Default Re: Spontaneous reactions and how to react to them

Hi Gandalf,

It's interesting to read about your shaking episodes because it's something I've not experienced, possibly due to my age and having started on the trail with a crap-level libido. But I have had plenty of other extraordinary effects hit me such as heated areas, pins and needles, twisting fingers, screams, roars, writhes, body convulsions, even an occasional cramp in the legs.

All those are mostly in the past now and, for me, seem to have been just bumps along the trail. My events now consist of pure and prolonged extreme orgasmic sensation.

So, as long as your shaking doesn't cause any damage or serious worry I suggest you regard it as a strong sign of progress, try to just let it go its own sweet way, and expect that it's most likely just a passing phenomenon.

But if you feel nervous about it maybe you should try taking a few days off practice - if you do that you will probably find that your reactions will have moved on, anyway.

Good luck,

Mog
