
Jack> Here's a tiny url leading to Shiva's most recent thread: KS Dream and nightmare dissolution - Application for PTSD ? - Last longer in bed using the Multiple Orgasm Trigger™
Jack> I need to excuse myself from our discussion for a while now, as I have a telephone appointment, but will be back later. Please keep on posting! ;)

zeitgeist> Hi Mog; Did the earth move for you too last night?
mog> Hello Zeit! I missed it being in the LO Nod.
mog> Did you not think it was something real and dangerous?
mog> Anyway, your post is hilarious!:D
Buster> So far, the jocks that Jack is talking to appear to be pretty interested in this. This has GOT to be good!
zeitgeist> they sure are curious!
zeitgeist> This is much longer than I thought it would take..
vbmtor> Seems more than 15 minutes :)
zeitgeist> Good reception in the uk for the beatFM
zeitgeist> ...via the web
Valentine> That's good, cuz I missed the first part!
Buster> He has been talking for about 1/2 hour
vbmtor> curiosity helps ;)
zeitgeist> mentioned the forum a few times!
zeitgeist> Welcome to all those who listen to thebeatFM
zeitgeist> and this is your first time visiting..
zeitgeist> Come right in!
Buster> Good job Jack! It would be interesting for them to "interview" a couple of people that have had such success with this.
vbmtor> Hi Jack ! Really interesting interview.
Buster> Nothing like a satified customer
zeitgeist> Well done JJ!
Jack> Hey Thanks Z!
Jack> Thanks Buster! Yeah the jocks were GREAT! They did a GREAT service!
Jack> You may be seeing a few newbies in here as a result! :)
Jack> Z- yeah they said 15 minutes but they went way over, I think because they realized how valuable the information is.
Jack> Z- I will let them know that they even had listeners in the UK from our forum!
Jack> I will send them a copy of this section of our chat so they can see that.
Jack> Val- re: the part you missed, they said that they will send me a CD of the interview. So I will post it when I get it.
Jack> Z- thanks for welcoming the people from The Beat radio program! They are definitely checking the Forum!
Jack> Hey Buster that is a GREAT idea to have them do a followup interview with some of YOU who have learned it!
Jack> I will email them RIGHT NOW about that!
Jack> Thanks vbmtor! I'm glad you got a chance to hear it too!
Jack> BTW, roderik... I just reviewed your Key Sound(tm) sample and it's PERFECT!
Jack> One thing I'd like to ask y'all is if you who've had your KS validated as correct would let me post THEM to a Registered-Users-Only area - with or without identifying who it is. Either way, and of course this is ENTIRELY
Jack> voluntary. If you prefer NOT to that is PERFECTLY ok and I TOTALLY respect that.
Jack> I'll be back in, a little later... Thanks to everyone for your enthusiastic support!
roderik> Jack, sorry I missed you...I was here and there doing this and that. Thanks so much for the quick feedback! That's just amazing. It's great to have a little encouragement like that:)
Jack> Hey roderik, you are QUITE welcome! It is WONDERFUL to have you back in Active Mode in our community! :)
Jack> Sorry but gonna have to scoot again for a while. bye for now!
roderik> Yes, it's nice to be around...I've been feeling my energy pretty strongly of late, so I've been doing more with the practice and thinking more about it day to day, and therefore coming back to the forum more often for hints and inspiration
roderik> No big "events" to speak of, but sometimes the subtle energy is more obvious or present. It's nice to wonder what might be around the next corner:rolleyes:
Jack> Yes, that's GREAT Roderik!
Jack> One other thing is, DO remember to use that LITTLE bit of stimulation
Jack> when you practice. Sometimes people get into not using any at all,
Jack> but the Protocol as I've written it recommends a SINGLE touch or caress at least every
Jack> few cycles of Key Sound plus relaxing breathing.
Jack> Very Warm Welcome to Newest Newbie lelo85!
roderik> hi jack, yes I usually do use a little stim during an actual session, though I sometimes allow for spontaneous key sounds when it strikes me to do so just whenever, and then without stim of any kind
roderik> I also looked at the updated pdf you have posted to remind myself of the basics and will likely do so again just to retouch that
roderik> So goodnight, I'm off to bed (It's almost 1 a.m. here)
Jack> Hi Laly, Mog, and nitey nite Roderik!
Laly> hi jack
Jack> Happy Leap Day everyone! That's why Google's "L" is a Leaping Frog! :)
Jack> I'm hosting Live Training Chats this Saturday! Be sure to click the Calendar link just to the right of the Gold Nuggets link for details.
zeitgeist> Hey Jack, re the talk-in plus forum -
zeitgeist> I reckoned you were 'busy' within the interview so put out the welcome mat
zeitgeist> as continuity from the show from the community
zeitgeist> especially as vibrant as this community sure is..
zeitgeist> to show it was a 'live' forum too! (could be important)
zeitgeist> as a factor to those who regard support as important.
zeitgeist> MOG! yes, I was concerned at the 'earth moving' I thought it might be a 'terror at the gates' experience until it subsided...
zeitgeist> I downgraded it to a 'whoa!' experience.. :D
zeitgeist> I hope to make the Saturday chat with Jack so hope to speak with many people then.
zeitgeist> Tschüss!
Laly> hi seeker :)
harryshouse> Hi this is Lee ! Where is the forum?
Jack> You are IN the Forum!
Jack> And welcome!
Jack> Discussion and Training Chat starts in an hour and ten minutes from now.
Jack> Please read the suggestions email I sent you for navigating the Forum. Scroll down the forum homepage to The Lounge, click Gold Nuggets for popular posts, click Blogs to get yours started and read others. etc. We're here to help! I'll be back at 9AM to personally host the first of TWO 3-hour chats today!
Jack> That's 9AM PST btw. :)
Jack> Hi Guys, back in 30 min. Say hi to harryshouse!
Buster> Hi harryshouse, welcome to the wonderful world of KSMO
Jack> Hi guys!
Jack> *******Multiple Orgasm Trigger Training and Discussion Chat 20080301 hosted personally by Jack Johnston MA
Jack> Welcome!
Jack> I am at your service!
Jack> If anyone has any questions or comments I am here to help.
zeitgeist> evening JJ!
tandello> I'm afraid that the GMT reference is a bit confusing. Is there anyone online right now?
zeitgeist> yes!
zeitgeist> I think jack normally gives two times... Pacific and GMT/UTC
tandello> So how many hours is GMT ahead of west coast or east coast time
zeitgeist> I don't know but I think pacific time is 8 hours ahead of GMT
zeitgeist> So NOW IS the published chat time
tandello> It looks as if it is five hours ahead of the EST.
zeitgeist> I suspect that Jack is AFK right now
Jack> I'm here.
Jack> :)
zeitgeist> I'm sure he will be here real soon
zeitgeist> HEY!:D
tandello> I been having some deepening experiences lately that also seem to be tied into therapy I've been doing.
tandello> What is AFK?
