Just a short post about my recent progress to date.

After so much progress so far, I could not imagine how the echo effects as a whole could get any more intense - but they have!

The internal waves continue to feel more concrete and more unified as a single full body motive power. The fizzing/tingling in various limbs at any one time have steadily intensified to become far more sexual and more widespread at any one time.

The major change noticed has been a sudden increase of a deeper force (for want of a better word) within my body. More of a swell of an undercurrent of sexual energy that I sense is incredibly powerful; so much so that I'm in awe of it. Shades of the Terror at the Gates I suspect.

It seems similar to the onset of orgasm feeling but on a totally different scale and seeming to come from a different place - from inside but it is hard to say exactly where it is located. It's also hard to explain the amount of potential power felt is very high yet is somehow at sub-orgasm strength. Its like sitting on a tank of rocket fuel before you light the fuse!

The emerging swell seems to reach out and envelop parts of my arms, legs etc. and I suspect that this effect will spread and grow. Yet probably not in the way I suspect. I have come to expect the unexpected in this practice!

I also notice that I only have to think about the echo effects when they start to happen - and become quite noticeable all on their own, especially in my feet, bottom and the crown of my head.
