Some background before I continue seeing that this is my first post.
24 year old male Australian w/ a partner. Have recently committed to the practice and have a few questions about the Key Sound articulation:
1) When rolling the Key Sound I find that my back and shoulders tense as I complete the exhale.. is this normal or I am focusing too much on pushing the exhale to complete the sound?
2) I have had a few sessions now with focus on articulation. I listen to the 20 min demonstration and synchronise a breath after Jacks Key Sound. I've had four sessions with mixed results (nothing spectacular bar one wave of joy that I had in my second session). Is it wise to continue focusing on articulation before introducing the caress or shall I go ahead and bring in the caress before each Key Sound?
