Default Re: First Practice

"My number one question right now would be that because these reactions seem so controllable, is this something that I should be going for? My greatest concern with going forward in this way is that we are told to just let the feelings happen rather than making them happen. And these seem to be something I can make happen, though it is a completely new experience. If I cease stimulation, they stop, though I feel they are a direct result to the breathing and KS. "

:::::::::I fall into the school of "whatever is going on right now is good" with regards to sexual kung fu of all types. In other words, I wouldn't put too much emphasis on any one type of response, like the feelings you're describing.. they're just waymarkers, or signposts along the road. If you "try" to do them, then you get distracted from the road. This is a road that changes as time goes on. There's lots of scenery. Notice it, but don't try to make any particular scenery special. What else do you notice besides those "reactions" that you're describing?

Edit:: Maybe I should read all the way down to the last post before posting... looks like everybody pretty much gave the same advice. I feel very excited to see so many people getting multiple orgasm success.