Jack> Tandello, as I say each time I send out the chat reminder, please check the CALENDAR in the Forum as the details are all there,
zeitgeist> away from keyboard
Jack> and there is also a LINK to very cool converter so that you can
Jack> convert GMT to YOUR local time, wherever in the world you may be! :)
tandello> Will do.
tandello> So recently I've been noticing that there has been increasing sensation, both in my genitals and nipples.
tandello> The sensation is more intensely felt than usual and there is also sensation where the frenulum would be in the uncircumcized. This is completely new. I've never had sensation there previously.
Jack> Hey tandello that is really great to hear that the work you are doing in therapy is positively affecting your KSMO practice!
tandello> also, body waves have been becoming more intense and more exagerated.
Jack> That's a really good example of what I mean when I say that the purpose of the practice sessions is to AWAKEN the multiorgasmic response.
Jack> That is really GREAT, Brother!
tandello> It seems that the instruction modifications recommendations you gave previously to my questions were rather helpful.
tandello> There is also a lot of emotional intensity that comes up spontaneously.
Jack> I'm very glad to hear that! For the benefit of the readers, and so that you can continue to teach ME how to better teach YOU and others, what instructions modifications specifically have recently been helpful, please?
Jack> Oh YES re: emotional intensity!
tandello> aNy suggestions on how to recommend this site to friends (non romantic)?
Jack> How are you doing with the emotional intensity?
tandello> The instructions were to maintain contact throughout the use of the key sound. Previoiusly, I had just been making a light contact, releasing the contact, and then using the key sound.
Jack> I'll defer to Buster and Zeitgeist re: suggestions for friends.
Jack> Ah ok that's very helpful re: maintaining the contact rather than removing your hand from the caressed area.
Jack> Thanks!
Buster> I just saw my name. I am trying to catch up. Hello all.
zeitgeist> re suggestions, that would depend on the friend and the likely reaction you might get...
Jack> Heyyyy Buster!!! It's GREAT to have you and Zeitgeist here as well!
tandello> When the intensity comes up, usually it is a fighting back of anger or a wave of anxiety, I'll process it with neuroemotional technique. This was developed by a chiropractor for managing body mind issues.
Jack> How about some examples. Z-man?
Jack> It's is really great that you're able to name the emotional intensity.
tandello> I will then run the process and wait for the intensity of fade. Then I begin the KSMO tq again.
Jack> Please keep in mind that anger is emotional energy for wanting something or someone to change.
zeitgeist> re friends... test the water first with general suggestions
zeitgeist> see what their reaction is before you proceed
Jack> That's a great way to handle it, btw! To take a pause from the practice long enough to address the emotional furballs, in this case anger or anxiety,
zeitgeist> then you will know whether you can broach the subject without a negative reaction
Jack> and address the emotional issues, and THEN resume, rather than trying to force yourself through the feelings, which imho is abusive.
tandello> Usually with friends I've just explained what the protocol is about. A couple have listened to the first cd or looked at the website. With patients it has been a little trickier.
Jack> In what ways trickier? I think I have an idea what you mean but I want to just ask you. :)
tandello> 'imho'?
Jack> sorry, imho = in my honest opinion, and/or in my humble opinion.
Jack> Thanks for asking about that!
tandello> Trickier, because patients in a chiropractic practice are not forthright coming in for sexual advice.
Jack> Another of my esteemed teachers taught me that anxiety is often excitement I am not yet letting myself feel.
Jack> I think that may be especially true re: KSMO practice.
Jack> Sure understood re: patients.
tandello> So far I've commented on KSMO with two to three patients. One with significant lower back pain and a significant libido. Another with reflex sympathetic dystrophy of the outer vagina.
Jack> I like Zeitgeist's approach with that. And to just say that you are aware
Jack> of a website that can help individuals and couples improve their intimate relationship capacity, would they be interested in more information?
tandello> I have recently become aware of a lot of anger that I have never let myself feel and find that what I have been doing in the face of it is disassociating. in the past I thought that I had ADD.
tandello> KSMO has been very helpful as part of the process in helping uncover some of the anger.
Jack> You can do that without getting into a lot of details about your own experience, except that if they DO as Zeitgeist suggests indicate some interest, you might perhaps just say, without going into detail, that you have found it to be personally beneficial and leave it at that.
Jack> Of course, use your intuition about even that much.
tandello> Tyically, i haven't gone into a lot of depth with patients, and all I do is refer them to the website. I do comment on the ease and naturalness of the technique.
Jack> Chiropractice treatment itself is very intimate and for the client very emotionally vulnerable so better to "err on the side of caution" as they say.
Jack> Which of course, would not be an error at all, but good practice!
Jack> Yeah that sounds to me like you are striking just the right note!
Jack> BTW, I'm going to be rewriting the main website content to make it more like my radio interviews.
Jack> That is more concise and direct, rather than like ad copy.
tandello> i tend to be pretty good with boundaries and speak of them directly during the first session.
Jack> Yeah that is GREAT!
tandello> Have you considered puttting any of the KSMO into book format with a cd enclosure. Many music instructional manuals will do that. It would get to a potentially wider audience.
Jack> I'm VERY glad to hear that you are enjoying some strong sensations of AWAKENING of the Echo Effects response system!
Jack> RE: Book format yes I've considered it. The challenge for me is time management in that I'm working about 14 hours per day, pretty much six or seven days per week as it is.
Jack> I am getting some nice additional assistance these days but it's still a real challenge because there is sooo much to do,
Jack> since I make a big effort to maintain at least SOME degree of personal contact with our wonderful online community, while at the same time
Jack> working to improve site usability etc.
Jack> Some good news is that I'm about to get a new MacBook Pro (since they are FINALLY available!) and that too will help my productivity immensely.
Jack> Basically, producing a book typically takes about 6 months or more to produce.
Jack> It's all about LEVERAGING my time and energy, and getting more help with the daily tasks. That's why
Buster> With a slick running website and the step-by-step CD, I think it is a pretty good set up Jack.
Jack> I really appreciate VERY much the energy that good folk such as Buster, Zeitgeist, Laly, Drew, Val, and the others who help out
Jack> by interacting with and helping newbies here in the Forum.
tandello> What I like most about the technique is that, while all of the manuals comment on sexual pleasure being your own responsibility, there is always a need to have a partner to do the work. Your technique requires the discipline of personal time spent practicing the technique, while simultaneously allowing cooperative sharing of technique. Definitely unique.
Jack> Thanks Buster!
Jack> Thanks VERY much for THAT, tandello!
Jack> Tandello, I hope that the proferred reframes about anger is energy to change something and anxiety is excitement I'm not yet letting myself feel are both helpful to you.
tandello> Hmmm. I'm not sure if your punctuation or syntax are preventing me from fully understanding your comment.
Jack> RE: The personal responsibility versus having a partner to the work, yes I believe it is VERY important for each person to FIRST find and AWAKEN this multiorgasmic response within himself or herself and THEN to share with a partner when possible.
Jack> Ok, thanks for letting me know I wasn't quite clear enough for you.
Jack> You are speaking in reference to which comment please?
tandello> Yes, I'm in agreement with this point.
Jack> Great!
tandello> I'm referring to the suggestion to work with oneself first and then a partner
Jack> Also, by beginning with solo practice, it removes the performance anxiety considerably.
