Like I said, I don't speak for her, but I read it on one of her posts, the only thing is, now that I come to think of it, I don't remember *when* she posted that; so I hope my misinformation is not responsible for her getting *fewer* dates, if she wants them now.

ZB said the other day that men are ridiculous about her, because she's so luscious now, especially if she has sex with them, so I don't know if she was speaking of the recent past or what.

As far as the terrors go, I haven't had any; and I practice 20 min on alternate days, so maybe the reason I'm progressing slowly is that I'm undertraining, not that my psyche is holding back to ward off terror.

In other words, I've been "doggin it"...

I started the PEGYM.COM exercises, and am becoming acquainted with *overtraining* in that department...

So now it seems as tho I may benefit from *more* KSMO work.

Hard to say what is affecting my practice because I have been going so slowly and doing other things as well. (PEGYM.COM, aneros, dating a little here and there, and I'm only at two fish oil caps per day; this is my second week on the orgasmic diet).

My prostate is completely unimpressed with the aneros, but I just met a woman who says she gives good prostate massages, so lets see if she can perk up the ol' gland for me. Gotta get something moving. I also bought the external prostate massager, ("Prostate cradle" Home too, but the famous "plain brown wrapper" package hasn't arrived yet so no news there.

I notice that adding in the energy circuit Mantak Chia talks about seems to intensify my KSMO; one visualises energy going up the back from the root chakra to the the crown chakra on the in between inhales and circulating down through the front channel from crown to root on the exhales.

I used to do that before I found out about KSMO and it worked - made me charged up all the time, but provided no peak experiences the way KSMO does.


As far as cutting fish oil capsules open I guess it came to me by divine inspiration.... plus, I like Caesar salad and sashimi in my sushi; anchovies on my pizza, & so on, so it seemed natural. My cat, Baxter, likes it on his dry food, too.
