Default Re: Favorable first impressions

Hi Justn-Welcome to the forum!

>I felt what I can only describe as a brief slow tingle on my left butt cheek that lasted a few seconds and was highly pleasurable.<

I know the feelings that come in the night! If your KSMO progress is anything like mine, being woken in the darkness hours in a pleasantly orgasmic whoosy state will happen quite often. If you have to depend on a good night’s sleep you might find that this becomes bit of a problem. It never bothered me because, being retired, I enjoy the luxury of living the full 24 hours. But the great positive thing about these feelings is that they're evidence that the KSMO is beginning to work for you – be very pleased!

>I've never felt anything like that, and it further cements my certainty that I'm unlocking something in my body.<

You’re precisely right there! Stand by to be entertained!

>…….but I really want this to progress as rapidly as possible…..<

Please be very careful with those thoughts. Take good notice of what Lopez and Jack say about avoiding any tendency to want to jolly things along. Positively do not will things to happen – that will seriously slow down progress. Do try to get your mind into a totally relaxed, blank and carefree condition during your initial sessions. Having, myself, a bit of a dim tendency I never found this much of a problem but I know that some find it hard to do. It becomes easier with practice.

>……..and it's been months with my Aneros use with very little in the way of results. It wasn't much, but I feel like I've made more progress in one night than I have all this time with my Helix.<

It's even possible that wishing for progress might have hampered your Helix adventures.

The KSMO and Aneros are totally different routes to the prized MMOs. But it seems to me that the KSMO is the more truly fundamental because it works directly upon the mind – where it really counts – without requiring any extraneous aid. The KSMO perfectly puts the mind to work. But the two practices still support each other and you will eventually find that your Aneros activities benefit hugely from a good basic KSMO skill.

There’s no need to stop your Aneros use. But while you are on the KSMO training wheel do keep your Aneros sessions completely separate, at least on different days.

Good luck, and tell us about your progress.
