Default PTSD and KSMO help

Question at the end, first I will set the situation:

I have done tons of therapy for many years. Pretty much all the "issues" are delineated and understood etc. The blockage that remains seems to be reflexive, neurological and tissue habit patterns stemming from traumatic experiences during pre-verbal developmental time.

Now when I practice I get strong echos and after 5-10 minutes can really start to roll w/ some sequential orgasms and orgasmic energy movement. But after I have ejaculated (once every few weeks these days) there is a tremendous drop in energy that lasts many days, maybe a week. During this time...much smaller echos, and I never seem to build enough of a charge to lift into orgasmic movement. Also, during those many days of "recharging my battery"(?) I am much more easily distracted during practice by random thoughts and musings very often about mundane things w/ no psychological charge at all. I am guessing that I am somehow hiding from or hiding my sexual energy; somehow avoiding it and it is easier to do that when there is less of a physiological build-up.

At this point it is hard to blame it on hormones and aging as though I am 58 and supplementing thyroid and testoserone and blocking testosterone to estrogen conversion all numbers test well in the healthy zone (last tested about a 6 weeks ago). Cortisol is slightly low but not by much.

So here is the question: Do you think it would be better for me to ejaculate more often and have more access to this zone where I think I may be subtly blocking my sexual energy and it is more noticeable with less "fluid charge"? OR better to ejaculate as I have been or even less often (if comfortable) in order to have more energy moving to perhaps impact against whatever subtle blockage is there?

Any feed back greatly appreciated! Thank you.
