Default Re: Relax, relax, relax!!!

ya stress is sure a killer for me at least
I find that it often has to do with my state of mind

I am a college student and I do enjoy college during the times I am doing well, going to class, and getting things done even when I have a lot to get done I am usually able to get it done without having too much stress. During these times I also tend to take better care of myself and I am typically happy with things. Also I tend to feel less of a need for sexual things (ejaculation)

however when I slack off in school and life for that matter I find that school and my other responsibilities become much more stressful even if I dont have that much work to get done. I take less care of myself and feel more of a need to have some sort of immediate pleasure more often. The more I fall behind the more I get stressed and the lower the quality of my life.

I dont know if this applies to you as well.

I dont have experience drinking and I dont take much caffiene as I am pretty sensitive too it, I find it can kill my apetite. maybe try to reduce these things or replace them with other substances that have more of a calming and strengthening effect on the nervous system. In my experience ashwagandha, kava, and magnesium have been very helpful in calming my nerves especially before sleep.

As far as excercise goes I think too much or too hard may not be beneficial. I used to be into heavy weightlifting and I found it very taxing on my nervous system. Even If I had early workouts if they were too long I still had trouble sleeping. Turns out excercsing too hard for too long causes the release of a lot of cortisone a stress hormone. Too much cortisone is not the aim of excercise, ideally we want to promote HGH and other beneficial substances such as testosterone. This is why most fitness experts today recommend shorter workouts. Check online there is a huge amount of information in this area and although it is an area where there are a lot of conflicting information it may help you find an excercise program thats best for you.

Also diet is very important try to eat food as good as you can, its not easy at times due to price and such but it is worth it in my experience

and sleep is priceless to me maybe take naps when you can if you are not able to sleep during the night too much

good luck!
