Great Bredelly! It is good way to document like you said...I've gone back over the time i've posted to this forum and I am amazed at the progress I've achieved myself. I look back and I just smile .

I've been practicing the key sound on and off. Really, other things in my life have to be going well for me to even consider doing it, as when they are not, then relaxation isn't likely. Along those lines success at this is significantly dependent on success, or at least discipline(ie not procrastinating or slacking off, eating healthy and in moderation).

I've had a few mildly successful sessions. The best so far was last night. I felt some pretty good sensations, mostly in my belly, and a general good feeling in the whole area widely surrounding the groin. The feelings started growing about halfway through the key sound when I did it right. I could easily tell when I did it right because the good feelings were there to validate it. It seems the hardest part for me is getting the key sound right. The intensity of the good feelings was not incredible, but it was enough for me to tense up a bit.

Sweet on the successes you've had thus far!! Yeah...when the KS is made correctly (for you) it can be very noticeable. For me, making the key sound resonate correctly - i tipped my head back slightly allowing a freer flow of sound from the chest through the throat. Not sure how you position yourself for your practices - for me I generally either lay on my bed on my back (hip issues do not allow me to use floor anymore -sadly) or I am sitting in chair with feet and arms relaxed at sides. I first play about 20 minutes of relaxing music before I begin playing the KS 20 minute section of the audio seminar tape and within a minute am relaxed and the echos (the sensations you describe) begin to arise...the tingles , hot then cold flush over the skin and my heart and chest begin to become warm with the expanding energy and I begin to weep (bliss tears) from the sheer pleasure that is coursing throughout my body.
I am curious on the tensing up for you??? Did that make you uncomfortable at some point and you decided to stop or ??
When I get that feeling of becoming tense I note that and just stop making the KS and breathe in and out slowly until i relax and re-align myself.

I wouldn't even call the feeling associated with ejaculation that I get an orgasm, as it doesn't really feel good. It's more of a release, but I don't even know if it's a good one, and I'm always disappointed afterward. You know(is that all there is?). The feeling associated with key sound are much more enjoyable, even if the intensity isn't all that high yet.

Sweet!! Yeah I can definately relate to the orgasming without the pleasure part. I know exactly how you feel in that regard. be gentle with yourself regarding your KS practices , yeah I agree these sessions ARE more enjoyable .

I do ask that you do not rush yourself and listen to what your body does tell you and allow it to guide you. Yeah...just make sure that you do not
force yourself in any practice.