Jack> You mentioned difficulty with my punctuation or syntax in understanding me. Was that re: solo versus partner, or re: the reframing of anger and anxiety?
tandello> I don't think that would be as much performance anxiety as there would be with the frustration assoicated with the inevitable confusion that comes from one person hearing the instructions one way and the partner in another and then going through the comedy of who is supposed to say what and do what to whom and when.
Jack> LOL VERY well said! I get it! LOL!
tandello> I'm referring to the 6:09 comment..
Jack> Thanks.
Jack> Ok... What I am wondering is...
Jack> Did you experience understanding what I mean by:
Jack> Anger is an emotion that tells you that you want something or someone to change.
tandello> Pondering.
Jack> Anxiety is an emotion that is energy for excitement, once you address and resolve the fear component.
tandello> ANger is something new. In the past my anger has always been extremely self destructive.
Jack> I'm glad to hear that expressed in the past tense! :)
tandello> In meditation for the past several years and recently in the KSMO, what I thought was rising kundalini is an anger wanting to be expressed or released. I'm still just watching it.
Jack> When anger tends to be turned inward in that way, I think it is often because a person feels that s/he does not have the resources to CHANGE the situation.
tandello> Now when the kundalini rises l'm able to see it as a withheld anger.
Jack> Yet THAT feeling can be reframed as a SIGNAL to yourself to ASK FOR HELP in effecting such a change.
tandello> All anger about the past. Not the present.
Jack> Ok. That is very helpful, thanks...
tandello> I don't feel confused by it as much as not sure what to do other than notice it.
Jack> Often anger in such a situation is a MASK that is covering an opportunity to GRIEVE, including, if not ESPECIALLY for YOURSELF in that past situation,
Jack> so that you may, in effect: Bless and Release.
tandello> That's why I just watch it and let it go its way. No pushing, denying, or indulging.
Jack> You may no longer have the opportunity to get from a specific individual what you did not get in the past from them, but you may be able to get in the present what you didn't get in the past, from someone else.
Jack> Watching is imho a good first step... It is good to look at it with a clear eye. I think then it is ALSO very important to allow yourself to GRIEVE the loss of not having received what you needed and wanted in the past.
Jack> And to get the help you need in the PRESENT to appropriately negotiate for meeting those needs in the PRESENT.
tandello> That is most likely true. It's just a matter of releasing enough of it to realize what didn't happen in the past and becoming more open to it in the present.
Jack> Yes! And also to PROACTIVELY take steps in the PRESENT to bring those missed qualities and experiences INTO your present life.
tandello> yes.
Jack> To actually write down a serious of ACTION STEPS you can take to get whatever assistance you need for NEGOTIATING appropriately to bring that missed nurturance or whatever qualities and experiences into your present life.
Jack> And I do mean WRITE THEM DOWN. That act in itself is a form of COMMITMENT TO ACTION IN THE PRESENT.
tandello> Sorry. That is out of the question.
Jack> It may be out of the question in the FORM it happened in the past.
tandello> Release first. then with congnisence... opening.
tandello> CBT protocols have always been counterproductive for me.
Jack> But you are welcome to communicate with me privately about the specifics and I may help you be able to discern how ELSE you may experience those qualities in the present. It's most often a matter of changing the FORM in which you RECEIVE what you missed in the past.
Jack> CBT = ?
tandello> I have found that organic unfolding is much more productive than intentional action in areas of wounding.
tandello> CBT cognitive behavioral therapy.
Jack> I invite you to consider that it may not be a forced either / or choice. You may be able to do some of BOTH.
Jack> That is, some unfolding, and some proactive ritual if you will - the ritual of writing down the Action Steps.
Jack> As I mentioned you are welcome to communicate * if you wish to * a few more specifics and I am happy to relate to you a more specific suggestion.
tandello> At this time and prior to this time actions step formalities in the realm of stress areas has most often produced very opposite effects.
tandello> If and when the need arises I will contact you.
Jack> Ok. The invitation stands. I think I may be able to be of some assistance in that regard, if you find that
Jack> those emotional furballs continue to arise during your practice.
Jack> It's very important not to try to force yourself through or past them, however.
Jack> That in my view would be an active of abusing the self. What Claude Steiner refers to as Internalizing the Oppressor.
tandello> No force. I agree
Jack> Claude Steiner's Home Page:
Jack> Great!
tandello> Just innocently do the practice.
Jack> Before we pass the Talking Stick to Buster or to Zeitgeist for a little while, is there anything else we may answer or respond to for the moment, Tandello? You of course will have another opportunity as well.
Jack> Yes! Re: innocently.
tandello> I feel finished. Thank you.
Jack> Thank you VERY much for sharing so openly about your process.
Jack> This creates very positive ripples for others who are in similar situations with their practice.
Jack> Ok, Buster and Zeitgeist, the Talking Stick is available!
Buster> I have an hour or so before I have to be somewhere. Zeity, if you have time constraints, go for it.
zeitgeist> ok, buster its all yours... no real news from me this week apart from the earthquake!
Buster> Well, I had a kick-ass session yesterday. First one in a while.
Jack> LOL.
Jack> (my post was re: Z's comment) Ok, Buster! Let's hear about it PLEASE!
Jack> And... CONGRATULATIONS!
Buster> I get it. They are not supposed to get earthquakes, are they?
Buster> Anyway, I seemed to have gotten to a place where I might have scared myself. I thought I was actually going to have an orgasm that shot right through my penis. I did not want to have the session end with an ejac, so I backed down. What I learned is that one of these is possible.
zeitgeist> not really it only seemed that way!
Buster> I have hear people describe them and felt as though that would be the holy grail of MMO's
Buster> heard
Jack> Well Buster that may have been a Terror at the Gates experience...
Buster> That is what I was thinking actually.
Jack> I would recommend that the next time you have that feeling, that rather than backing away from it, you just relax and allow it to happen!
Jack> If you do actually ejaculate, what's the big deal?! :) And you just might be surprised!
Jack> Either the ejaculation may be FAR more intensely a pleasurable ejaculation than you may ever have experienced before OR you
Buster> I really did not want the session to end it was so good. Maybe you are right though. If it ends, it ends.
Jack> may just ejaculate PURE ENERGY rather than actually emitting any seminal fluid.
Jack> Yes and it may not even end!
Buster> That's a concept.
Jack> ALLOW yourself to be surprised and to TRUST where your own body wisdom wants to take you and to TEACH you at that time!
Buster> I got there by re-listening to your step-by-step CD. The upper and lower hand part that I had forgotten about. You recommend that people re-listen to the CD. I concur.
Jack> Yes that's a VERY GOOD POINT!
Buster> I hope I get there again real soon. My luck, it will be a while.
Jack> I recommend that people re-listen to both of the seminars every so often for the very reasons that you describe.
Jack> Oh STOP IT!
Jack> re: the my luck comment.
Jack> Why build a negative frame re: the future!
Buster> I am just talking from experience.
Jack> Yeah yeah, so what??? :) You know what I think about what you just did by creating that negative frame.
Jack> ?
Buster> I will try to keep those negative demons away. Sure, it will happen again tomorrow. See how it works?
