Session #2

This time I took a nice hot shower first to help with relaxing. Again I laid there for about 10 minutes, just breathing and trying to become as limp as possible.

Between each Key Sound I listened to my body, and again I felt a few tingles on my arms and some brief feel-good sensations around my prostate. I have tried to stay open minded and receptive, without trying to control anything, but that's harder than it sounds. Each time I feel a pleasurable sensation, I'm immediately seized with an impulse to make it grow or at least last longer. I know this is counterproductive but it feels like it's almost instinctive, like trying not to blink when something is flying toward your eye.

I also have a problem keeping my mind blank. Either random thoughts creep in or snippets of a song I've heard plays over and over in my head and it's an effort to remain "in the zone."


Afterward I just laid there and kept trying to feel my body without directing it and I felt more tingles. I tried not to have any expectations when I started this session, but in hindsight, this is about what I was expecting to feel. Whether my body gives me any delicious surprises like it did last night remains to be seen.

Again, there was no erotic stroking of any kind. I left my lower hand resting on my stomach the entire session, so that I could feel the vibrations as I made each Key Sound. My upper hand remained on the bed at my side.

2 questions:

1. Is the "on your back with knees bent" position necessary if you don't plan on any erotic stimulation other than articulating the Key Sound? I find it a bit awkward, especially on a waterbed. This time I propped a couple of pillows against each leg on the outside and that seemed to work ok, but am I safe laying on my back with legs extended?

2. I have discovered the wonderful world of nipple stimulation and I'm loathe to give it up. Does this fall into the category of avoiding erotic contact the day of a session? I'm purposely avoiding ejaculation because I want to keep my arousal up, but what about nipple play?
