I decided to listen to the in depth training example to see how my articulation was compared to Jack's and I ended up going through the whole 20 minutes.
I sat in my chair in a relaxed state with my eyes closed and toward the end of the session (might as well call it Session #3) I could feel moments of increased tingling around my navel region.
This is addictive stuff, but I really think I need to practice some self restraint while I'm at it.