Jack> After the word frame was supposed to be a ?
Jack> Just RELEASE PREDICTING.
Buster> Got it.
Jack> The ACT of PREDICTION is an attempt to CONTROL.
Jack> Either positively or negatively, I think it is an act of the ego to attempt to CONTROL the outcome.
Buster> So, I blogged about it. In there I mentioned about having a 2nd 20 minute session to end things off.
Jack> And guess what I think THAT is related to!
Buster> What what is related to?
Jack> It's GREAT that you Blogged, and it's GREAT that you feel permission to VARY from the established Protocol from time to time JUST TO FIND OUT WHAT MIGHT HAPPEN.
Jack> Re: the related to question: Guess what I think the ACT of trying to PREDICT the future EITHER positively OR negatively is related to?
Buster> I am to the point that if I think a session is going to last only the 20 minutes, I dont even bother.
Buster> Ah, trying to have COMPLETE CONTROL of everything instead of letting it fly?
Jack> That's fine Buster... It doesn't mean that the EFFECTS must STOP after 20 minutes,
Jack> and you raise a VERY IMPORTANT POINT. My suggestion that the Protocol practice be LIMITED to 20 minutes
Jack> is ONLY as a person is in the early stages of practice, so that they don't fall into the TRAP of trying to CHASE THE FAWN, that is, to the trap of trying to CHASE AFTER the Effects. You have graduated well beyond that!
Jack> You do what you please!
Buster> I think that 20 minutes is cool to start off with. As you progress, you should have the liberty (as you say) to explore and see what happens.
Jack> ABSOLUTELY!!!
Buster> I thought about that fawn a couple of times yesterday.
Jack> Grandmaster MOG is a GREAT Role Model for that!!! LOL.
PoohBear> Re chasing the fawn, I am reminded of a song....
Jack> (my comment was re: not limiting to 20 minutes, once Adept)
Jack> Well OMG HELLO POOHBEAR and WELCOME BACK!
Jack> Yes please, POOHBEAR!
Jack> PoohBear... what is the song, please?
PoohBear> Yes. "If you give your love it's freedom, it may stay awhile; if it leaves you--it was never yours to own." Very moving a capella riddle song the way I heard it. Yes, HI Everyone!
PoohBear> "What's the use of Wings"
PoohBear> So how is everybody?
Jack> Very Cool!
Jack> Thanks!
Jack> Before continuing, I would like to take a quick moment to finish up a concept
Jack> re:
Jack> Buster's tendency (and ANYone's tendency) to predict the future outcome of any practice or practice generally, if I may?
PoohBear> sure
Jack> Thanks PoohBear! Buster - or ANYONE - when you notice yourself making EITHER a negative or even a positive PREDICTION about the outcome of any particular practice session, here is what I think is creeping into the mix:
Jack> I think it's our EGO playing TAG with the practice and by TAG I mean Terror At the Gates!
Jack> When Buster was saying oh it probably won't work out because it hasn't in the past, when we were talking
Jack> about his being right on the brink of potentially a VERY intense experience, and his intentionally backing away from that experience, that to me was a Terror At the Gates alert light coming on! :)
Jack> No Blame, Buster - JUST AN OPPORTUNITY for you and the REST OF US to increase our AWARENESS of our process
Buster> Sorry guys, my computer froze and I needed to get out. I will catch up and be right with you.
Jack> of learning more about how we open to this INCREDIBLY POWERFUL ENERGY and how sometimes our EGO tries to GRAB THE STEERING WHEEL away from our INNER BODY WISDOM that is trying to TEACH US THE PATH TO THE NEXT LEVELS.
Jack> Sure Buster... Rember to click on the Expand ChatBox button
Jack> Just to the right of the ChatBox statement entry box, so you can see more lines of text from the Chat, and everyone remember that the ChatBox also has its own scroll bar as well.
Buster> In the past, I have had the classic "1 step forward, 2 steps back". I have no doubt that I will get back there. It was WAY too good!
Jack> BTW BIG KUDOS to our own vBulletin Wizard - vbmtor - who designed and built the ChatBox!
Jack> LOL Buster... notice how you said too good! LOL.
Buster> Generally I am flaccid during most of my sessions. Yesterday was different, which is why perhaps I was at the place that I was at.
Jack> Yep the better chances are that you will get back there when you least expect it consciously! ;)
Jack> Well it's even possible to ejaculate when you are completely flaccid!
Buster> Oh, hey PoohBear and epicenter.
Jack> RE: Past experience and where this Multiple Orgasm Trigger practice may lead you - ALL bets are off! :D
Buster> That would have blown my mind. RE: ejack when soft.
Jack> Hey epicenter! Warm Welcome to you as well!!!
Jack> RE: Blown your mind... It's that mind-blowing that relates to my comment about your tendency to pull back from it due to LEARNED LIMITATIONS as being related to that very sneaky Terror At the Gates phenomenon!
Jack> :)
Buster> You're right, why not be open to anything that comes. Don't be so pre-disposed to it.
Jack> And PLEASE, EVERYONE!!! Terror At the Gates does NOT mean that you are BAD or that you're BLOWING IT! It is a MARKER along the path! Our EGO experiences what's happening as somewhat terrifying BECAUSE IT IS SO DIFFERENT AND INTENSE! It's actually a GOOD SIGN! It's a POSITIVE PARADOX.
Jack> BINGO, Buster! By Jove I think he's GOT it! :D
Buster> My status with this is tremendous. I am done so the Talking Stick can move, I have to leave in about 20 minutes
Jack> Ok! And VERY NICE WORK Buster! VERY informative discussion and helpful to ANYone who reads this transcript!
Buster> Thanks. You are so helpful in this Jack.
Jack> BTW, vbmtor is just about finished with the script that will automatically be transferring the ChatBox transcripts from the ChatBox archives to the Raw Transcripts sub-forum so that
Jack> our Google site-based ads-free search engine will be rapidly indexing all of this GREAT content!@
Jack> You are very Welcome, Buster!
Jack> It is ALWAYS a pleasure to hear from you!
Jack> And if you have to bug out quickly in a short while, THANKS VERY MUCH for being here today!
Jack> Ok!!! The Talking Stick is up for grabs! Who would next like to share?
Jack> Or ask a question?
Buster> Oh, just one more thing I wanted to mention. The pleasure became so intense, that I could not get out any Key Sounds. Is that normal?
Buster> Sorry, I grabbed the stick back.
Jack> What is NORMAL in THIS context, LOL!
Jack> It's ALL GOOD, Brother!
Buster> Good to know.
Jack> Buster, it gives new meaning to SPEECHLESS doesn't it? LOL!
Buster> I'm laughing.
Jack> All right!
Jack> THAT's more like it, eh?
Jack> :D
Jack> LAUGHINGASMS!
Buster> Who's next?
Jack> (And thanks again, Buster... for that extra very important point!)
Jack> Yes - would next like to share?
Jack> Or has a question or comment?
zeitgeist> just to say
zeitgeist> that Buster's experience is quite normal...
zeitgeist> we are all starting from different places..
zeitgeist> and so our experiences will be individual..
