Yeah I get aches too from some of my body shakig and full body orgasms as well. Today I had an even more amazing session, and thus the most intensive one so far! Already 5 minutes into the session I started to experience these stomach-contractions again. But this time it was even more intense than in any of my previous sessions. As last time, it was incredibly difficult to inhale air because of the intensity I was experiencing.
Up to this point, I had been using the keysound for about every other breath. But as I went further into the session, the intensity of the energy actually became so high that I almost couldn’t handle it. So I started to express the keysound for just every 10 breaths. I didn’t even need to use any stimulation this time.
I also noticed some new “side-effects” from the practice during the today’s session. I noticed that I started to sweat a lot, and started to breathe much heavier than usual. Actually, my breathing became just as heavy as it becomes just after a really intensive workout. Also a grin appeared on my face and the muscles in my eyes started to clamp together. These are all an exact replica of what I experience during an ordinary orgasm.
Today, I noticed stomach-contraction even after the session has ended! And sometimes I’m able to experience echo’s and stomach-contractions just by thinking about the last session I’ve had.
