I dont use it the Ecstasy Cd with or while using the KS - just before my practice as i mentioned or on my alternate day - where is springboards to some AWESOME heartgasms.

I find that the Ecstacy CD works best for me, after my 20 min. KSMO session. At this point in my practice, I always try to keep the KSMO totally clean and free of anything else!

I agree with this and at this point, I don't feel strong enough or confident enough, to mix in brainsync, Aneros, or anything else with my KSMO. I keep the Aneros on a different day, actually... (I found out early-on that I couldn't handle, the mixing of these!)

When I AM strong and confident enough, I will look forward to trying all kinds of experimentation with different mixes. It's in my nature and sounds like fun!
