Great tip there. I followed your advice on my last session, and it seems to work pretty well!
I've had a few decent sessions the last few days. But today, I had the best session so far in this adventure! I started off with the KS for 5-10 minutes, which resulted in some serious body shakings in my hands and some spasms in my foot. I then decided to try to relax a bit more. The result of that action was that good feeling got more concentrated in my stomach. And I also noticed that my stomach contracted after each KS. And as I did more sounds, my stomach contracted even more. Up to a point where my abs got really rock-hard, and it was really difficult to breathe fully! I could only take in small shallow breaths at this point. The experience was very delightful, but also a bit overwhelmin.
My first reaction at that point, was: "Am I just making these stomach-contractions myself?" I.e.: a sort of a placebo-effect? But I'm now 100% convinced that these contractions happened because of an automatic response, and not something I'm just making up on my own.
After that, I decided to get out of my bed to inhale some air. I'm also noticing that I'm still sore in my abs, even a half an hour after this session. I also followed Laly’s advice regarding not to set any time limit. Her advice seems to work well, and this session ended after about 27 minutes.

Yeah I get aches too from some of my body shakig and full body orgasms as well. And thanks for taking my advice on not stressing on the time frame of practice...I myself ...like you said about 5 minutes into KS practice am trembling and weeping bliss tears and feeling like am floating , go hot and cold like Mog reported, and even broke out all over with goosebumps... I think the best orgasms of mine are ones that hit my brain and trigger color patterns or shoot from the brain down to my heart - thus triggering even more heartgasms.
The pdf file is NOT a strict rule following- but a guideline. The 20 min three times a week is a safe guideline for people beginning this wonderous journey ...and the day off in between is to give that person's body a chance to "catch up" to the "re-wiiring" process that Mog refers to. The 20 minutes is so that the person doesn't get so caught up in the "moment" that he or she decides to "go for it" by ending the session with a ejaculatory orgasm. Or that at the most, someone could get frustrated and feel that "nothing" good was felt from that session. Things that Jack likes to refer to as "mind noise".
