That's great Chris, I'm glad you liked the interview, and I'm glad you are becoming - as they say - happily involved!
I'm very glad to hear that!

I've only started working with the key sound a couple of times, but notice sensations already.
|
That's excellent! Congratulations!

I've done a fair amount of breath work, from being a regular low-level practitioner of yoga, to using breath to watch my own emotional reactions to stuff. So I already have a fairly well-developed sense of how to watch physical and emotional feelings in my body.

That is superb preparation for this practice!

Like I said, I've noticed sensations already just from the key sound ... during the breaths between the key sound, I can feel warmth and expansion in my chest and upper belly. I've only combined it for a few minutes with gently stroking the underside of the head of my penis, one of my favorite-feeling spots. When I did, oh man! Did THAT ever feel good! I got all sorts of tingly feelings running through my chest and shoulders. I can see where that could develop into something REALLY good .....

Fantastic! You're definitely getting the picture!

After that long, rambling opening, here's a question.

Actually, it's not rambling at all - everything you had to say is great news and good information for newbies in terms of related practices that can help prepare you for this practice.

I'm here not because my orgasms happen too quickly. Rather, I had trouble reaching climax in anything less than 15 or 20 minutes. Sometimes it takes an hour. Sometimes it doesn't happen at all. I'm not on any meds that might slow me down ... that's just the way it's always been.

It may just be the way you're wired, but it might also be hormone related. Have you ever discuss this issue with your doctor, or perhaps consulted a urologist? Usually you Dr. will be willing to prescribe testosterone level tests to see where you are in relation to the average levels for your age.

My wife is longing for some nice, quick fucks 'cause she gets a lot of her own pleasure from her reactions to the throbbing of my penis in her vagina when we are having sex.
|
Is it the friction that she likes the most or is that the throbbing sensations during actual ejaculation?
As you continue to develop a skill with this particular practice, it will become easier for you to be inside of her and maintain an erection was a little bit of stimulation that is with a little bit of motion and yet with a lot of Emotion - that is, with a great deal of emotional intensity, and that can often be accompanied by throbbing of your penis and the surges of orgasmic energy rush through you.
Also keep in mind, that this method can be equally effective for her - it's not just for men - and sell it at some point you both develop greater skill with this practice there may be a place where you can meet during intercourse that can be quite intense, with plenty of throbbing, an unprecedented emotional intensity.
I hope you'll keep us posted an ideal start a blog.
Wishing you both all the best that life has to offer,
Jack

Did anyone else here come here first to deal with a problem like that, being too slow?
|
I just want to give you a little caution about framing your sexual activity as being "too" slow... why assign a negative frame to the way you naturally seem to be?
