It's a really great feature of vBulletin that was not available in the old Forum: the ability for our volunteer editors** to easily move threads to sub-forums that better fit the subject being discussed, such as from Chat Main Room to First Time Effects of Using the Multiple Orgasm Trigger.

If you are using the old vBulletin link the vBulletin software automatically creates a redirect when we move the thread. ccwerks links don't work this way, unfortunately, but a (ahem) volunteer editor can easily be taught how to find the vBulletin link equivalent of the ccwerks.net link to update it.

Meanwhile... If you know who created the post or any of the replies, you can use Advanced Search (link is at bottom of the blue horizontal navigation bar Search link popup panel), right-hand Users search box to search on that poster's name.

You can search on a phrase that you may remember from the thread by using either the blue horizontal navigation bar Search link popup panel search field or the Advanced Search left-hand Keywords search panel.

Just remember to surround the phrase in "double quotes" like I just demonstrated and also remember that at least one word in the phrase must be at least 4 characters long (that's a constraint of the database in which the posts are stored and organized).

Feel free to post additional questions here about this subject, and / or post additional tips for finding those threads!

Reassigning threads to their more appropriate sub-forum subjects makes accessing all of the great information in this Knowledge Base much easier for newbies, and for the most part for veteran Forum users as well!
