Making progress down the KSMO trail one can encounter so many different and unexpected phenomena especially during the re-wiring process. Any or all of the body and senses can be affected. I first encountered shiverings and shakings of torso and limbs, and then later, mild convulsions, feelings of extreme heat in arms and fingers, numbness in the limbs, feelings of floating over the bed, feelings of a heavy weight pressing me down, the well-known bodily "buzz" or humming vibration, ringing in the ears, areas on the body of intense orgasmic sensation, strange visual and virtual effects in the vision, even the sense of smell can be affected! The occasional "Terror at the Gates" can be temporarily alarming when it happens.
Some of these persist and have grown even more powerful; some have gone away completely. I rarely have a terror nowadays and the visual and olfactory effects have mostly gone. These various effects can come and go but, overall, those that persist tend to meld and blend together and grow the general acute orgasmic result.
I would let these manifestations take their own course, relax and don't fret over them - enjoy them in the knowledge that something good is happening to you

Thanks for sharing your experiences regarding these “body shakings”! I will follow your advice, and try to appreciate these manifestations instead of fighting them away.

By the way the olfactory sensations, etc. are known as Synesthesia.
You can use that keyword in our Google site search tool to come up with other discussions on this topic.
You are really getting well along the trial* now, my friend... Congratulations!

*lol that was a 2:15 AM "slip" but it's valid so I left it in... This is a Trail of an Adventure and a Trial at times. And as the KSMOT crew so frequently remind us all... well worth it!

Thanks, and I really appreciate your feedback along my trail (trial)

I have read a few of Mog's posts where his sessions sometimes run for 2 or 3 hours at a stretch. I myself do not set my mind to a time limit as it puts a sort of tension to the session BEFORE I ever begin. I start out some of my sessions with some relaxing Reiki music - to get the energy flowing and my body to relax and let go of tension and the day's stresses.

Great tip there. I followed your advice on my last session, and it seems to work pretty well!
I've had a few decent sessions the last few days. But today, I had the best session so far in this adventure! I started off with the KS for 5-10 minutes, which resulted in some serious body shakings in my hands and some spasms in my foot. I then decided to try to relax a bit more. The result of that action was that good feeling got more concentrated in my stomach. And I also noticed that my stomach contracted after each KS. And as I did more sounds, my stomach contracted even more. Up to a point where my abs got really rock-hard, and it was really difficult to breathe fully! I could only take in small shallow breaths at this point. The experience was very delightful, but also a bit overwhelming.
My first reaction at that point, was: "Am I just making these stomach-contractions myself?" I.e.: a sort of a placebo-effect? But I'm now 100% convinced that these contractions happened because of an automatic response, and not something I'm just making up on my own.
After that, I decided to get out of my bed to inhale some air. I'm also noticing that I'm still sore in my abs, even a half an hour after this session. I also followed Laly’s advice regarding not to set any time limit. Her advice seems to work well, and this session ended after about 27 minutes.
