Hi Paw, thanks very much for your detailed posts and your enthusiasm (from:
entheos - inner experience of divine energy - or as I like to say: inner-ji)!
I hope you'll post the link where I said that, as it's not entirely accurate.
What I typically recommend is that when one is involved in other practices, that one practice them on days other than the days on which you practice using the Multiple Orgasm Trigger™ aka KSMO or KSMMO (re: males).
I recommend this in order to be able to more readily identify the results that flow directly from this practice.
This is not an absolute rule, however, but a guideline.
If you are already committed to other practices and you feel that you must continue to practice them daily as you describe, then so be it.
There are many paths to the top of the mountain...
I do however invite you, at some time in the future, to consider exploring from time to time the pattern I've recommended, just in case you might discover you wouldn't otherwise. It's a cordial invitation however, not a rule.

My problem is, my yoga practice must be done twice a day, without fail. I usually require about 1.5-2 hours a day for this, which will increase in May by double. So, how to best integrate KSMMO with ongoing yoga practice?

I would say follow your intuition! Let your Inner Guides suggest variations and tune in to what effects you experience... document here what you discover...
What seems to benefit? What perhaps does not, so much?
I also want to confirm that at least some of the time when you practice the Multiple Orgasm Trigger™ that you do however indeed include the single touch or caress of an area or areas of your body that are pleasant to your touch, and that at least some of these areas are erotically pleasurable.
This is to help awaken the multiorgasmic Echo Effects response that typically results from this practice.
Often, when people here post that not much seems to be happening, or that they are at a plateau, this seems to be associated with their practice 2/3 of the Protocol, but for some reason abstain from that single touch or caress...
I do encourage one and all who are comfortable doing so to at least some of the time include that single touch or caress to find out what their body's multi-orgasmic Echo Effects™ response system may have to teach.

It seems the cremaster testicular muscles are naturally engaged when a man is about to orgasm and ejaculate normally, so consciously accessing these circuits, without penile stim, triggers the flow of sexual energies. I would think that this could enhance some stages of KSMMO as well. Any thought on this, I hope?
I would also think that maintaining breathlessness, as mentioned by mog and others, during a peak orgasm could enhance the duration and intensity. It would be interesting to pursue and see where it leads. Just guessing cuz I am a noob, but a five minute inhale or exhale during the peak could take this to yet another level. I know this has enhanced my yoga experience greatly, so I hope I can learn KSMMO and enter the Zone to this point for the sake of experiment.

Well this may all be great... By the same token however, I wonder what you might discover if at least
some of the time, at a frequency of your choosing, you give yourself a day or whatever period of time you feel comfortable permitting yourself, to practice the Multiple Orgasm Trigger™ simply as is, without the necessity of keeping track of all of the other issues that you describe.
The practice in and of itself can be a way of quieting the mind, and the body, and from that there may be things for you to learn that might not otherwise be available to you.
Again this is an invitation, not a demand or order or anything like that... just an impish attempt to perhaps pique your curiosity just a little bit.

Looking forward to hearing any thought you all may have, and some help with appropriate scheduling of KSMMO practice!

I hope these comments are helpful and heuristic...
