Hey Drifter, I think Jack would probably recommend learning KSMO as a solo practice at first and then once you have it down, integrate it into your times with your partner. It definitely sounds like you are having some success with the keysound. I would recommend following the protocol of minimal stimulation and vocalization of the keysound. The keysound is definitely used to move that sexual energy around the body and enhance it to the next level. If the energy were just left in the penis you would probably at some point reach the point of no reture and ejaculate.
