You have my sympathy! I've never found the need to do a KS in any way other than quietly, in fact I now rarely feel the need to use it at all in my sessions, but when exploring the really high ground of the KSMO the need to make some extremely loud noise becomes irresistable. So I count myself fortunate that my house is fully detached. Nevertheless, to avoid being heard by callers and to give myself adequate time to recover my wits and sort the bedroom out when my partner returns from an excursion, I have installed an early-warning system based on a radio-coupled security alarm. A sensor, attached to the front gates, gives me about 1 minute to quieten down and clear up the evidence!

Loud screams are what I'm good at and they are a hallmark of a good KSMO session - nowadays I just have to see the written word or hear it spoken and I begin to feel the Buzz coming on!

Can't, sadly, give you any advice on that - sorry. But IMHO, a good basic training in the KSMO will benefit practically any erotic endeavour that a human being is likely to want to explore! So, meanwhile, my advice is to press on with your KSMO adventure and take up with a girl at any time of your choosing, with the expectation that your training will greatly enhance the partnership.
