Good morning members and guests!

Not a whole lot to report today but once again something a little unusual happened after I went to bed.

I was laying on my side preparing to go to sleep but also trying to listen to my body and I felt a single strong muscle contraction in my abdomen, right around where I usually have that come-and-go pleasant sensation. At the time it wasn't feeling good, and there was no direct pleasure before, during or after this contraction.

I was a bit surprised at how strong it was. I have experienced muscle twitches before, but they're usually in my arms or legs and none have ever been as strong as this one. My whole body seemed to jerk.

I had another restless night's sleep as well.

Today I am firmly making myself stay away from KSMO even though I'd love to experiment some more. Easy does it!
