Cool, bro! I'm thinking 20 minutes is a good amount of time. Enough time to notice stuff, not too much time to take it too seriously.

Okay, I'll toss in my perspective. Several years ago, I don't know, I think maybe five or so, I learned KSMO from Jack. It's really really Rad. I've since learned similar techniques from other traditions and other people. KSMO falls in the category of stuff I like, in that it doesn't use too much force. I guess you can force it, but it's not necessary and KSMO CAN lead to a path of less force. I think the good multiple orgasm methods use less force rather than more (and they all end up being fairly similar). Mantak Chia on the other hand, fall into what I think of as "other stuff" that I really don't like as much.
::::::::How long have you been doing Qi Kung? I'm studying Wujifa, which is vaguely similar to Wuji standing. The most basic formula would be to learn to "stand and relax." Contrast this to I Chi Ching (sp?) where you torque your muscles around in funny ways and breathe hard (often getting red in the face)... I Chi Ching is cool if I have an army of 5000 men that I need to prepare for battle in six months, but it can cause high blood pressure and ultimately damage the body.
::::::::::::I think of Chia's stuff in a similar way. I was learning to apply Qi Kung to pistol shooting and used one of Chia's methods for Kung Fu involving twisting each joint in oposite directions throughout the body. It was an okay method, but it torques the body and creates stiffness in unnatural ways. I FAR prefer relaxation, good structure, and a balanced approach...

BTW, I don't know if it matters, but I haven't ejaculated regularly for a couple of years, just a couple of odd 'accidents' over that period of time.

::::::::::::What is your purpose for not ejaculating? I'm curious.
