Yeah thanks for the advice on the cradle, the website for it doesn't show much about it, so I wasn't sure how comfy it would be, or how much it smashes down when sitting on it. Sounds like it would be ok with some adjustments and practice. I always sit on a pillow, usually on a mattress. But I get no result from a tennis ball or a rolled sock, so the cradle is my next purchase.

Yeah, subtle cremasters possibly for the "single touch" tek during KS arousal. Or even when shifting gears to higher levels during MMO? Agreed that the cremasters respond best during arousal, during meditation genital arousal happens spontaneously at times, but definitely there is general energy arousal from root to brow when I do the cremaster pull.

Still hoping for some feedback on the scheduling and "crosstraining" issue?
