I've had a few more great sessions now.
Before, I’ve used to do all the sessions sitting in chair, and using the vocalized version of the sound. But now, I’ve found out that lying flat in my bed using the silently expressed sound produces much greater results! And I think that the reason for this must be that it gives me more focus on how I’m feeling, instead of focus on the actual sound.
My last four sessions has probably been greater than the sum of all my past sessions (maybe about 100 KS-sessions in total).
Whenever I do a session now, I recognize an immediate flowing energy-wave after most of the KS-sounds I’m making. This orgasmic wave starts in my stomach, and moves up toward the upper body. As I go further into the session, I become more and more aroused. Up to a point where my body starts to shake. And it seems like whenever these shakings occur, much of the good sensations leaves away. So I think that these shakings is actually blocking me from experiencing higher levels of arousal. It sort of feels like these shakings is "releasing" my energy, when I should instead release it through the keysound. I’ve tried to be more relaxed, and it does seem to help a lot (i.e. rises the arousal). The body-parts which is shaking the most, is the eyes and hands. I'm also experiencing a higher than usual heart-rate and erected nipples at this point. I'm also noticing some small fluid-leakage after the sessions, even though I'm just using light caresses of the nipple as a stimulus.
Have anyone else experienced these “body shakings”? And do they tend to go away on their own after one becomes more experienced in the training, and learns to relax a bit more?
I’ve also experienced these “ab crunch feeling” during my last sessions. It’s like my stomach is contracting because of the energy, and my stomach feels like it does after doing a 100 repetition sit-ups. But my stomach feels tired in a sort of “good orgasmic way”.
Another question: I often get the urge to extend the sessions in time, so that they become longer than the recommended 20 minutes. Is this a bad idea? I also get the urge to do daily sessions, instead of just every other day. My plan is to try both approach, and see what gives the better results.
