Hi Pan, I know I"m posting a little late, but that's the beauty of a forum. LOL Anyways, I had a question with you concerning your back pain and how you managed to get beyond that. In particular I'd like to know if you had any trouble feeling the energy or allowing the energy throughout your body and past your back injury? How is that doing by the way?