Jack> Right with that ever-evolving constantly updated redefinition of normal, eh Z?
zeitgeist> sometimes a jump in sensation may rack up suddenly or
zeitgeist> a linear progression...
zeitgeist> or as you say Jack, a reversion to the mean...
zeitgeist> its ALL progress! :o
Jack> or rather, a NON-linear progression wouldn't you say?
zeitgeist> or all three!
zeitgeist> a mix will be progress!
zeitgeist> eg a quietening down of sensation WILL be progress
zeitgeist> the calm before the storm maybe
zeitgeist> like the drw back of a wave before it crashes into the shore
Jack> Yes! To me the important thing is to learn to TRUST where your awakening body responses are taking you - LEADING you - and to quiet the ego who is often wanting to retake control.
Jack> To grab the steering wheel in effect - as I mentioned before.
zeitgeist> its hands off all the way!
Jack> VERY nice example Zeitgeist of the drawing back of the wave before it builds and crashes on the shore!
Jack> Yeah let your body's SPONTANEOUS responses do the driving and the TEACHING - the GUIDING!
zeitgeist> [sorry, I have to nip out- I hope to make it back soon]
Jack> Ok Z see ya! I'll be here for another
Jack> 20 minutes for this session, then back at 6pm PST
Jack> which unfortunately for the Brits is, I believe, 0200 Sunday!
Jack> But everyone is free to continue chatting even when I'm not here and I will read the transcript and catch up.
Jack> Our ChatBox IS open 24/7!
Jack> Ok, who'd next like the Talking Stick?
Jack> It would be very nice to hear a checkin from PoohBear and from epicenter but of course that is ALWAYS OPTIONAL :)
Jack> Anybody?
Jack> I'm here for about another 11 minutes, then will be back for another 3 hours at 6pm PST, which is 0200 GMT.
Jack> To convert YOUR local time to or from GMT, go HERE: The World Clock - Time Zone Converter
Jack> Warm Welcome Back to veteran cumulonimbus!
Jack> I remain at your service for another 8 minutes or so, then will be back for 3 hours more at 6pm PST, 0200 GMT Sunday.
tandello> Jack, have you ever done a survey of peope's practices and responses?
zeitgeist> sorry I had to leave so suddenly... I hope to be in the next chat for longer
Jack> What do you mean by a survey do you mean a survey FORM or something?
tandello> Yes.
Jack> Not as yet, but it's a great idea! Will you please volunteer to design one? And then I will have vbmtor deploy it to the Forum.
Jack> You can certainly ask for help from other Forum members as well.
Jack> You can start a thread about it in the Suggestion Box, please!
Jack> Ok?
tandello> I am not a social scientist, but I could come up with a number questions that would interest me .
tandello> where is the suggestion box.\
Jack> Exactly! That's the participation we need!
Jack> Scroll down the forum homepage and you will see a sub-forum called Suggestion Box
Jack> Here is the direct link:
Jack> Suggestion box - Last longer in bed using the Multiple Orgasm Trigger™
Jack> Do you know how to start a thread?
Jack> BTW, another project I want to get going is to make some little training videos for how to use the different features of the Forum.
tandello> I've never done it.
Jack> I Would DEFINITELY like some volunteers for helping with that project as well.
Jack> This is OUR community... so I believe that is up to ALL of us to help develop it to serve OUR needs better!
Jack> I will do all I can, as I do EVERY day, and I am keeping our vBulletin Wizard vbmtor VERY busy as well. :)
Jack> Ok re: to post a thread, right now please Tandello, open ANOTHER copy of your browser, while keeping THIS one open so you can see our chat box while I give you a quick lesson, ok?
Jack> Let me know when you have a new browser window open, by switching back to THIS page where you can see the ChatBox instructions.
tandello> will do.
Jack> Great!
tandello> Its open.
Jack> Ok, GREAT!
Jack> Now, in that other window, scroll down the FORUM homepage until you see the sub-forum called SUGGESTION BOX and let me know when you see it.
tandello> II'm not seeing it. Is this the page that begins with, 'She laughed when I told her...'>
Jack> No, that's the main website home page. Instead go to THIS page:
Jack> http://www.multiples.com/howtolastlongerinbed/
Jack> THAT is the link that you should BOOKMARK as the FORUM home page.
Jack> Very good question, by the way! :)
tandello> Never mind I have found the page.
Jack> Ok GREAT, now on that page, please scroll down the page until you see where it says Suggestion box and CLICK on that phrase. It is a LINK. Then let me know here.
tandello> I It has been done.
tandello> The display options is open.
Jack> Excellent! Now on that page, at the top there of course is a copy of this ChatBox, just so you know. But meanwhile, just BELOW the ChatBox on THAT page along the LEFT side you will see a RED button that says NEW THREAD. Please CLICK on that button. And let me know here in the ChatBox when you have done so.
Jack> I don't know what you mean by Display Options. Please don't click anywhere except where I'm suggesting. :)
Jack> Do you see where there is a RED button just below the ChatBox that says New Thread?
tandello> I clicked on display options and at the bottom of page there is a heading that says display options and just beneat that there area a series of buttons about posts and threads.
Jack> I have no idea where you are. Let's start over. Please just do EXACTLY what I suggest.
tandello> yes
Jack> First, click the big image at the very top of the Forum, where it says The Peak Experience of Sex! that will always take you to the Forum Home page.
tandello> I see the new thread button.
Jack> Ah ok, now BEFORE you click it,
Jack> just LOOK immediately below the New Thread button, and make sure it says:
Jack> Threads in Forum : Suggestion box
Jack> That lets you know that you will be starting your new thread in the CORRECT sub-forum. :)
tandello> OK , what's next?
Jack> Ok, once you have confirmed that you ARE in the correct sub-forum, that is, in THIS case, the Suggestion Box sub-forum, next: Click on that red New Thread button.
tandello> THere is a message that states that I am not logged in. I'll do that now.
tandello> I'm in with 'Post New Thread' as the title of new box.
Jack> Oh yeah you must be logged in! And also CHECK THE REMEMBER ME box to KEEP yourself logged in!
tandello> All has been done as you suggest.
Jack> Ok, Great!
Jack> Now you should see a Title box and a Message box. Just enter a title something like:
Jack> Let's make Survey Form of people's practices and experiences and then in the Message Box type out a little explanation of what you mean, and what your initial thoughts and questions are. When you are finished, just underneath the Message Box is a Submit button. Just click on THAT and your message will be posted!
Jack> Then whenever anyone replies, you will get an EMAIL that tells you someone has posted to that thread and you can just
Jack> click on the LINK that is in that email and it will take you to that thread! You of course will need to LOG IN to the Forum to post a REPLY to someone's post.
Jack> WhenEVER you need more help with this, just let me know by email, OK?
tandello> The title has been entered. I'll begin with some sample questions. How can a access this for later addendums.
Jack> I'm going to now take a break from the chat because I've been on here for nearly 4 hours without a break. No blame. I am here to serve you and everyone. I just need to take a break now before the next three hour session that begins at 6pm Pacific Standard Time.
