Thanks for the replies. Sorry for not mentioning this in advance, seems kind of obvious in retrospect, but I'm a 24yo guy, and the only health issue I can report would be that my digestive system has been less than optimal for longer than I can remember. This may very well have been caused by this energy blockage that I was unaware of, although I'm just speculating at this point. Conventional medicine wasn't a big help in this regard, and diet changes weren't spectacular either.

I've actually stopped my KSMO practice when I first ran into this a few months ago, and I've only now decided to see what the problem was and deal with it. It's possible the blockage was lower than the solar plexus and closer to the second chakra (navel area), and I'm just not remembering it correctly right now.

I hadn't really considered seeing an energy healer so far, although ironically I am one myself. I've learned Quantum Touch a while ago, and it seems to be pretty awesome at healing everyone and everything except yourself (your body is already used to your own vibration, and so on).

I've had a regular physical done at my workplace recently and was told I was in very good health overall, especially cardiovascularly, so I don't think that would be it.

About the "counseling" idea, I'm pretty sure this isn't.. or shouldn't be.. emotional. I consider myself totally in control of who I am, open, balanced, in control of my self-talk, and so on.

The action steps I'm taking out of this are to look for good energy healers in my area that may help with this (hopefully someone who's learned to see or clearly perceive energy.. something I'm not all that great at), and I also think I'm going to start practicing QiGong again (which I learned a good while back but promptly gave up on.. I was still very skeptical about all of this energy stuff back then).

Thanks for the advice so far. I'll let you know how this goes, although I suppose it may take a while.
