Avoid them during practice days - in my opinion - in my experience it detracts from the actual KS and key sound protocol - in the fact that you may not feel the 'awakened' sensations like you might if you use some other 'technique' rather than using KSMOT all by itself.
That is why jack suggestes every other day for a key sound practice- that way on the 'off' days it gives your body a chance to assimilate from the practice the day before.
I would say hold off on the other techniques for now.
Feel free to ask if this isnt clear for you.

Above all else- have fun and be gentle with yourself- there is no rush, no go for it mentality, no 'grading done', etc. Everyone progresses individually here.
