Default Re: Music Recommendations for Solo Practice

Hey mog and Laly,

just thought I'd throw my two cents in here.

Mog, you're right that I was a bit surprised when you mentioned using brainwave entrainment during your KSMO sessions. I guess I just assumed that most practitioners considered using things like the Ecstasy Cd during their sessions to be a form of continuous stimulation, and therefore off-Protocol.

However, like you said, we're all free to experiment as we please. And yes, I have also used the Ecstasy Cd during my sessions and agree that it can indeed be a powerful arousal and orgasm intensifier!

Of course, I think it's important to mention that I strongly believe that new practitioners should avoid combining the Ecstasy Cd with their practice sessions until they have become confident in their ability to enjoy multiple orgasms without any outside assistance.

In my opinion, it's usually best to first learn how to enjoy multiple orgasms without external aides of any kind because it provides the practitioner with confidence in their own, natural ability to give themselves all the pleasure they could ever want.

I do think the Ecstasy Cd can still be a great help for KSMO beginners when used at times other than during their practice sessions. For instance, as Laly mentioned it can be a good meditative "primer" before a session, or in my experience, it can also be a powerful experience to use after a session, or late at night, in combination with visualization techniques or Amygdala Clicking, etc.

Personally, I no longer combine brainwave entrainment with my KSMO sessions because as my practice continued to grow I eventually found that in combination, it's simpy too much energy for me to process safely. At this point, I feel that I gain the most benefit by using them separately.

But while we're on the subject, I thought I read somewhere that you had posted about using the "Gamma Meditation System" by Dr. Jeffrey Thompson. Is that right? If so, I would love to hear about your experiences and how they might compare with the Ecstasy Cd.

Best Wishes,

Pan
