So I feel there's a few key elements at work besides the KS to be able to achieve multiples. First building the arousal through relaxation. For me becoming as aroused as possible but keeping the arousal in and not becoming erect is key. Then when I do become so aroused that I become erect, I relax my penis as much as possible. Doing this I can feel the tension build at the base but the energy stays there and I can still redirect it back into my body. Throw out the idea of trying to 'hold back' or contract the PC/BC muscles. I feel this quickly transfers the energy fully into the penis and then from here it's very hard to switch it back to have multiples instead of an ejaculation. Plus once I feel like the energy has switched to where now it feels like I'm heading towards a regular orgasm followed by ejaculation, then it's time to stop and try again later. It's very hard to change this once it's begun so taking a break seems like the best solution.
But most importantly, no holding back. Relaxation of the genitals is key. Then use the KS for a release valve when you feel like you may ejaculate.

From what I have read, if you're trying to use the KS to keep from ejaculating you are OFF ksmo protocol. With ksmo, relaxation and VERY minimal stimulation is key. First you build your arousal and release some of that pent up energy in the form of a key sound and see what your body does from there. If you do this the ejaculation reflex isn't in use, therefor you can't ejaculate.

Just my curiousity poking through here, when you focus your energy in your genitals is that the only place you feel the orgasm? Most of the adepts here experience full body orgasms and I'm curious as to if you do as well?
