has anyone had any luck with herbs and supplements or other 'techniques' that help in this area?
does one have to relearn how to relax , as relaxation and echo's seem to go together, the one with the other, these days.
thankyou
Hi angus -glad to hear from you -- been wondering how your journey was progressing.

I have had some similar experiences when i practiced in the early evening hour.

I agree with Jack in trying to do your sessions earlier in the day when you have the privacy to practice.

I picked up some meditation cds and took up meditative methods like energy medicine and quantum touch- which i use to relax the mind and then the body. That is find a quiet-peaceful place , sit on the floor jsut breathe in and out slowly - letting the tension drain out , relaxing the muscles one at a time .

I drink alot of herbal tea - there are many out there that seem to help me to relax after a session.

Tao Tea
Green Ginger, Calm, Chamomile

Bigelow tea
Chamomile, Jasmine green tea, decaff. green tea,

It just comes down to a kind that really allows you to relax and let go of all that excess energy built up inside.

If there is more you'd like to know- just ask away and I'll try and answer in the best way I know how -
*smiles

take care angus and once again welcome back ... u were missed .

with love and light,

laly
