Default And the Progress Continues!!!

I know I've said this before, but it does keep getting better. LOL My recent practice session with KSMO was the best yet and reaffirmed to me that KSMO is not a destination but a journey. Last Tuesday, a week ago, started off with me feeling energy/ tingling in my back, chest, face, neck and groin area. ( Which is interesting becauses I normally don't start feeling like I"m ready for a KSMO session until Thursday/ Friday. Even feeling the feelings today. ) I discovered that as I sat in my office and just relaxed and consentrated on these good feelings that they started to surge at a low level which felt good and felt even better when I visualized the Key Sound in my head.

Needless to say I didn't actually get to do a practice session until Thursday. It was a little tough concentrating at first, but after awhile I focussed and got into it. This session seemed to build on my past sessions and not only did I get my perenium tensing up but by lower half started shaking again to the point that I felt like I had to twitch my toes it felt so good. The contractions I felt within my perenium and penis were stronger and I could feel mild to stronger waves surging through my body. I even started to feel a small amount of heat on my arms, face and body that I've heard several posters here talk about. I even felt/ started rocking my pelvis. This session lasted for about 25 minutes before it ended. I'm not sure if maybe my body figured that was enough ( Is that possible? ) or I just got distracted.

I do have a couple of questions:

1) Has anyone ever become unfocused in the middle of KSMO and had those good feelings just 'turn off' or just had them turn off even when focused?

2) When focusing on those good feelings does anyone get the feeling sometimes like it's a game of whack the mole where you 'mentally' lose the focus on that good feeling or it just goes away? Sometimes I notice it almost turns off like a switch and I have to mentally find another good feeling.

3) Why is it that that I feel the good feelings I am getting are weaker than when I first started KSMO 2 years ago, but in reality they are stronger?

Thanks again for all your help.
