Drew: so Jack, what's new?

Jack: whew... much on many fronts! RE: MMO, I've been working on an automated order entry system

Jack: I'm soon going to be adding addit'l products and info to my new shopping cart area

Jack: I'm also going to be revamping the entire website

Drew: that's exciting, it will appeal to the instsnt gratification crowd... Male Multiple Orgasm will get them out of that habit!!! :-)

Jack: for sure! How've YOU been?

Drew: BUSY!

Jack: Seems to be the way of the world these daze...

Drew: tell me about it!

Jack: You still in Motown?

Drew: yes

Drew: just geting ready to move back into an apartment of my own once again

Drew: yes I am, although there are some things I'll miss about staying with my friend

Jack: ha ha... when I had an aol acct I used aolsucks for my pwd. That was big fun!

Jack: I remember that sound/privacy was a big issue for you a while back...

Drew: that's true, and getting all my 'toys' out of storage

Jack: ...like not feeling comfortable practicing the Key Sound

Drew: actually, that's good here... my friend is out a lot

Jack: ah, so... have you seen anything on the bulletin board that you've found of interest?

Drew: yes, several things actually... the role of exercise in Male Multiple Orgasm is one of them

Drew: I'm intrigued by 'Pilates'

Jack: Yeah me too, but the book doesn't seem to be available in the U.S. for some reason. I wrote the publisher asking for more info, but they haven't responded.

Drew: and want to learn more about that

Jack: Have you tried TaoBear's technique of putting your feet up onthe wall in the supine position?

Drew: there are others available though...and several websites worth checking out

Jack: Well you've got my curiosity piqued!

Drew: I have a book called 'Body Control' based on the method

Drew: I think it's out of England too

Jack: and?

Drew: the book has many exercises in it... haven't tried them yet (will do that soon)

Jack: you sed "based on the method"... what method do you mean?

Drew: and several resources in terms of other books to read, and places to go for pilates sessions

Jack: Is it also about the Pilates method, or?

Jack: ah I guess that's a "yes"

Jack: You also mentioned new interest/insight re: exercise and MMO... anything you'd care to share?

Drew: re: method... the 'Pilates' (pronounced Pi-Lah-Tees) Method

Drew: If you like, I can post a list of resources to the web board

Drew: books, websites, contacts etc.

Jack: That would be great! Perhaps tack it on to the thread where Pilates is already being discussed. That would be cool. And thanks!

Drew: Re; exercise insights... YES, absolutely!

Jack: What have you discovered?

Drew: is there a problem with copyright if I take some of the resources out of the book... I would give credit where it's due

Drew: I have learned that the sense of well-being I get from doing exercise helps tremendously with MMO

Drew: my breathing, body oxygenation and hence energy flow all seem to be enhanced

Drew: and the sometimes subtle muscle tesions and relaxations are more pleasurable too...

Jack: Yeah I've noticed that too, when I am on my exercise routine.

Jack: It's a feeling like my body somehow develops more "carrying capacity" for channeling the erotic energy.

Drew: and that sense that I'm taking care of myself feels very good too!

Jack: I'll second that!!!

Jack: It's all part of the "self-love" package, IMHO...

Jack: There was a study done about 20 years ago that showed that a group of chronically depressed people experienced significant relief from symptoms just through the exercise, no other therapy.

Drew: I've basically been doing mostly aerobic type activities, nothing to concentrate on the ab muscles, that's why taobears post interested me so much

Drew: I can certainly believe that

Jack: I notice that when I practice the Male Multiple Orgasm waves, that in itself improves the tone of my abs,

Drew: kewl!

Jack: The way the erotic "Echo Effects" (orgasmic waves) run through my body produces a natural and very pleasurable series of "ab crunches"!

Jack: But it's even better, as you say, when I'm supporting that pleasure practice with an exercise program. Just the REGULAR exercise then becomes more pleasurable, sensual, even erotic!

Drew: from what I've read so far, the Pilates method is about lengthening muscles, and releasing chronic muscle tension

Drew: yes, I've had experience of 'erotic exercise' myself

Drew: certainly very sensual

Jack: I've noticed at times that when I do a good workout (not real intense or anything... just getting the heart rate up and the muscles moving), that I sometimes can feel fairly intense orgasmic "MMO" waves... It's like my body just wants to SING!

Drew: that's amazing!

Drew: For me, my feild study is really pleasurable, the energy seems to stay down low for the most part though... still having trouble opening my heart to the experience

Drew: even that's different than the way it was though

Jack: How is it different?

