Arrow Re: relearning to sleep

Yes once the kundalini begins to awaken we encounter what Abraham Maslow referred to as a higher level gripe - that is, a little challenge (in this instance, getting enough rest) accompanying this greater opening of the orgasmic energy channels.

This is also one of the reasons I recommend that people not practice the Multiple Orgasm Trigger Protocol™ in the evenings.

I am not an herbalist or a doctor so I cannot prescribe. I can say that I've heard that the herbs lemon balm and valerian may have a calmative, even sedative effect... but herbs may also have contraindications depending on one's specific physical makeup so research them in reliable references before experimenting, and of course doing so is at your own risk.

That said, this challenge of how to quiet the awakened energies is also discussed at some length in the Forum.

I recommend you use the vBulletin Legacy Search Tool and enter the phrase: "trouble sleeping" in the search box.

Be sure to surround the phrase in quotes - always - when using the search or legacy search tools.

FYI, there's also a link to the vBulletin Legacy Search Tool just underneath the search box on the default Search Page which link appears on the horizontal menu bar in the Forum.

This search will point you to a number of posts, including some chat transcripts, where this issue is discussed.

I hope you'll post as a reply to this thread what you discover, and also post links here to any of the other discussions which you found to be helpful.

Please keep us informed as to what you discover, and... good luck! I hope you get better rest, soon!

Wishing you the very best,
Jack
