Default Okay, my turn

Hey everybody,

Here's my first post (of any significance). Thought I'd document how everything goes for me. One because I tend to think journaling is helpful for me, two because perhaps others can weigh in and offer thoughts, and three because perhaps something interesting will come out of the discussion that someone else can find valuable.

Okay. So I've practiced the Key Sound 2x now. The first time was a little awkward for me, just getting comfortable making the sound. I didn't notice too much going on, to be honest. But hey, it's a journey.

The second time I was actually laying in the bow posture with pillow under my back. That seemed to help. After I while I was getting quite aroused, and even felt some intense spasms in my stomach area. I admit I was so turned on I decided to ejaculate.

I did notice my throat got a little sore. So I imagine I was straining or something, probably trying a little too hard.

I've previously followed a program for PE by Mukee Okan, which has many of the same ideas in terms of breathing and what not. But I guess what I already like about the Key Sound is that it can direct out the energy you're feeling. Perhaps that's what Mukee was going for, but I don't think it was articulated in the same way. I'll probably write a review for her course at some point in the other forum.

Anyway, so that's it I guess. Tonight I went to a lecture (on raw foods actually) and I was incredibly turned on at the sight of a few lovely ladies. And I just felt very sexually energized. I don't know if there's any correlation because my practice and tonight, but hey, it was still cool.

I am curious about one thing. So it seems to me that the whole idea of the Key Sound is push out the energy you feel in your penis and perineum so you can avoid squeezing the PC mucle which leads to ejaculation. I'm sure this is an over-simplification, but is this basically the idea?

Thanks for all your thoughts, everyone.