Drew: I know I'm in a process of evolving, and things really have changed and are changing

Drew: I think it's different because I'm more patient and in a way understanding of where I'm at right now... certainly more accepting

Jack: That's GREAT bro!

Drew: when I run into a furrball, I get curious rather than automatically shut down (although that does still happen every once in a while)

Jack: That sounds like a great reframe, to transform the urge to shut down into curiosity...

Drew: it really does help... and to be self compassionate too!

Drew: I've been crying more of late too... feels really great to do that!

Drew: releases tension that's built up in my chest

Jack: Sounds like maybe that heart chakra is opening!

Drew: Wow, that's great, I hadn't thought of it that way

Jack:

Drew: I suppose that's been my underlying intention for myself all along

Jack: Isn't it cool to experience how WISE your deeper selves are?

Drew: Oh yeah! Amen to that!

Jack: What's your process of "self-compassion" like? If you were teaching someone that strategy, how would you do that?

Drew: Oh man... that's a tuffy!!! I'm only just learning that one myself (with lots of help)

Jack: What do you say to yourself when you're "being self compassionate"?

Drew: accessing those wise parts of the self is part of it

Jack: Right on! It's those "wise parts" that taught me how to discover the Key Sound and Male Multiple Orgasm in the first place!

Drew: and I would say, letting go of 'expectations'... of self, others, and the world

Jack: Like, givin' yourself a break?

Jack: How do you access the "wise parts"?

Drew: I'm not sure I know how I do that consciously

Drew: part of it though is paying attention to all the little things I do to take care of myself... and that becomes a foundation

Jack: Paying attention and maybe giving yourself some positive feedback about investing the energy

in the "little" things? Sounds like they are some solid building blocks...

Drew: YES, and we all do those kind of things

Drew: I especially pay attention when I get myself through something that was 'difficult'

Drew: it takes 'resources' and strength of character to do some of the things in life that we need to do to take care of ourselves

Drew: especially if it doesn't feel good at the time

Jack: Would you be willing to share a couple of example?

Drew: hence, it builds a sense that we can feel our way through ANYTHING!

Jack: Oh yeah! Like that "Wall" doesn't seem quite so high the next time, eh?

Drew: EXACTLY!

Drew: the wall tends to be something we've made up anyway

Jack: EXACTLY!

Jack:

Drew: a representation of a furball (triggered body memory)

Jack: I can personally relate to that shift that can happen when I've been ignoring some of the "little" things, then consciously CHOOSE to go ahead and GIVE MYSELF some of the little stuff... it's curious how MUCH good feeling we can get from something that looks so "little" from the "outside"!

Drew: life becomes sooooo much easier when we can learn to give to ourselves that which we need

Drew: it beats the heck out of trying to get our needs met from the outside

Jack: ...and paradoxically, it's been my experience that as I learn to give more nurturance to myself, thru Key Sound practice, exercise, and the "little things" (e.g. resting when tired, rather than "pushing through", same for eating, etc.)... then suddenly the world seems more inclined to OFFER me goodies as well!

Drew: it makes molehills out of the mountains we've built in our own minds... and that can be so satisfying!

Drew: that's been my experience too... when I give the good stuff to myself, that's what I expect, and the universe complies!

Jack: Ah yes, tis true... speaking of which, I'm going to need to wrap up here pretty soon... is there anything else you'd like to touch on before I say good night?

Drew: LOL I'm was just about to say I have a need to sign off and get to bed myself (and they say ther's no synchronicity in the universe)

Drew: I'm three hours ahead of you remember

Drew: when will the next chat be? Do you know?

Jack: Well, here we are, taking care of some of the "little" things!

Drew: I'll bet there are folks at my Local Mac user group that are familiar with it's workings

Jack: Nope. I think it might be a lot easier than using this chat system, which seems to be pretty sluggish. I can send you the ICQ client. I'm thinking of offering the next chat via ICQ. It's like the old IRC channels, but you can handle it thru your web browser pretty simply.

Could you pls shoot me a quick email to make sure I have your current email address, and I'll send you the ICQ client. Would that be OK?

Oh yeah, I'm sure some of your fellow Mac'ers are familiar. It's getting to be pretty well known.

Jack: RE: Your earlier question about copyright...

I don't think there's a prob as long as you follow the "fair use" guidelines. That is, quoting enough to support a larger discussion, etc. There's a great website called www.publaw.com that addresses copyright issues.

Drew: my e-mail address may be changing in the the time frame we are talking about... I'm hoping to get my cable modem hooked up in my new apartment YAY! :-)
