Congratulations, Dander! If you learn well Jack's KSMO, you will never regret your decision to explore the trail. You are starting at a good time in life, too, which will bring you everlasting benefit. I believe there is probably no branch of sexual activity that a fellah could explore that would not be magically enhanced by his acquiring a good grounding in the KSMO.

Advice.....?

Practice regularly (but not more than once each alternate day to begin with),

Practice your sessions strictly to the Protocol and during them keep fully, totally, wholly, entirely, completely and utterly relaxed<G>,

Don't mix any other erotic practice with your KS training sessions (you can, though, do other things on your between days),

Be patient and don't try to push progress.
