Mog...for me I don't draw breath 'consciously' up through my feet- I just
become aware of the sensation. I can 'at times" feel the breath come up through the soles of the feet and the up the legs an so on.

Yeah I get the colors- and they are NOT always the same intensity or even same color variance. sometimes its pinkish, sometimes white, pale blue-- I think it depends on the mood I am in at the time AS WELL as the level of pleasure I am in at the time.

WOW! I'VE yet to experience that with a umm manual inspection from my chiropractor...or any doctor for that fact. When Drew works on my spine/hip with his Reiki...there are times that my heart does race or my leg muscles twitch with the amount of energy being applied. My feet are really sensitive to touch and I gasped and then relaxed the foot last night as he worked on my left leg. I find that sometimes I have to physically calm my heart rate when he works the Reiki because at times the amount of energy being spread triggers a rapid or increased heart rate. Then I relax each muscle from head to foot ...and thus allowing the FULLNESS of the Reiki magic to flow.