Jack> RE: accessing for addendums, please read what I just posted about checking your email, and if you get stuck anywhere along the line, just email me and ask for help, ok?
tandello> It seems simple enough. I'll log off this open version and begin on the survey.
Jack> Don't log off of the Forum though or you won't be able to post!
tandello> OK.
tandello> ok
Jack> Just email me if or when you get stuck and I'll help, OR if you see someone else is in the ChatBox you can post a question to the ChatBox and one of the other members may be able to help you as well.
Jack> And as I mentioned as SOON as I can get a chance I am going to start making some little training videos that you will be able to access from this Forum that will show you how to use its different features and functions.
Jack> Ok... Break time for me! And THANK YOU for a GREAT suggestion re: the Survey Form! I'll talk with you later!
Jack> Bye for now!!!
fruitbat> Hey jack, I came, I saw, you'd already logged out.. sorry to miss you. Next session I may be free when you are free is likely to be the end of May! Hopefully catch you then.
stoki> I also missed the whole thing, had some urgent business... No worries, I'll just email you.
Laly> hi fruitbat- hi buster
Laly> hi stoki
Laly> hi vnda
Jack> fruitbat, please email me with your phone number and best time to call and I will call you on my nickel. There's no good reason for you to have wait until May to get any help, for gosh sakes! It will be a courtesy call on my part, and I have skype so don't worry about it. Please send me the details.
Jack> Hey Lopez and seeker2! I'll be back in the ChatBox about 25 minutes from now for the next hosted chat. I hope to talk with both of you then! - JJ
Laly> hi
Lopez> hey hey
Laly> :) - how are you ?
Lopez> I'm good Laly. Sunday morning for me and I am still thinking about what I should eat for breakfast :D
Laly> :)
Laly> i have fresh baked cinnamin rolls :)
Lopez> Speaking to you now I've just been reminded of a quote from Peaceful Warrior..
Lopez> Dan: Soc.. You're out of your mind!
Lopez> Soc: It's taken a life-time of practice
Laly> :)
Laly> yeah-- there were several things in that -- have me thinking
Lopez> hehe so now I'm being more de-liberate and aware of my actions (breath and body)
Laly> great
Lopez> hmm I should make signs up and put them up all over the house.. "Be present".. I could use the constant reminders
Laly> me - it is "be your TRUE self"
Lopez> ahh thats a great affirmation.
Laly> thanks
Jack> ***** Multiple Orgasm Trigger(tm) Training and Discussion Chat of 20080302 hosted by Jack Johnston MA
Jack> Hello!
Laly> hi jack
Jack> Hey Laly!
Jack> G'day Lopez!
Jack> I'm very sorry to have missed the folks that showed up here between the first 3.5 hours and these 3 or so hours of hosted chat today!
Jack> Ah well, as vbmtor or shiva would say: à la prochaine fois!
Laly> :)
Jack> I am at your service!
Laly> yeah vbmotor is sweet
Lopez> Good day to you Jack
Jack> Laly I love the way your subconscious puns... vbmtor definitely is the motor of the vBulletin software!
Laly> *blushing
Laly> actually is the 14 hour+ day for me
Laly> is nice to know someone else who blushes at compliments besides me
Jack> Oh so I'm not the only one who works 14 hour daze eh?
Laly> nope
Laly> i have some news to share
Jack> :)
Jack> Ok! Please go ahead and latch on to that Talking Stick!
Laly> oh man == told self would NOT cry
Lopez> (what you resist persists :))
Laly> but have permission to share this sad news with you Jack
Laly> two people this week were dealt some major sad news
Laly> forum member Drew was laid off
Jack> Whoa!
Laly> this week
Jack> Frankly given the times we live in, I must say I'm not surprised, although it must be very very tough for Drew!
Jack> I'll be sure to give him a call.
Laly> yes it is
Jack> Thanks very much for the heads up on that!
Laly> thing is-- he's scared -- but also (in his words) feels free
Jack> Yeah that was my response when you just told me!
Laly> i was stunned when i found out--
Laly> no warning at all :(
Jack> It kind of pushes him into the deep end of the pool, but he's been swimming around in the personal growth end of the pool for some time and feels to me like he's ready to take the next step and become more active as a teacher and trainer.
Jack> Yeah, not surprising knowing his employer, but sad to say there is a lot of warning in the Wall Street Journal.
Laly> that was my thoughts exactly :)
Laly> re: him being ready
Laly> he is a great NLP trainer
Jack> Yes I understand... I was also just typing a clarifying comment about that. :)
Laly> excellent Reiki master
Jack> Yes... I would say this layoff is RE-birth pangs for him.
Laly> OH YEAH-- big time
Jack> Like the Cosmos is giving him a wee loving shove out onto the (next!) stage of his Life!
Jack> "wee" being ironic of course.
Laly> :)
Laly> a real grounding experience
Laly> i wrote a couple moving blog entries
Jack> Thanks for the heads up re: the blog entries. I'll check them tomorrow.
Jack> Been up to my eyeballs in working with vbmtor to keep things evolving throughout the website.
Laly> lol (for lopez= is tomorrow ;) )
Laly> no worries Jack
Jack> That means that Lopez can go ahead and read them, I guess... :D
Lopez> Yeah... I AM the future
Jack> For sure Brotherman!
Jack> And around here, you're not alone!
Laly> :D
Lopez>
Laly> it all came from the heart and with many tears shed
Jack> Hey btw, at last I'm about ready to be able to get the new MacBook PRO woooooooooo whoooooooooooooooooooooooo!!!
Jack> FINALLY Stevie J released them!
Lopez> drum rolls please
Jack> For sure Laly... re: the blogs from the heart!
Laly> awesome!!!
Laly> sorry... fading here
Jack> I prolly waste at least an hour a DAY waiting on the processor!
Jack> Hey no prob Laly... There's no requirement to be here and talk for 3 hours!
Jack> But for sure thanks for letting us know about Drew. Pls ck your email when you can... and
Lopez> hahaha
Jack> THANKS to Drew for giving you permission to bring us up to date!
Lopez> nice work procrastinating Jack :D
Laly> check me email??? OK
Jack> um thanks Lopez. ha uhhh ha...
Lopez> (re: one hour a day waiting for the processor)
Laly> *hands lopez talking stick
Jack> Laly you said two people got news... do you have permission to share the other news if relevant to our community?
Jack> Right, got it Lopez... ;)
Laly> OH -- Drew found out- 1 was the honored first person he told
Laly> i think within first hour he got the message
Jack> That's a very significant and well-deserved compliment!
Laly> :)
Laly> ok== time to say g'nite
Laly> eyes are crossin' :(
Laly> much love to all :)
Lopez> night Laly
Laly> night Lopez
Laly> night Jack
Jack> Sweet Dreams, Laly!
Jack> I remain at your service, Senor Lopez!
Lopez> *brings talking stick to Mouth*
Lopez> *and starts to sing.. 'Here's a little a song wrote.. you might want to sing it note for note..
Lopez> Don't worry... be Happy
Lopez> And wow has the last two weeks vanished :D I guess being out of the camp and back to life with all of its responsibilities gives the false-impression of less time
Jack> Yeah considering the retreat you took, some perceptual time distortion sure makes sense!
