Hi everyone...

I'd like to thank Jack for making this site, and producing such a great program for us all!

And thanks to all the posters, I have been reading off and on for years and benefited greatly from all the great info found on this site.

Here's some back info on paw: I'm a 60 yo man, married 40+ years with grown kids. I'm very interested in tantra, but my dear wife (DW) doesn't share my interests. She's still sexual physically (and looks superfine, more's the pity!), but with advancing age, she lacks interest generally. Given time between orgasms, and with effort on my part, she has fun, but then is good to go for several weeks/months more. Doggone menopause!

I'm not complaining, and she takes care of my "needs" if I beg , but I'm very sexual and have been used to a lot of sex, so I realized if I wanted to keep it up (so to speak ) I would need to explore my own sexuality, as I don't swing outside marriage (so far! ). Masturbation isn't really my thing either, but I am intrigued by tantra, yoga, and KSMMO.

I chose to explore yoga, as it offered a way to access higher sexuality, and also spirituality, or a path to liberation and eventual enlightenment. But in studying yoga, I found it just came back to sexuality in one form or another.

I had some years of experience with meditation yoga in my youth, and off and on over the years I have practiced meditation and pranayama (regulated breathing) sporadically. Three years ago I got serious enough to practice twice a day, which soon led to finding a satguru, taking initiation, and adding longer and deeper practices.

Since initiation, progress has been amazing and rapid. I do Hamsa kriya yoga, which results in the circulation of kundalini and the advent of Self-realization. While breathing has become blissful, one natural result of this practice is breathlessness. This form of meditation is highly ecstatic, but also very tranquil and detached. Withdrawal from the outer senses into witness mode is part of the practice. Bliss and emptiness ensue.

I wish to become a fountain of ecstatic bliss. As mog says, I want to access the Zone at will, whether in sitting practice, during sex play, or whenever.

I learn new things constantly in this practice, so I am always looking to deepen my sadhana. But I also would like sexual orgasm outside of sitting practices. Non-ejaculatory orgasm will enhance the quality of my experience, I believe. I've had some small experience with this, enough to show me the possibilities. I hope by sharing all our experience here, we can all gain and progress. I know you have much to teach me, so please feel free to share!

I practice brahmacharya, or conservation of sexual fluid, so I rarely ejaculate now (only if I really want to), even during passionate lovemaking. This retention powers kundalini yoga. I have also learned complete relaxation in meditation. From posts here, I understand these are good skills for success in KSMMO. So I started KSMMO practice a couple nights ago, and enjoyed some nice echo effects and rising bliss. But I didn't want to wake my sons or DW, so I didn't vocalize much, and was clumsy. Pretty exciting tho.

OK, now for my first question to the group. I read a post where Jack says it's best to cease other practices while learning KSMMO. My problem is, my yoga practice must be done twice a day, without fail. I usually require about 1.5-2 hours a day for this, which will increase in May by double. So, how to best integrate KSMMO with ongoing yoga practice?

Also, by way of contribution, while meditating last night I practiced cremaster exercises. The best pose for meditation is called "siddhasana", which involves crossing the legs in front with one foot laying on top the other, ideally with the bottom heel pressing into the perineum below the scrotum, even better if the upper foot heel presses the pubis.

Sadly, my legs won't do this, the arthritic knees just hurt too much, so my heel is an inch out from the scrotum. So I haven't been getting the pressure point stimulation I need to best arouse the flow of energy. So after learning about cremaster exercises, which isolate the muscles of the testes and allow conscious pulling in or up of the balls, I decided to try some while sitting.

I have practiced what is known as mulabanda, or the anal/rectal lock, for years and have some skill with this. Also asvini mudra, wherein there is rhythmic anal/ perineal lifting and relaxing. But I never tried lifting just the testes. So I cupped the scrotum with the right hand, placed the middle finger on the perineal pressure point, and held the head lightly with the left hand. I began with perineum lifts then roling up into the scrotum, and soon felt comfortable lifting just the balls. It was cool, because one problem with mulabanda/asvini is tensing in other parts of the body, but the cremaster is so small and outside the body, that even with intense squeezes I could keep other muscles out of play.

I discovered that this exercise stimulated a steady flow of energy thruout the body and into the head. With eyes focused internally on the brow, and tongue in the sinus resting against the nasal septum (known as "khechari mudra"), the energy was lively. One good effect was the calming of the breath reflex, and I found as long as I clenched and relaxed the testes, I had no need to breathe, which enhanced the energy even more. Soon I was awash with even more warm ecstasy. I could keep it going by pressing the perineum randomly, pressing the nasal septum as needed, and squeezing the glans some, while continuing the testes lifts. And I didn't get tired soon like when I do anal flexes-I could keep it up for a while. And as I said, there is less "motion in the ocean" with cremasters than with the large muscles engaged in asvini mudra, which enhances relaxation and calms the lungs better. All in all, a big plus!

It seems the cremaster testicular muscles are naturally engaged when a man is about to orgasm and ejaculate normally, so consciously accessing these circuits, without penile stim, triggers the flow of sexual energies. I would think that this could enhance some stages of KSMMO as well. Any thought on this, I hope?

I would also think that maintaining breathlessness, as mentioned by mog and others, during a peak orgasm could enhance the duration and intensity. It would be interesting to pursue and see where it leads. Just guessing cuz I am a noob, but a five minute inhale or exhale during the peak could take this to yet another level. I know this has enhanced my yoga experience greatly, so I hope I can learn KSMMO and enter the Zone to this point for the sake of experiment.

Looking forward to hearing any thought you all may have, and some help with appropriate scheduling of KSMMO practice!

aloha,
paw
