Hi all,

I have a problem and was wondering if anyone here had any advice on solving it.

Whenever I practice KSMO, things go nice and well at first, pleasurable echo effects and so on, but then after a while I start getting this burning sensation in my solar plexus area. If I try to continue, the sensation only intensifies with every key sound, and so I find myself forced to stop.

My best guess is that I have an energy blockage in that area, and that the burning sensation is a result of too much energy being gathered at that one point.

I've tried massaging the area and it didn't really help. I do have some superficial experience with energy work, but I haven't yet learned how to deal with blockages.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
