Re: relearning to sleep
thanks laly for your reply. i am grateful for any feedback i can get. it is interesting you mentioning the relaxation thing; that is the irony of my dilemma. it is actually when i find myself relaxing that the echo's usually come on the strongest. needless to say as i start to fall asleep i am becoming more relaxed and therefore... more echo's! before i began practising ksmo relaxing ment just that, relaxing. now i am looking for a way to detatch the kundalini energy from the relaxation mode when i need to sleep. it can present itself any other time! lol. so this is my present task.
