Hi fantome, thanks very much for posting this very encouraging report!

That not forcing but rather allowing is a very big step forward!

...And you were rewarded by some very strong body shivers - that is, Echo Effects!

Please remember, that it is not about quantity - especially in these earliest stages - it is about the quality and spontaneous character of the sensations that unequivocally signal to you that the multiorgasmic response is beginning to awaken!

and I've experienced lesser echoes for the best part of the 20 minutes.
Please let go of expecting any Echo Effects to occur during the practice session! That is a very important secret to success with this!

It is a big plus that you did experience Echo Effects during practice, regardless of their intensity!

I was stressed out though, so I wasn't able to concentrate as much as I wanted.
It is great that you noticed that you were stressed out...

Here's the next secret to success:

Replace concentration with RELAXATION.

Concentration is a form of tension... of trying somehow to make those Echo Effects happen.

That is not the secret to this awakening!

The secret is to use relaxation rather than concentration!

Concentration is chasing the fawn away!

Quote:
Nevertheless, I was able to get 2 or 3 very strong body shivers and was able to feel them radiate from my lower belly or from my groin.
Fantastic!!! The fawn approaches!!!

The one cognitive issue I want to caution you about is to frame this event as being able to get it to happen.

That is a cognitive trap!

This may seem a subtle distinction, but it is pivotal and crucial.

If you are trying to get the Echo Effects to happen, that is a trap.

They are, by my definition, spontaneous gifts from your Deeper Self. They are gifts. You can't just grab them off the shelf!

Making arousal happen is the old model... the continuous stimulation model... the model that often leads to ejaculation before you really want to, or to ejaculation that leaves you with that feeling of is that all there is... those feelings that nevertheless motivated you to go looking for something better - the feelings that brought you here.

Relax...

Let go...

Let go of trying...

Let go of trying to get... the Echo Effects to happen...

When you take those steps, then the Echo Effects come TO you!

Just as you have reported they did!

All in all, I think it was a good session since I was able to stick to the protocol and relax more,
Yes! I totally agree... and for the very reasons you describe in that most important statement.

Quote:
concentrating on breathing and KS correctly as well as on my physical feelings.
With this statement I also agree, with one small yet very important bit of fine tuning: That is, to replace concentrating (which emotionally tends to equal a form of tension) with allowing relaxing breathing and noticing and appreciating your Key Sound articulation as well as your physical feelings.

Yes... just noticing and appreciating rather than the more tense concentrating...

We are all very conditioned to seek orgasm through tension: vigorous stimulation, tense leg muscles, reaching, straining, etc.

We have all had these patterns... no blame! Just awareness.

The secret to this, as you are definitely now beginning to discover is that by doing the opposite of all that - that is, to simply relax, be aware, and appreciate as you do this simple practice!

So it was nice,
Yes! Hold that thought!!! That appreciation!

Quote:
I obtained lesser results but
TILT!!! Lesser results??? NO WAY!

That part of your description is where you slide a trap.

You said the Echo Effects you felt were fairly strong. Celebrate that!!!

Quote:
had very good feelings.
Yeah! You did! And some strong ones!

Stay with that!

Do this little experiment:

Say the next paragraph out loud and notice how you feel, wait a few moments, take a relaxing breath, and then say the the next paragraph, and notice how you feel:

First paragraph (remember, both paragraphs out loud):
Quote:
I didn't force any feeling this time and I've experienced lesser echos for the best part of the 20 minutes. I was stressed out though, so I wasn't able to concentrate as much as I wanted. Nevertheless, I was able to get 2 or 3 very strong body shivers and was able to feel them radiate from my lower belly or from my groin. All in all, I think it was a good session since I was able to stick to the protocol and relax more, concentrating on breathing and KS correctly as well as on my physical feelings. So it was nice, I obtained lesser results but still had very good feelings.
Second paragraph - without the mind noise:
Quote:
I didn't force any feeling this time. I was able to enjoy 2 or 3 very strong body shivers and was able to feel them radiate from my lower belly or from my groin. All in all, I think it was a good session since I was able to stick to the protocol and relax more, being aware of my breathing and Key Sound articulation as well as on my physical feelings. So it was nice, I had very good feelings.

Ta-ta, until next time ! Fantome
What feelings were you aware of after the first?

...And then, after the second?

Wishing you the very best!