Lopez> Yeah.. I've found myself in deep contemplation over what had happened to me. Priorities changing and all that. Although being the new Month of March gives me enough of a push to re-integrate activites like exercise back into my daily schedule
Jack> Sounds like a very positive and beneficial experience all in all. Good on ya for giving yourself such a gift!
Lopez> I've had two KSMO sessions since then.. both on Mondays. I still feel I am at a stage where I need to be consistent with my sessions (i.e. a Mon/Wed/Fri schedule)
Lopez> as opposed to allowing my body to tell me when it is ready. My mind is VERY loud. I am a highly logical person who enjoys reasoning and intellectualising.
Lopez> This has its advantages and disadvantages.
Jack> Well it's a nice gift then to give some time to further developing your relationship with your physical- and energetic body.
Jack> In the interest of further developing that relationship, I'd like to invite you to at least give yourself one session a week when your body DOES ask for or suggest it, rather than your mind telling when. ;)
Lopez> True, which requires a quietening of my mind. An image just came to me (through mind or Self?): my mind and body are like two children
Lopez> the parent being my 'true essence', (highest) Self etc
Lopez> My mind, is the spoilt child who gets all the attention.
Jack> And who seems to be running the show and telling you when to practice?
Lopez> When the attention is taken away, through various exercises to calm and quiet the mind, boy oh boy it does its best to wrench the attention back onto itself
Jack> In that regard, what lesson might you learn from Aikido?
Lopez> If the body had more of a say, I would be more in tune with the feeling of wanting to have a session. For now, I will be sticking to my 3 days a week 20 mins schedule
Lopez> Aikido: Use the resistance?
Jack> Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm....
Jack> Again I repeat to you the invitation to at least once per week ALLOW your body to let you know when to practice. ;)
Lopez> Ok I'll send out the invitation/intention and be more aware of any impulses :D
Jack> Yep, tune in to those imp pulses! ;)
Lopez> Throughout my meditative practices I've noticed two dominant themes: Control & Surrender
Lopez> The control part is easy for me.. surrendering, however, has been harder to do (especially with the compulsion to control)
Jack> Yeah, it's quite a coincidence,
Jack> that epicenter has just appeared in the Forum, as I believe from his posts in December that he has or had similar issues.
Jack> That's pretty cosmic timing!
Lopez> The two play significant roles in KSMO, the control being the Protocol and the Surrender being everything else. Hmm.. Deida's work on masculine/feminine energy/polarity just came to mind
Jack> epicenter, will you be joining us in the chat?
Lopez> Control being masculine and Surrender being feminine (let me know if you feel otherwise)
epicenter> Not sure. Just hovering about right now. :)
Jack> Actually I am hesitant to label the Protocol as control. The Multiple Orgasm Trigger Protocol(tm) is in my opinion a guideline.
Jack> Hey epicenter! Thanks for at least checking in to the ChatBox. Your timing is actually rather synchronistic!
Jack> As Lopez is discussing issues of control,
Jack> and in re-reading your post (epicenter's that is) of December 10 2007 I saw:
Jack> I consider myself totally in control of who I am, open, balanced, in control of my self-talk, and so on
Lopez> ok, that hesitation brings me to explain what I mean by control. I've chosen the word control to represent the ability one has to choose one's direction and reality
Jack> And I just wonder about that totally in control self-description how that might have or might still be affecting results of your Multiple Orgasm Trigger(tm) practice.
Lopez> To use a Deida analogy, it is the Directed Ship in the Sea of Surrender :)
Jack> Noted, Lopez, re: your ability to choose, but which part of you is doing the choosing?
Lopez> that'd be the logical, reasoning and possibly egoic mind.
Lopez> ahhh.. I see ;)
epicenter> I'd pretty much echo what Lopez said about control.
epicenter> And yes, I was wondering today while hovering over your previous chat whether I was getting in the way.
Lopez> very synchronous indeed
epicenter> I've only started practicing this again a few days ago.
Jack> I do know that even when sailing, under certain circumstances, the most prudent thing you can do is to let go of the helm!
epicenter> And was trying to use my increased energy perception skills (that I've developed since my last attempts at this) to guide things.
Jack> Certainly those skills may help. Part of the teaching I am here to offer both of you is to learn yet another skill.
Lopez> it'll come when it does.
epicenter> I've realized that although I'm quite good at perceiving and controlling energy (and yes, I do meen kundalini as well in this case), I don't really know when my system is ready to handle an increased amount/intensity of it, so I should just get out of the way and let my body figure things out.
Jack> That certainly make a great deal of sense to me!
epicenter> I pretty much picked that up from the sidelines while hovering over your past chat, so thanks for hosting these, they are helpful. :)
Jack> You are VERY welcome, epicenter!
Jack> RE: What you've both just said, that's why at your arrival just now, epicenter, I'd been encouraging Lopez to at LEAST once per week allow the promptings of his somatic self to let him (and you too, epicenter!) know when to practice. At least some of the time.
Jack> And at least to both of you, for now, not all of the time, but some of the time, so you'll both have a basis for comparison. ;)
Lopez> Will do Jackaroo :)
Jack> It may be instructive, Lopez. ;)
Lopez> Yep, my mind can see why haha
Jack> In my experience, one of the cornerstones of this practice, is learning how to listen to those extremely subtle promptings and guidance from the deeper realms of the Self... from the Elf in the sElf, as it were. ;)
Jack> It was through that practice that I discovered something that as far as I know, at least in modern times, no one else has, in this way.
Jack> So I figure - rationally - that hmm, maybe there's a little something to it! :D
Lopez> I have a deeper understanding, now, of what you mean by that. Which brings me to my next question
Lopez> this may be a premature observation, but when I articulate the KS without a gentle caress I feel I am able to experience the subtler sensations with more easy
Lopez> without the caress I remain still as I would throughout my meditations. When I introduce the gentle caress, my skin is very pleasant to the touch, in most places, but I find my mind is not as 'still' as it would without the movement
Lopez> In this present moment, I feel that this is just something that I will get used to with repetition and soon enough I will be able to reach the same place of stillness. Thoughts?
Jack> I would again then recommend that you explore doing some of BOTH... and again for comparison... that is some without caress, and some with caress.
Jack> To perhaps learn something new from that dynamic duality.
Lopez> Ok Jack. Thanks for that :D Hi Monkey Magic
Jack> And to practice this alternation during the same practice sessions, at least some of the time.
Jack> Helloooo from Monkey Magic waaaay over in Thailand!!!
Monkey Magic> oh hi
Monkey Magic> I didn't even realise this was open
Monkey Magic> :)
Jack> Oh yeah... The ChatBox is open 24/7 and you just happened to pop in during one of the two bi-weekly Training and Discussion chats that I personally host!
Jack> BTW the schedule and details of the chats I personally host including a means of determining WHEN in YOUR local time wherever in the world you may be, are located in the Calendar available by clicking the Calendar link on the horizontal navigation bar, second from the top.
Monkey Magic> hehe... I looked at the timing and it came up as from midnight to 3am, I was just resigned to it being another coaching chat (from a different site) that I cannot access due to timing
Lopez> Thailand is such a great place. I loved Ko Phangan when I was there.
