I've just passed my 3rd KSMO anniversary but I can remember my early results which, like you, gave me such a spur to practice regularly and which, despite misgivings that I was very likely too late in life to salvage my moribund libido, encouraged me to press on.

Worth commenting on is the inevitable wonder of knowing what progress we are making along the trail, how it compares with that of other travellers, and what might lie ahead. After a year of the KSMO I was experiencing some pretty unprecedented-in-my-lifetime orgasmic events but I realise now how much further there was for me to go. I simply could not have dreamt of the extreme, prolonged and exotic sensations that I was eventually to experience. Even just in the last two months I have made some unexpected and extraordinary gains and have reached the landscape of repeated heartgasms which, for me, constitute a marvellous and entirely new experience of a substantially greater intensity than anything before.

Like others have found, and you are observing, the KSMO practice can eclipse conventional ejaculative events so that one's "need" of them can lessen and eventually become a side issue of secondary interest - KSMO-derived MMOs can eventually become much more powerful, profound and ecstatic (not to mention that you can have as many orgasms as you like!)
