Hello everyone,

My third session yesterday. I didn't force any feeling this time and I've experienced lesser echos for the best part of the 20 minutes. I was stressed out though, so I wasn't able to concentrate as much as I wanted. Nevertheless, I was able to get 2 or 3 very strong body shivers and was able to feel them radiate from my lower belly or from my groin. All in all, I think it was a good session since I was able to stick to the protocol and relax more, concentrating on breathing and KS correctly as well as on my physical feelings.

So it was nice, I obtained lesser results but still had very good feelings.