Monkey Magic> I'm downloading the second seminar right now
Jack> That's why I offer TWO! ;)
Monkey Magic> I live in the North, in Chiang Mai
Jack> This way we reach pretty much completely around the Globe!
Monkey Magic> I have actually never been to the beaches, will be my first trip coming up in about 2 weeks
Jack> All RIGHT!
Lopez> I stayed in Chiang Mai for 5 days almost this time last year :D I heard its great there during Songkran!
Monkey Magic> yeah I have been to songkran once here and will be here again this year
Monkey Magic> but I don't want to hijack the chat
Lopez> The talking stick is open for you to take it.. if you have questions now would be a great time to ask :)
Jack> You're not hijacking it!
Monkey Magic> well I have only had a handful of practices so I don't have a lot of experience yet
Jack> Everyone has an equal right to access the Chats, following the Talking Stick convention to which Lopez just referred.
Monkey Magic> the areas where I am most interested are with partner practice, but I have not built up any personal practice yet so it is still out of my league
Jack> Yes it's definitely better for both you and your partner to do this practice solo before practicing it together.
Jack> That doesn't mean to share lovemaking together until you learn this though!
Monkey Magic> well introducing this kind of practice to my partner may be challenging
Jack> Also this practice does not mean that you must always if ever use the Key Sound(tm) during lovemaking together! Not unless you agree to explore it!
Monkey Magic> I feel that probably the best way to do it is to just practice on my own and see where those results go
Jack> The PRIMARY purpose of the Key Sound(tm) is as an AMPLIFIER of arousal that is an ALTERNATIVE to the continuous stimulation that about 99.9% of the global population relies upon to effect erotic arousal.
Monkey Magic> it is always delicate asking my partner to try new things, not that she isn't interested she can just be stubborn in some ways
Jack> Yes re: practicing it on your own and just see where it goes.
Jack> It can be very fun to do it the way I just suggested,
Jack> and then at some point to be able to enjoy her asking:
Jack> WOW!!! Where did you learn THAT!!!
Jack> :D
Monkey Magic> I don't understand how using the keysound would apply during lovemaking
Monkey Magic> i.e. how would she know I have learnt something new?
Jack> Refer back to the couples' exercise in the introductory seminar. Upon mutual consent, it can be used during lovemaking as an arousal ampifier.
Jack> RE: How would she know? Well, learn the skill using solo practice, and then you will find out!!!
Jack> ;) ;)
Monkey Magic> ok :) the problem with introducing it to her would not be about cosent would be about her practicing on her own
Jack> Don't sweat that. Just go ahead and YOU practice and learn the skill.
Monkey Magic> as for regular lovemaking, she has been and is continuing to increase in orgasmic potential as our relationship grows
Jack> Let the rest take care of itself.
Monkey Magic> to her own suprise
Jack> That's very cool re: her increasing orgasmic potential.
Monkey Magic> I look forward to getting the time to listen to it all through again and develop a regular personal practice
Jack> Great! I also recommend you read the transcript from earlier in our discussion before you arrived... as it has to do with alternating regular practice with some solo practice that is at a more spontaneous time... when, as is sometimes said... the spirit moves you!
Jack> When the spirit moves you!
Jack> When you just feel some kind of inner prompting.
Jack> A lot of what this practice has to offer is to learn to listen for and then listen TO those very subtle inner promptings!
Monkey Magic> I understand... I have a personal practice of yoga/exercise and whilst it is a regular one it is helping me discover many things about intuition, stress, etc
Monkey Magic> I mean I understand what you are saying and I feel that slowly I am tuning more into my body
Jack> That's great!
Monkey Magic> have you given much thought to the scientific/body-mechanisms on which this keysound is based?
Jack> Yes. What is your question about that?
Monkey Magic> I have been having regular cranio-sacral therauputic sessions and am discovering that the cranio-sacral system (the fluid within the cranium and spine) has it's own 'pulse'
Monkey Magic> the founder feels that it may in some ways be the "core" of a person
Monkey Magic> so it appears that there are several levels of "pulse" or rythum wihin the body
Monkey Magic> how do you feel the keysound ties into this? what system do you feel it ties into?
Jack> The Key Sound(tm) is based on the deepest sound the human voice can make.
Jack> As such, when articulated correctly, it tends to vibrate the entire body trunk. The entire corpus.
Jack> The primary initial purpose of the Key Sound(tm) is to awaken the innate multiorgasmic or multi-orgasmic response system that we are born with - in fact that we are gestated with, in my opinion.
Monkey Magic> so it must vibrate the fluids within the body and the organs suspended within that fluid
Jack> The rolling aspect that I placed in the middle of the Key Sound(tm) has the effect of helping pump this energy - to give it a very gentle little push...
Monkey Magic> have you found that there are health benefits to this practice?
Jack> This is very much like sitting in a bathtub and giving the water a little push with your open hand.
Jack> Most definitely health benefits... including relief from chronic pain, etc. Pan in his very early twenties was in a very intense car wreck that really messed up his whole back and foundational skeletal structure.
Jack> It was so severe that prior to this practice, whenever he tried to make love or experience orgasm with ejaculation solo - either way - the
Monkey Magic> cool
Monkey Magic> I will begin a blog once I get a regular practice goin
Monkey Magic> through my physical practice I am understanding the value of keeping a blog
Jack> contractions associated with ejaculation led to spinal fluid leakage that would immediately give him a super intense spinal headache nearly instantly at the moment of ejaculation!
Jack> This is all documented - as is his relief from this horrific double bind - in some of his early posts in this Forum.
Monkey Magic> oh man that sounds awful
Jack> To put it mildly, eh?
Jack> For pretty much all of the rest of us, it is unimaginable!
Monkey Magic> ok well thank you for the chat, I have to run... it is almost midday today and there are things that need to be done
Monkey Magic> I look forward to reporting in with some good news next time :P
Jack> Great! Thanks for checking in!
Jack> Have a lovely time at the beach!
Jack> Check Ambient's reply to your post, too!
Jack> Ok!!! Is there anything else I may help anyone with?
Jack> I am at your service!
Jack> Anyone?
Jack> If there are no other questions or comments, I believe that I will excuse myself from the chat, while of course leaving the ChatBox open.
Jack> Lopez or epicenter, are there any other questions I may answer? Do you have anything else you'd like to share at this point?
Lopez> Not at this stage Jack
Jack> Ok Lopez!
Jack> Looks like epicenter is off reading some very interesting older posts, so I guess that's about it for the hosted chat.
Jack> Thanks very much for all of your great questions and sharing this go 'round... I hope you have a great week, and I look forward to seeing your posts in the Forum!
Lopez> Thanks Jack. Enjoy the rest of your weekend!
Jack> *****END OF Multiple Orgasm Trigger(tm) Training and Discussion Chat of 20080302 hosted personally by Jack Johnston MA
Jack> The ChatBox remains open 24/7 for the benefit of our online community.
Jack> The Circle is Open Yet Unbroken!
Jack> Cheers All!
Collin> Hello all.
