Default Re: Impact of Overall Health, Diet, on Results

Hi Bredelly and Laly,

I have experienced this as well and I know for certian that eating good and excersising has a great impact on me. I feel cleaner for one which allows me to connect easier with that KSMO energy. My big struggle over the years has been to eliminate alcohol and sugar and eat more whole foods, particularily vegetables. Through working out and eating better I notice I have more energy and feel great. I've lost around 45 pounds by starting small. I joined an ice hockey league and played once a week for the winter. Then I joined the gym and started going once a week, then eventually twice a week and now 3 times a week. It takes a while for it to become a habit, but once it does it's great. Now if I can only cut out alcohol and sugar or limit them So, eating and excersising better DEFINITELY has an impact on feeling better, hormones and KSMO practice.
