cognitive issue I want to caution you about is to frame this event as

spontaneous gifts from your Deeper Self. They are
gifts. You can't just grab them off the shelf!

old model... the continuous stimulation model... the model that often leads to ejaculation before you really want to, or to ejaculation that leaves you with that feeling of
is that all there is... those feelings that nevertheless motivated you to go looking for something better - the feelings that brought you
here.
Relax...
Let go...
Let go of trying...
Let go of trying to get... the Echo Effects to happen...
When you take

then the Echo Effects
come TO you!
