That's great news, canuck - Congratulations!

Your report of sensing incremental increases in the pleasurable Echo Effects sounds like a perfect progression.

I note that you're sensing a little progress with each session.

I want to alert you to an underlying tendency of these responses as they continue to awaken, and that is, that it's natural as you continue for some of your sessions to be a little less intense or remarkable.

This is a natural biological pattern that happens in many areas of experience, known as regression to the mean.

That's fancy language that simply means that the increase in sensation over a series of practice sessions is not necessarily or even likely to continue to improve or increase in every single session.

It is natural for some of your sessions to be a little quieter and calmer.

So when you notice this, don't be alarmed or concerned... imho it just means that your bioerotic response system is integrating the progress you've made so far.

In this particular practice time I started with and continued to use the protocol for KSMO until I felt a small expanse of pleasure in my penis and scrotal area.

After concentrating on that for a while and using the Key Sound, I started to experience a tension in my perenial area that continued to tense stronger until I felt small contractions of pleasure and my body started to shake, or the lower half of me.
This is an excellent sign that the deep full body multiorgasmic response is indeed continuing to awaken!

This continued to occur for a brief period of about 1 minute and during that time I had the distinct feeling like I was on the verge of losing track of time and the sense of things around me.
Although you did not report any discomfort with these feelings of being on the verge, this is indeed another positive road sign.

It is these kinds of feelings that sometimes trigger that Terror at the Gates phenomenon that we've discussed so much elsewhere.

You have very aptly demonstrated that when you encounter this zone of losing track of time and surroundings, it is not automatic that you would feel fear, etc.

Canuck, you're handling these new awakenings most admirably!

Anyone have some suggestions or comments? I'm not quite sure whether I should try and relax more or just let the tension progress. What do you all think?
Just keep relaxing into the tensions as they build... continue to allow the automatic body movements and muscle contractions, just breathing into them, while allowing any spontaneous sounds to help you express the energy.

At the times when these spontaneous movements, sensations, and sounds seem to take over, you may want to pause the use of the arousal amplifying Key Sound, while continuing the relaxing breathing, or to use the Key Sound, say, every other set of two to four relaxing breaths.

As the intensity continues to increase, you may just want to shift to gentle, relaxing breaths only, for a while, and enjoy the ride!

Canuck, I hope you'll update this thread with further reports of your experiences during practice, and your excellent questions.

Well done!
Jack
