Hey people, I'm a new guy here. Heard Jack's podcast interview with Dr. Patti Taylor and followed it here.
Very cool. I've only started working with the key sound a couple of times, but notice sensations already. I've done a fair amount of breath work, from being a regular low-level practitioner of yoga, to using breath to watch my own emotional reactions to stuff. So I already have a fairly well-developed sense of how to watch physical and emotional feelings in my body.
Like I said, I've noticed sensations already just from the key sound ... during the breaths between the key sound, I can feel warmth and expansion in my chest and upper belly. I've only combined it for a few minutes with gently stroking the underside of the head of my penis, one of my favorite-feeling spots. When I did, oh man! Did THAT ever feel good! I got all sorts of tingly feelings running through my chest and shoulders. I can see where that could develop into something REALLY good .....
After that long, rambling opening, here's a question. I'm here not because my orgasms happen too quickly. Rather, I had trouble reaching climax in anything less than 15 or 20 minutes. Sometimes it takes an hour. Sometimes it doesn't happen at all. I'm not on any meds that might slow me down ... that's just the way it's always been. My wife is longing for some nice, quick fucks 'cause she gets a lot of her own pleasure from her reactions to the throbbing of my penis in her vagina when we are having sex.
Did anyone else here come here first to deal with a problem like that, being too slow?
