Default Re: Skeptic to Believer - KSMO Success Story

Hi, greyx,

>Just before my break, I noticed my normal breaths in between Key Sounds felt very pleasurable if I breathed using my stomach, or breathing into my stomach. At some points, they weren't even "normal" breaths, but deep breaths where I expanded my belly. I noticed extra echo effects doing this. Would this be considered "valley breathing"?<

I’ve not yet come across a definitive description of Valley Breathing. But what you describe equates well with my own idea of what it entails.

It appears to be generally thought that the prostate can also be massaged remotely from the front of the lower stomach as well as in the usual place. My experience is that this is correct. So if the action of breathing can be made to involve motion of the stomach muscles so that the prostate’s involvement in the orgasmic process can be promoted, this can lead to more intense orgasmic results. This might also explain the erotic sensations that can result from controlled breathing. I can only surmise that the feeling of hollowness and depth that arises at one part of the breathing cycle accounts for the term. Though I feel that the hollowness in the stomach coincides with the erotic in-breath into the high chest, not with the exhale.

I don’t know if valley breathing works for women too, but if so, a different explanation would surely be required in their case!

>Would what I'm experiencing now be considered just naturally doing valley breathing as a consequence of correctly doing the key sound?<

I can’t vouch for precisely that connection. As KSMO training is best done without manual stimulation of any kind (apart from the limited initial amount described in the Protocol) it may be that this form of stimulation should not be engaged too enthusiastically.

But there’s no doubt that valley breathing can enhance a mature KSMO practice.
