Tips: Terror at the Gates is actually a GOOD sign... it means you're ego is on the brink of
really letting go!.
The way through that zone is to take
slightly slower and deeper breaths...
... and optionally, to pause the stimulation portion of the KSMO Protocol™ for a few cycles...
You can also pause the Key Sound™ portion too... just get into the slow, relaxing breathing a little more, while allowing your body to move spontaneously if it wants to - often there's a serpentine undulation - hence the tradition of the Kundalini Serpent being associated with this kind of awakening.
Then just gradually add back in the Key Sound™ and the slight caresses when you feel like it, then maybe back off on them again...
Just experiment and explore, and...
